AYUSH HARODE

New delhi

Ayush's 3 days trip to Himachal

Travel Triangle ke saath mera experience bahut achha raha. Puri trip achhi tarah organize ki gayi thi aur service bhi kaafi achhi thi. Jo package liya tha usme paisa vasool experience mila. Hotels, travel arrangements aur overall management se main santusht hoon. Team supportive thi aur trip smoothl

y complete hui. Ek suggestion hai ki customer ki service aur satisfaction ke baare me trip ke dauran aur baad me thoda aur regular follow-up karte rahen. Overall bahut achha experience raha, main Travel Triangle ko recommend karunga."

Travel triangle....

।। Travel ajent ko room bhi clear batne chhiye ki कैसे है। ।। Dinesh Kumar ko 7 star rating he।।। Hotel achhe the।4star rating।। Travel ajency ajent ko अपना स्तर सुधारना होगा।।।2.5 star out of 5. Good

We had gone to Samui and were island hopping between Koh Tao and Phangan. The entire experience was surreal. Much thanks to Ashish Tiwari and his team at Eazyatra for an amazing experience.

Sandip Dom

Shimla manali kasol

Sandip's 7 days trip to Himachal

#Bad Experience: 1. Call ka kuch response nhi krna (Lalita Mam). 2. Payment as per Installment nhi lena. Payment ke liye bar bar call krna. 3. Hotels pe payment krne ke liye bolna checkout ke time pe. 4. Aap jab bhi unko regarding any issue call kroge wo ek dusre ke upar shift kr denge like usk

a department alg hein unse baat krke apko inform krungi then inform nhi krna aap wait krte rho unka. 5. Mera Kasol wala hotel regarding issue hua tha wo change krne ko bol rahe the lekin at last time wahi hotel mila jo booking time final Kiya tha but uske liye Customer Care ko bhut bar call krna pada n all drama.. 6. Excuses dena like abhi season time he to thoda aisa waisa (hotel booking, cab etc) hua hein.. Overall rating For Travel on Ease (5/10) #Suggestions for Travel on Ease Team: Jo Aap Booking krte time bolte ho or jo Package mein wo hisab se service dena.. Aur Client destination pe pochne se pehle waha ka details send kr diya kro (hotels booking details, cab details, driver details etc) Ok

Mona's 3 days trip to Himachal

I’m a bit disappointed with the service of agent Advance easy trip. There were few blunders like Driver suddenly got changed and nobody including travel agent was aware that this is going to happen. They had no clear communication with Transporter. However new driver Shankar was really good and coop

erative, hence we continued with him. Agent told me to pay directly to them not to the driver but it was again a miscommunication…Driver wasn’t aware and said I did not get my payment. After my multiple follow ups with Travel agent this was sorted. Also new driver was not aware of way of Hotel…I requested agent to ask someone local who can call the driver and guide him but nobody called after my multiple follow-ups . Jyoti (agent) ko kuch pata hi nahi hota tha..Anyways Driver was very good, he managed things somehow. And Hotel service was also fine.

Kaustub's 7 days trip to Thailand

Overall the experience was good but not worth the price charged. One activity planned was rescheduled without notifying which apparently we had to miss. The experience in Koh Samui was amazing thank you to the whole team here in India and Ko Samui.

Gaurav Chande

Mumbai

Gaurav's 6 days trip to Dubai

The person wo was handling our package was too rude and there wasnt any clarification with regards to the insurance and other details he was only in hurry to get the payment done asap. When asked him abt queries he used to revert too lately and when chased again the reply comes is mei bahar hu abhi

- Mr. MIRAJ was his name . As soon as we told him your behaviour is not acceptable you are too rude he replied with mere pass time nai hai aapse argue karne ka i have strict action is taken against him we also raised complaint but no revert which is again very disappointing. Not for 1st time international travellers as there is no clear converstion . Our package was then handled over to Mr. Lucky and that previous man happily said yes yes mei kisi aur ko handover de deta hu. Too rude too impolite no resolution on time no queries resolved on time sirf payment ke liye jaldi reply dete hai.

Khao San Road In Bangkok

Khao San Road is Bangkok's backpacker party street, a one-kilometre stretch that comes alive after dark with cheap bars, live music, the famous shared buckets, and a night market selling street food and gear until the small hours. It gets busy from around 9 to 10 pm and roars past midnight, and a night out here is among the...
