About Dwarka Tourism
Also known as the ‘Home of Lord Krishna’, Dwarka tourism is all about treating your religious outlook with sheer devotion. The legends signify the establishment of one of the 12 Jyotirlingas here at Dwarka henceforth which the place has been celebrated as one of the biggest pilgrimage sites in the country. Dwarka Beach is a tranquil stretch of sand where the Gomti River flows into the Arabian Sea. Dwarka Lighthouse on the beach remains a popular attraction on a Dwarka tour guide. Dedicated to Lord Krishna, Dwarkadhish Temple is one of the four sacred pilgrimages in India and a major tourist attraction in Gujarat.
Tourism in Dwarka unfolds the many religious significance that has been attached to the name itself. The serenity of this place and the holiness in the air has eventually earned the name – Dwarka, meaning a gateway to heaven! According to the mythologies, many believe that the city was once submerged under the water due to certain mishaps. However, recent excavations have given thorough evidence of its validity. Archeological remains found at Bet Dwarka or Dwarka underwater date back to the Late Harappan phase of Indus Valley Civilization.
Situated in Western India, dwarka can be visited in between the months of October and March as the weather is quite pleasant that time. Considered as a gateway to heaven, thousands of tourists flock here every year. Being well-linked to the major parts of India via air, road and rail networks, people visiting from Delhi can reach here conveniently by boarding a plane to Rajkot, and then taking a road conveyance for Dwarka.

Rajendra's 6 days trip to DwarkaGUJRAT TRIP from 9 to 14 Feb 2020 : We have booked 6D/5N trip for 6 Sr Citizens from 9 Feb to 14 Feb 2020 through TT / DH . The over all trip has been good & we visited Ahmedabad , Jamnager , Dwarka , Bet Dwarka , Porbandar , Somnath & Diu . The Driver Mr Bharat Bhai has been very co-operative & caring . Hotel Carrefour at Ahmedabad & Rainbow Resort at DIU were good . Hotel The Grand Dwraka in Dwarka & Hotel Heritage in Veraval - Somnath were average . Mr Amin Mansuri from Diu Holidays did good planning for the trip & most of our concerns raised during booking / after booking were properly addressed by him so that our trip has been executed properly without any issue . DH Mr Mansuri should be more responsive in attending phone calls / replying whats app messages in time . Amrutha's 6 days trip to DwarkaThis was my first time travel with KBG. My package was for Gujarat. Firstly I would like to mention that the agent that I spoke with, Gaganpreet is very very patient. I have asked her to change itinerary for me atleast 100 times and not once did she crib or say no! I had asked for minimum 3 star rooms and I got fabulous rooms throughout my stay, at Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Bhuj. The schedule, rooms, itinerary was made according to my preference. The driver that we got was really friendly, and joyful, that was the best part about the trip! Overall, a great experience, will definitely be travelling again with KBG. Tent city at Rann Utsav and Rann Riders at Dasada.

Pankaj's 10 days trip to DwarkaWe booked our Gujrat trip of 11 days and 12 nights with De Voyager and Payal was very helpful in planning of our trip and arranging the Cab and preparing the itinerary. We had only two issues: 1. We asked for booking Rann Utsav Tent city in Rann of Kutch but just a day before the start of our trip we were told that they cannot book Tent city for us as it was fully booked and rather they have booked White Rann Resort which disappointed us. 2. The Hotel Bait Inn in Ahmedabad was not at all a 3 Start hotel, the rooms were too small and there were no basic items like Soap, Dental/Shaving kit and water provided in the hotel rooms, We were given the soap after we asked the room service. Very disappointed with this hotel, please avoid staying in this hotel if you can. Overall the trip was excellent and our Cab driver Harshbhai was a gentleman and very nice person, he was very helpful and took care of us throughout our trip. I would definitely recommend Travel Triangle and De Voyager to my friends.
