About Nungnung Waterfall In Bali

Bali is no less than a Mecca when it comes to finding happiness in waterfalls. You could find the world’s most stunning waterfall here in Bali. Nungnung Waterfall is situated in the north of Ubud and takes just an hour drive from the main city. It is evaluated as a standout amongst the best Bali cascades on the island. Climbing down to Nungnung Waterfall takes around 20 minutes, so it’s basically a trek that you wouldn’t regret signing into. The path to the water is absolutely clear, however, you need to be careful when you step down the solid stairs as its hard and might give your body the workout you weren’t prepared for. The stones towards the fall are slippery and could be dangerous as well. So care should be taken to approach Nungnung Waterfall with utmost caution.

As you draw nearer and closer to the falls, the fog will leave you splashed with gratefulness. Nungnung Waterfall in Ubud is completely fantastic and an unquestionable visit when in Bali. The wilderness surroundings are astounding, adding a colossal memory in the chapter of your Bali diaries. The surrounding is clean. The environment is cold. The sound of the wind and the fall is a blessing and the best part of the attraction.     We were a group of 9 people travelling to Bali, Indonesia for 5 days. The hospitality we received when we went there was heartwarming. We faced some personal difficulties and throughout the entire process, the team was very helpful, especially the cab drivers. We understand travelling with a big gro
    up can be intimidating but from the hotel staff to especially the drivers, they were all very patient, kind. We stayed at Swiss Belhotel Tuban and Pondok Sebatu Villa. The pre-trip coordination also went smoothly without major hiccups. Cons: We did think that the plan could have been made in a way where either we stayed at the second villa a bit longer or we could have stayed at the original hotel because the trip to the villa at night and the long drive to the airport could have been avoided as well as the expenses of staying in the villa. We would have loved to learn about the Balinese culture more which is why we were asking the driver questions but it was a bit difficult to communicate so we could not learn about the culture, the different things that we saw on the road and we wanted to learn about to anyone. Probably a guide would have been quite helpful in this place since as a foreign tourist, you want to learn about the local customs as well, right? Overall it was quite a good trip and we will definitely cherish it for the rest of our lives.
