The Golf Course in Wellington, owned by the Gymkhana Club, is a popular haunt for business magnets and Tamil celebrities visiting the region. Visitors can enjoy tennis games, billiards, gym, and golfing in Wellington Gymkhana Club in Coonoor. The Gymkhana Club in Wellington covers 69 acres of pure bliss.

The Wellington Gymkhana Club in Coonoor is a great place to work on your golf swing or to practice how to put a hole in one. Situated at an elevation of about 6,000 feet, Wellington Club in Coonoor is one of the oldest clubs in India, with a recorded history of more than 100 years.

The Club in the Nilgiri Hills is visited by many professional and novice golfers, from India and abroad. The main attractions Wellington Golf Course are its sylvan surroundings with tea estates and Shola forests. The 18-hole course stands on a military land and pays rent to the Defence Department.

Accommodation for guests is provided by the club in any of the ten rooms and six huts. Besides golfing in Wellington, guests can indulge in indoor games like billiards, cards, and table tennis.     Hotel Exp: Hotel exp was decent,food was good ,could do better in keeping some more options of North Indian food Had a payment issue at Hotel Adrak at Trivandrum where the payment was not marked as paid by the hotel agency we have to wait for checkout because of that,took a lot of time to resolve
    it. We could have missed the sighting of the last day due to the payment issue. Cab Exp: The driver was cooperative and helped in sight seeing for the first 3 days. He started showing tantrums for the sightseeing of Trivandrum and was not ready to cover the places in our itinerary. There was a lot of miscommunication between Back2Holidays and the driver regarding the payment and itinerary discussion. When we called the agent to clarify he was not happy and we had a lot of arguments with him. Agency Exp: I would like to thank Nikita from Back2Holidays for helping us cover all the places in our itinerary. She was following up with us throughout our trip. Everything was planned according to our needs, hotels were nearby the sightseeing places. We had issues with driver and at one of the hotels,we reached out to her and she made sure our trip went according to our plan coordinated with the driver and at hotel and overall our trip was a memorable one. There can be improvements done to avoid miscommunication between the agency,driver and hotels.It creates a lot of stressful situations for the guests. Our last 2 days were a bit stressful due to that.
