Amitkumar's 12 days trip to Himachal

For Travel in Ease team: We did a 10 day trip with travel on ease from manali to amritsar covering kasol, bir, dharmshala and Dalhousie in between. They provided us with amazing service with a private cab that was with us throughout these ten days and 5 days of hotel stay in which breakfast and dinner was included. The properties that they booked were good except for Dharamshala however food included at each of the properties is worth mentioning. They had a well planned itinerary in which they covered all the attraction points. We had a couple trip and we were so much at ease because of their service. Also will like to say that the driver Ajay Thakur that we got is the best. So professional and humble. If we ever travel to north again we will go with travel ease. Special shout out to Baby Dharta for planning and coordinating the trip. Cheers to Sahil from Admin team and again Ajay for being an amazing driver cum guide. For Travel triangle team: Service needs to improve as there was no person from TT team to coordinate with throughout the trip, kept on calling but no response!

Nithin's 6 days trip to Bali

Our trip for Singapore & Bali was quite memorable one and thanks to Tour Hunters for professionally co-ordinating it without any hiccups. Right from the start our coordinator was in touch with us ensure we are on track as per the planned itinerary. They were available round the clock for any support/queries/clarifications that we encountered during our trip. Singapore trip was very well organised with comfortable hotel stay & pvt cab rides to the destinations. Even in Bali our cab driver who was with us for all 4 days was kind, well behaved and was supportive enough to cater our needs be it last minute change in the plans, finding a good Indian restaurant, helping to negotiate with the shop keepers while buying the things. The only disappointing part was our 3rd hotel - Ashoka Tree Resort Ubud. We got a sub standard room and also the experience was not so great with rooms stinking, leaking bathrooms. They were not kind enough to respond to our problems. Also, One of the main issue was hotel having problems with card machine, we had to go find an ATM at the late night and get the hard cash to settle their bills. This hotel can be avoided going forward by Tour hunters.

I have booked a trip to Alibaugh from Mumbai, the Travel agent Mr. Gaurav Sharma talked very politely and promised to give me a GST invoice bill but when the trip finished he gave me an excuse that Sir I will give you invoice tomorrow and day after tomorrow. Now it is one week over he is not even picking up my calls, and their customer service is also not giving a response. I recommend everyone not to make your booking with them, very bad service. They just looted me.

Ekta's 10 days trip to Thailand

Our 10 day trip to Thailand was planned by Lucky well in advance and we were intimated about every detail by the agent. He also made changes in the itinerary according to our requirements. Every information was accurately provided. During the trip Lucky was always available whenever we had to ask anything. Hotels in Phuket and Bangkok were excellent but the hotel in Krabi was not as good since it was a very old one. All the pick ups were always done well in time except for once. The local agent asked us to hire a cab since their driver hadn't reached and refunded the taxi bill. Overall Lucky did a very good job and we did not face any major problem during the trip. Safari world in Bangkok, phi phi island, Patong beach, snorkelling.

Suphlay's 5 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

During our entire duration of the trip we had stay in 3 different hotels. On our 1st day of the trip in Puri when we went for check-in in the 1st hotel Blue Lily Beach Resort, it turned out that hotel pool was under maintenance/reconstruction and the hotel manager lied that dues to a 'brawl' which happed few nights back the pool tiles were broken. We checked out the rooms and it was not at all for for being called a 3 start property. We refused the check-in and asked the travel agent to change our stay, to save time we suggested a hotel closer to the beach, ଗୋଲ୍ଡେନ ଟ୍ରି Golden Tree, as a result we had to pay some more than earlier quoted. This was a great pick for us, best of all 3 we stayed in during the trip. From Puri we went to Daringbari where the hotel booked for us, The Snow Creek, was the worst. The floor tiles in rooms and bathroom were broken and loose, walls were damp and showing signs of water seepage. They were even refusing to provide separate toilet and bathing soap. The complementary breakfast portion size was so small that it was fit for a 10yr old, it was like theye were trying to save as much as possible when it came to provide any service. Probably in order to keep their wifi bills down they didn't provided password during check-in and we got it only few hours before check-out. Our last stay was at Hotel Shubham Grand, Bhubaneswar. This was okayish, rooms were spacious and complementary breakfast was good but nothing more to brag about. The star of the trip was our driver Anil bhaiya, great and chill person was very courteous and accommodating to our requests.

Right from the booking's to the coordinations with each and everything Miss Rizwana was there with us. The coordination was just not limited till the booking was done but also while we were on the trip and even after it. Our ticket agent Anees was helpful and polite too to help us with all the cancelling and rebooking that suited our timetable. COMING TO THE MAJOR HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP WAS MR ZAKIR… our guide/driver, our trip wouldn’t be so great without him he made sure to be present everywhere, every time whenever we needed him, his passion for his work and memanawazi can be seen every time! Unfortunately my husband fell off the horse in Pahalgam and I don’t know what would we have done without Zakir bhai, he took us to the hospital, stood in the que did all the billings and never asked/took a penny even if we forced him and tried to give him. Sach mein Kashmiriyon ka dil bada hota hai
