We had an awesome & lovely time in Vietnam and Sophie from Bamboo Hat/ Travel triangle did a great job of locating/ hosting us at prime locations which helped us explore right tourist areas. Egg coffee and water puppet show was interesting and helped us get a dive into the Vietnamese culture. Phu Quoc's La mer was a beautiful resort which was a pleasure to our eyes. The people were quite sweet in general. We have pleasant memories to take back home.

The trip was well planned for such a short duration and enjoyed it throughout. The way it was mentioned in the quotation, services were offered exactly the same way. Though, the Ashlee Plaza at Phuket could have been better, however, another hotel provided at Krabi was Phu Beach hotel was awesome with swimming pool attached to the room. Overall, it was a great experience. Well coordinated by Travel triangle. I will definitely recommend it to family and friend.

Our SViet travel agent did a fantastic job to provide us with a hassle free holiday. They ensured last minute problems were resolved well. The trip itinerary, internal flights, tours and transfers provided were well planned out and top notch. The only complaint we have is the hotel - while the Phu quoc hotel - Brenta was amazing and Hanoi hotel - tu linh legend was basic, but good; Tuliip in Ho Chi Minh was a major disappointment. The hotel staff was rude and uninformed, and the breakfast food had finished more than an hour before actual breakfast end time

Indira's 6 days trip to Thailand

Hi Team, First of all thank you for your support and making it possible to have a memorable trip with my elderly parents and kid. There were pros and Cons of the trip that I had Pros: 1. Transition from airport to hotel were smooth except for Bangkok 2. Hotels were nearby to places with Shop and restaurants 3. The sightseeing services offered were disciplined and on time 4. Phi phi Island tour was good 5. Particularly the Phu Beach Hotel was very beautiful 6. The Cruise arranged in Bangkok was excellent Cons: 1. The flight timings chosen from Kolkata to DMK and DMK to Kolkata were very bad. Both time we had to wait at the airport for around 6 hours with elderly parents and kids. 2. The 4 island tour which was included with the package was very hectic for senior citizens as the boat was overcrowded, complimentary lunch provided was not upto the mark. Overall a very stressful trip doesn't leave you with much of energy to enjoy the beautiful Krabi. 3. At Bangkok there was confusion and the Cab arrived to pick us up had only 4 seats available. And we were 5+1(adults+kid). 4. The day planned at Bangkok by agency was not thoughtful we were supposed to leave hotel at 13pm roam around two temples for 4 hours and then to be dropped at airport while our flight timing was 12 am at night. So basically we were supposed to spend more than 6-7hrs at airport. 5. This kind of planning must be done with consideration when it is known travelers include kid and senior citizens. This point was emphasized during booking many a times. 6. Visa on arrival was free that we got to know after reaching DMK. information should have been shared with traveller. Overall it was a satisfactory trip. Better planning and paying more attention to the need of customer would be helpful in future. Nonetheless the agents Satyajit and Avijit were very keen to help and were available for support throughout our trip. Do I would like to thank them. The cruise in Bangkok and the stay at the Phu Beach Hotel....

Satyam's 8 days trip to Thailand

Our experiences with the hotels was very bad. Hotel 1 (Patong cottage, Phuket): Location is not good. Hotel is located at a small hill and it takes lots of efforts to reach hotel by walk. Room provided by the Hotel management was also at the 5th floor and there was no lift to reach to the room. They were asking for extra money to shift room to lower floors. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel 2(Andamaneese boutique resort, Krabi): Our room booking amount was not paid to the hotel management. When we reached at the hotel, they said our agency has not transferred the booking amount to them and they denied our room checkins. We had to call travel traingle customer care but the issue was not resolved and they started fighting with the hotel management. In the end they shifted us to another near by hotel (Phu beach resort). We wasted our 3 hours day time because of these issues. Every one was getting uncomfortable as we had kids with us. Phu beach resort hotel was very good. But 3 hours was very precious time for us and we could not go to any place in that day in Krabi. Till the time we checked in to the hotel, it was already dark. Hotel 3 (Seasons Siam Hotel, Bangkok): Rooms were too small and washrooms were smelly. Hotel staff was good and supportive.
