We enjoyed all the activities organised by Postcard trip. • Alleppey (1 night): Our night in Alleppey, especially on the houseboat, was a highlight. The unique experience on the waterways and food that they cooked and served on the boat added a magical touch. The private houseboat was very clean and the staff were very friendly. • Thekkady (2 nights): Thekkady offered a perfect blend of wildlife and culture. We celebrated Christmas at the “Hills & Hues”, they had dinner and show (gala night) on Christmas eve where the locals came and performed that made our stay memorable. • Kodaikanal (1 night): Kodaikanal's serene atmosphere and Kodai Resort had quality accommodation with a good restaurant. Rakesh's 5 days trip to Kerala

We had a nice trip and time in kerala. Driver was so friendly, he picked us on time from airport and he was on time everyday for our daily pickup. I would say we could enjoy the trip so well because he was driving so safely in our entire Journey. As part of our package Breakfast was really good in all hotels. Just would like to mention couple of points. 1. Booked a trip for 2 adults, 1 kid. Room and Bed (queen type) were so small in Munnar. It was so difficult to adjust, Hotels/Room type would be booked based on no of people. 2. Mountain Hues hotel was good, but not sure why the hotel was booked so far away from Thekkady... It takes 30 mins to reach Thekkady from hotel. Initially Periyar hotel was mentioned in Quote... May be because of delay in booking I was in no choice to agree to a hotel which is so far from main city. We faced lot of issues to find a good restaurant for dinner.

It was a good experience that could have been great if some things were improved. 1. The Cab was not in great condition it has more than 227000 km on the odometer. Making various noises and rattling sounds. On the 5th Nov evening, we asked the driver to drop us at some restaurant he refused to say some maintenance work with the car. He offered to send an auto but if the car was in good condition that could be been avoided. 2. The cab driver stopped at a few restaurants where the food we did not like, they try to stop at restaurants where they get commission or free food. 3. The room given in Palmgrove Resort has mold and moisture on all walls and it was smelling damp. After a huge argument with the Travel agent, they agreed to change the room. 4. The hotel Mountain Hues was 45 minutes away from Thekkady town, we had to travel 1.5 hours extra to see the Periyar Tiger reserve and other activities, it could have been better if the hotel was near to the town. 5. The travel agent before booking the package made many tall claims. They have a huge collection of Hotels and Resorts and if we were not satisfied they would change the room or hotel, but when I complained they started taking in a different tone. The Namaskaram travel agent Vineet started shouting and talking in a threatening tone which I did not like. I too raised my voice to convey my concerns. Once we fully pay the package amount there is no leverage for customers like us to get better service or hotel rooms or take refund on the services which we did not like. Munnar Aranyaka resort was great.

Asia Authentic travel prepared a good itinerary for Vietnam, though I recommend one day more at Hoi An and Hue. Eric our coordinator is very easily approachable, helpful and was available at a message throughout the trip. Hotel at Hanoi was little disappointing but Eric made efforts and changed it to to a decent one. The cruise at Halong Bay was excellent and special thanks to Eric for arranging vegetarian food! 1st of all we want to thanks Travel triangle ,Trip sailor & our cab driver Bijesh for making our trip awesome all our stay are comfortable,neat & clean especially we like stay at rivertree munnar & houseboat allepy , meals at rivertree & houseboat are delicious except Thekkedy Mountain hue hotel it is non vegetrian hotel and vegetrian food quality was so poor & one more think that we not liked that free local sight seeing spots are very less wherever your cab stop you have to pay enternace fees that cost us about extra 7-8k & we also miss top staion visit at munnar due to miscommunication of Driver Overall our trip is good Houseboat Stay is memorable & anyone going to Kerala must Experience Houseboat for one time.

Onkar's 6 days trip to Sri Lanka

First night in Sri Lanka was spent in a Colombo Hotel, Emirates Inn Mount Lavinia. It is a substandard hotel. Except us no boarder was there on such a special day, 25th December 2019. The room was small and lighting was very poor. We had to do our packing/unpacking in the light of mobile phone. Its cupboard was not usable as its doors were not moving. One TV and one telephone set was there but both were not having any connection . A single person was acting as Manager, boy and cook, everything. Next night we spent in Kanda Uda Hotel, Kandy. Here the room was bigger but again both telephone set and TV were there for show only, none of them had any connection. This hotel does not have any dining facility. Otherwise this hotel was much better than the Colombo Hotel. From the security point of view I can say one thing that one door was there in the room which is locked from outside. There was no control from inside. I don't know whether this "Direct Link" people have a knack of booking faulty hotels. Third night of this trip was spent in Tanzanite Mount View Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. It is situated at the top of a mountain and the view of the town from its balcoy was marvelous. Room is big and with good beds and toilet. But it does not have lock at the balcony and entrance door. It had no TV and telephone and no bell. Our last hotel was "LAVANNGA" in Hikka Duwa. This was a nice hotel. But this hotel was booked on our advice and we had to pay som extra money to book thiis hotel. So I shall not give credit to Direct Link for booking this hotel. One credit definitely goes to Direct Link and that is regarding car and its chauffeur. Both were excellent. One last line I must add please don't book a hotel like Emirates Inn Mount Lavinia for any one. Had I not been dam tired (and the time- 1:15 am) I would have definitely make hue and cry that night. Cab and Driver were exccellent and so were road conditionns through out Sri Lanka. Most of the people we came across were nice and disciplined. Last thing I must add is that I have never seen any road side that was stinking or full of garbage. Roads through out the island nation was of highest standard.
