Trip to KarnatakaI am highly disappointed with your hotel bookings for my ooty trip. My first hotel at mysore "viceroy comfort" was pathetic as it was not even close to a 3 star hotel, as promised to me by your agent. The room was not hygenic, the blanket was torn, AC remote was not working, no clean glasses and jug and even TV screen was not proper. My experience for next hotel "Castle international" was even more pathetic as non-AC rooms were booked for us, which was a fault from your end purely. I had already mentioned to your agent in the starting that I wanted AC rooms only Still he booked me a non AC room and later when I called him, he clearly told me that he cannot do anything now.Due to this I had to adjust in such humid temperature . I trusted you with my trip planning and you have spoiled my whole vacation. You had such a good name in your line but I don’t think you are eligible for any praises. This was my first experience with you and its really horrible. In continuation to trailing mail I would like to point out few more things 1. As stated earlier after about my concern for non AC room in Mysore, I had confirmed about my booking of AC room in ooty, for which your executive clearly told me that Ooty rooms are AC rooms only but once again I got a non AC room. 2. No where in my itinerary, it was mentioned that I had to purchase separate tickets for toy-train to Coonoor from Ooty, At the end, I was forced to drop down whole Coonoor plan. 3. Lastly, everywhere the driver also acts as a guide, but our driver was not only in a hurry to complete his day and leave us back at the hotel but never took any interest in guiding us through the tour. I wanted the tour to be memorable in good ways but it turned out to be otherwise. I am highly disappointed by your services and the false commitments by your executives given to attract business. Now, i am worried for my next trip.
Trip to CoonoorI went on a trip to Ooty and Coonoor through Lee vacations this past weekend. We wanted something full fledged and safe as it was just two girls travelling. Right from the beginning Ramya was very helpful in customizing the itenary to our needs. She was confident about giving us an amazing trip and my God a perfect trip is what we had. A special mention to our driver Mr. Raj Kumar. Right from the time he picked us up from the airport to till he dropped us off he made sure that all our requirements were catered to. He was very knowledgeable about the places and has a clear idea on where to go first, how not to waste time and also had immense knowledge about each of the place he takes us to. All in all, it was a wonderful trip.
Trip to Karnataka· My trip is great All the place and hotels were good and all the location was good. Cab driver was also very good Coonoor to otty toy train journey. Experience living in cottage at Palm era Coorg. enjoying environment from Mount and mist at ooty.
Trip to CoonoorThank you travel triangle and sky tours and travel for organizing such a memorable and funfilled trip for us. Our trip organizer Leena were perfectly organized our Itenary, hotels and cab booking. Best memory were visiting Avalanche(upper bhavani lake) near Ooty and toy train journey from ooty to coonoor.
Trip to CoonoorI recently opted for the package offered by Foxpro Travels through Travel Triangle for a road trip to Mysore-Ooty-Coonoor from Bangalore. The entire experience has been an enriching one for me and my family. We were a group of 4 women and our driver ensured we were comfortable throughout the trip. The entire process, right from booking to paying off installments for the trip, was hassle free and effectively organized online. The agent assigned to the trip also ensured to stay in touch and follow up until all the formalities were finalized before the start of our journey. She also, at regular intervals, checked on if everything was going as planned. Overall, it was a memorable trip for us. Special thanks to Srishti from Foxpro Travels and our driver, Mr. Manjunath. We look forward to more happy trips such as this one through Travel Triangle! Thank you!!
Trip to KarnatakaThis is just my honest opinion. The trip was pretty good. The hotels at Mysore (Hotel Villa Park) and Ooty (Mount view Heritage Hotel) were awesome, whereas hotel AL-Wesal International at Coorg was just OK. The staff were nice in the hotels. We are thankful to both Bhuvana and Swami as they were very prompt in replying. But we got disappoint with our driver Umesh, especially the trip to Ooty and Coonoor was a disaster. He was more worried about finishing the day off and saving the fuel. Good part about the driver: Expert in driving. Bad part about the driver: 1. He gives too many advises. For example, the final day was planned for Coonoor in the itinerary and he refused to take us there. We requested him politely but still he had his plans to ignore it. I needed to call the agency on the final day and he got even angry and stubborn with us saying that there is nothing in Coonoor. Then I had to force him to go there. Then we wanted to see tiger hill in Coonoor, which he has only shown us from a distance and refused to take us there. 2. One day we requested him to go to shopping, which was in the itinerary but he refused even we had a good amount of the time left in the day and he took us to hotel around 4 PM. 3. At one of the tea Gardens in Ooty, even he told us to pay the parking charge. Although it was not costly but it shows his insincerity. Although we are happy with the trip, I won't recommend the driver.
Trip to CoonoorI booked cab for 6 days. Mysoor-Coorg-OOty -Coonoor. Driver was experienced and well aware of destination. He had good knowledge of various historical events. Car was clean and nice. We enjoyed a journey a lot. Only problem we faced is, driver didn't have enough money to fill the tank on return journey. He said his manager has not paid him sufficient amount. He wanted make some alternate arrangement in his friend's cab and we were waiting for his friends cab at Mysore for almost 1 hr. Finally, his friend didn't appear and he dropped us at almost last minute of our flight departure. Our flight was at 12:05 AM and we reached airport at 11.35 pm. It was only horrible thing happened to us. I was worrying that we will miss our flight. we didn't even go to washroom for 5 hrs from Mysoor to Banglore as we were frightened to miss flight due to delay. Apart from this incident overall sightseeing was good. We expect Chill Memories need to be very careful while planning and allocate sufficient amount to drivers as we have paid full amount for our journey. So driver will not fall shortage of funds. If this incident can be avoided I would have given full rating to Agency.
Trip to CoonoorThere is no coordination with travel agent to driver, the tour plan execution not happened as per package, but managed, the hotels also not as expected.
