Additionally, there were transparency and pricing issues: Cab Booking: We were advised to book a cab outside TravelTriangle with a price fixed over WhatsApp, but the agent increased the fare on the actual day citing peak season. Scooty Rental: We were assured a scooty would be arranged a day prior to our arrival for ₹300–₹350/day. Upon arrival, we were directed to rent directly from the resort, which charged ₹800/day. Summary: Highly recommend the hotels, but cannot recommend the travel agency due to poor communication and unfulfilled commitments. .

The driver was polite, cooperative, and punctual, which made our sightseeing and transfers smooth and comfortable. The travel agent’s service was also very good. He kept us updated throughout the trip and was always available to ask whether the hotel, cab, sightseeing, and other arrangements were fine. This regular communication made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable Goa trip. The arrangements were good, the service was reliable, and we really appreciated the effort put into making our trip comfortable. There is a little scope for making communication and updates even clearer, but overall we are very satisfied with the service and would be happy to recommend it to others. Some of the most memorable moments of our Goa trip were the cruise ship experience included in the package, Snow Park, Baga Beach, and the vibrant atmosphere of Tito’s Lane.
