The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also offered excellent amenities. The services provided by the hotel staff were top-notch, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. Trips and Transfers: The coordination of trips and transfers was seamless. Every journey was well-planned, and premium quality cars were provided for all events. This added a layer of comfort and luxury to our travel experience, allowing us to enjoy every moment without any hassle. On-call Assistance: One of the standout features of this trip was the on-call assistance. The staff was incredibly well-behaved, cooperative, and always ready to help. Their helpful nature made us feel supported throughout the trip. Special Mention - Parul: A special mention goes to Parul, who truly is a gem of the company. Pattaya and Phuket: We had wonderful time in Pattaya and Phuket and a lot of memories to carry. We had good hotels and food. We explored places nearby and was able to connect well with the agents and the cab drivers. The only thing that put us off in both the places were the service partners that were chosen. We did not have a proper worth of the money paid in coral islands and phi phi islands (the agent in phi phi Island tour was rude). Not best of experience in the activities on the islands. Probably changing the partnering agencies will give a better experience. Bangkok: The first thing that put us off was the hotel. Not the one worthy of meeting 4 star hotel standards.we found cockroaches in the room. And the transfers were not on time which made us hurry up and run around in the safari world. Also, we missed major attractions and in the open zoo our cab driver did not stop near the animals where others vehicles took ample time to watch and take photos, our driver was busy over taking other vehicles and dropping us back to the hotel. Even the food organisation and the food was not at all good. Just a suggestion Since we are new to the country we won't be aware of local places please try to suggest the travellers so that they can have the best traveling experience. Overall **** for Phuket and Pattaya. *** for Bangkok.

Recently we had planned a family trip and visited Pattaya and Bangkok. It was a wonderful trip and covered all the places in 6 days. Ms Parul and Mr Ankit from Navigatio was really helpful and good part was that on regular intervals they were checking if we are facing any issues during the trip. The hotel in Pattaya was wonderful, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, I must admit that the hotel in Bangkok did not meet our expectations. Thankfully, Kunal and Gaurav swiftly arranged for us to be relocated to a nicer accommodation, ensuring that our overall experience remained positive. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the trip. Thailand offered breath-taking sights and memorable experiences. The assistance provided by Kunal and Gaurav played a significant role in making this trip a success. I would highly recommend their services to anyone planning a visit to Thailand. Thank you once again for organizing such a wonderful trip.

Recently we went to Thailand (Pattaya (Coral Island), Phuket (Phi Phi Island & James Bond Island) & Bangkok (City Temple & Safari World)). Great experience booking with Navigatio Asia Holidays very co-operative even provided suggestions for the entire trip by Parul and even added a person on the last minute. Parul, Tarun and the entire ground team were very helpful and supportive throughout the trip. Updates were given on daily basis. In short everything was excellent. We had a very pleasant experience booking a Thailand trip for Phuket/Pattaya/Bangkok through Navigatio Asia Holidays. Starting from hotel booking, transfers, and sightseeing, everything was planned and arranged properly and on time. Pathetic hotels, no toiletries provided, towels provided were torn, and the hotel in Pattaya didn't even have wifi in the room, the reception desk confirmed the same. How can travel triangle book such pathetic hotels for its customers. Cabs were good but they made us wait for 2 hours with several follow ups for transfer to Pattaya from Bangkok. Coral Island and Temple visit. The guides were really very helpful.

We had an amazing vacation to Krabi and Phuket , Bangkok , Pattaya . Everything was organised and helpful. Thank you Travel Triangle and Perfect Holiday Planners for making this trip memorable. Everything was above expectations. Cab and transfer services were best . We will look forward for future trips with travel triangle.The island tours was memorable and so organized that we need not to worry about other things. Boat rides and Snorkeling were best.
