Shopping at Lakkar bazaar is an experience in itself as you get to browse through and purchase some exquisite Himachali handicrafts, clothes, spices, fruits and more. This market is famous for its wooden items, especially the skillfully made walking sticks. This market is also famous for its jewelry, local shawls and fresh fruit. You can also go skating near this bazaar as there is an ice skating rink close to the bazaar. If you are wondering how to reach Lakkar bazaar, the best way would be private cab or taxi. This bazaar is about 3 kilometers from the Shimla railway station and it takes about 3 minutes to get here if you take the NH22 highway. This bazaar is just a little distance further down the road from the famous midpoint, the Mall road. You can easily get taxis or cabs from the Mall road till Lakkar bazaar and it is easily accessible.

Hotel at Manali was good. but Hotel at Shimla is not as expected. Room size is very small and bit uncomfortable.

The bus through which we reached Manali has offered pathetic service but on reaching there everything was up to the mark.Infact to compensate the poor travelling facility the upgraded the room at hotel which is appreciated .Thank u for arranging everything for us The best was Paragliding and rafting and the cab driver who actually took us ther not once but twice .

It was overall a good trip. However it could have been less tiring. Chandigarh to manali and manali to shimla was very tiring and long journey which could have been avoided by the agent

So our trip was arranged by Vaishnaviji from Shoes on loose , she was calm patient and approachable for all our queries. All the hotels were really great especially the Lotus inn river in Manali was amazing the View from our room was breath taking and the hotel staff was very polite, helpful.
