Agent - Good but took extra money at the end of tour quoting miscalculation. Transportation- Volvo booked were private and badly maintained with broken AC vents which could not be closed causing extreme chilling...... also the bus operators made dinner stops at cheap but overpriced dhabas. However

cabs for local sight seeing were good. Hotel sunpark in manali was excellent , clean and provided delicious food. overall experience was average due to poor bus service and extra charging at the end of tour.
