Room services were not great at hotels. On weekends for 29 rooms only 1 attendant was available at hotel Mamalla inn in Mahabalipuram. Hotel Priso in Pondicherri was 20km away not at all good location. hotels were not 3stars felt like 2 stars. Although tourist places were great and covered by cab driver Shiva. Baseline expectations do not get addressed. Hotels, planning could be improved. Swati from sky travels assured that the quality would be improved.
