Gs's 3 days trip to Karnataka

My trip with Sree Ganapthi Travels was really good. The Hampi trip was managed by Parul from Travel agency and Abhijit from Travel Triangle. The trip was customised based on my likings. The budget was required to be stretched a little bit but, I’m totally satisfied. There was a glich in the overall experience, it was not conveyed to me on how third installment of the trip has to be paid. The confusion arrived on Sunday where I was interacting with agent for direct payment and emails from Travel Triangle mentioning the “all payment through TT app. Agent provided the contact pf Abhijit and who later clarified the asks. Although the confusion did spoilt the fun of the travel, it was just for 2 hours thing. I have Traveled with Travel Triangle sometime back when they created a group chat with agent and TT associate. It would have been good if it was done for this trip. All this hasle would have been a matter of 5 mins. I can’t blame this part of travel agent, it should be initiated by Travel Triangle. Overall I loved the stay and package as a whole. Hampi trip was so memorable. Cab driver was excited to show all tge places in the itinerary and extra based on request. Support of the agent was also fantastic.

Thanks Lee Vacations for arranging a back-up trip to Hampi. I planned Coorg-Mysore trip but coorg was totally flooded and Lee Vacations arranged a back-up trip to Hampi. It was totally enjoyable and looking forward to our next trip with them. The driver and the cab were very good. The only bad experience in this trip was the hotel. The hotel was not up to the mark. They didn't take card payment or online payment. And the receptionist was rude and not helpful. The AC and TV was not working. Except the hotel, the total experience was very good.
