We recently booked a vacation package through SVietnam Tours via TravelTriangle, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Jennie and her team went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was seamless and enjoyable. They were always available to assist us whenever needed, and their support was incredibly reassuring. One of the highlights of the trip was how they paid attention to our food preferences. Whether it was lunch or dinner included in the package, they made sure our dietary needs were always taken into account. The hotels were excellent, with each one offering a great experience. However, the hotel in Phu Quoc was exceptional, especially with its beautiful surroundings and private beach. It truly made our stay there unforgettable. The tour guides were fantastic throughout the trip, but the guide in Da Nang really stood out. She was not only knowledgeable and friendly but also made a special connection with our 3-year-old daughter, who had the time of her life playing with her. It made the tour even more enjoyable for our little one. There were so many unforgettable experiences throughout the trip, and some of the top highlights included: - **Ninh Binh Boat Ride**: This serene boat ride through the stunning limestone landscapes was an absolute highlight, offering a peaceful and picturesque experience. - **Halong Bay Cruise**: Cruising through the iconic Halong Bay, surrounded by towering limestone pillars and emerald waters, was nothing short of magical. - **Bana Hills Cable Car**: The cable car ride to Bana Hills offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, providing a truly unique experience. - **Phu Quoc 4 Island Tour**: The Phu Quoc tour was another standout experience, with the cable car ride from the 4th Island to the 1st Island offering spectacular views of the ocean. The entire tour was well-organized, and our guide Vivian made sure we didn’t miss any must-see spots, like the shows at VinWonders and GrandWorld. Phu Quoc itself is a paradise. Even though our Phu Quoc tour was a group tour, Vivian made sure to provide us with all the details to make the experience smooth and easy. He was available round the clock to answer any queries and helped us cover all the must-see spots on time. We also have to thank Jennie for recommending Wyndham Gardens for our stay in Phu Quoc – it was indeed a fantastic choice. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation filled with unforgettable memories, and it was all possible because of Jennie and her amazing team. (1) In Hanoi, we experienced the vibrant city life, enjoying visits to iconic locations like Ocean City Park 2, the Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour, Dong Xuan Market, Beer Street, and the unique Train Street. All were excellent! (2) Our experience on the Ninh Binh Day Guided Tour by limousine bus on February 25th, 2025. Despite the rainy, cloudy, and cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. The tour, which took us from our Hanoi Capital Hotel to Hoa Lu, Trang An/Tam Coc, and Mua Cave, was excellent. We started at Hoa Lu, exploring its ancient royal temples, followed by a pleasant bicycle ride through local villages. The Vietnamese and Indian lunch was also very enjoyable. The boat trip through the Trang An Grottoes was a highlight, and the hike up the mountain at Mua Cave, with its stunning views of the Ngo Dong River, was truly thrilling, even in the rainy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good adventure and a memorable experience. (3) The grand finale was our tour of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, culminating in a visit to Cat Ba Island. The 5-star La Pandora cruise was truly the crown jewel of our trip, providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. (4) In Da Nang, we enjoyed a relaxing beach escape, followed by an exhilarating adventure at Ba Na Hills. The Golden Bridge, the thrilling cable car ride, the Lava Train, Fantasy Park, the charming French Village, and many other attractions created unforgettable memories. We also deeply appreciated the opportunity to explore the majestic Marble Mountains and the impressive Lady Buddha statue. Our two-night stay in Da Nang and tour to Hoi An were magical. We fully immersed ourselves in the local culture and cuisine, and releasing lanterns along the river was an especially unforgettable moment. (5) We also enjoyed the lively party atmosphere and nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City, and gained valuable insights into the country's war history at the Cu Chi Tunnels and Melong Delta tour. Throughout our journey, the guides ensured seamless transitions between destinations and offered insightful explanations about Vietnam's rich history, including its war history and the significance of Buddhism. The tour was expertly curated, ensuring a truly wholesome and immersive experience. Our 9 Day trip was very professionally planned and very well managed. From the start travel triangle agent Ms. Kanchan and S Vietnam agent Ms. Jenna were full co operative by providing each and every information before booking the trip. Jenna use to reply each and every query promptly before and during the trip. Whenever we were reaching to any city the cab and assistance were on time and very responsive team in all cities have guided us. The tour was very well planned. The guides provided during the trip were very knowledgeable and helpful. Tour guide Xin in Da Nang was too good. The accommodation provided during the trip was top class and best. The cruise night was best. We were travelling with infants and tour was planned very well that we never felt any difficulties. We loved the coffee from Vietnam. We loved our trip too much that we are still missing those days. I will suggest everyone to book with S Vietnam and travel triangle. Even our agent provided us gift which was very sweet. It was great to have sophie and their entire Bamboo hat tours team in helping me with my trip to vietnam. The trip was planned well while taking care of every minute details. All the tour guide were great , larry being an exceptional one, during our entire trip to da nang. He helped us with our entire trip made sure we did not miss the golden bridge (even though it was raining) , he even helped us to carry our baby stroller sometimes both at sun world and hoi an . I really appreciate him in putting this much effort for making our trip seamless. Last but not the least , sophie were phenomenal in making sure that everything related to our trip is covered and was available all the time, whenever she was required. I visited Thailand and Vietnam for 10 days. Overall experience is ok. The service provider SPSV is done good job. Krishna is the Co ordinator for our tour. It was well planned and managed tour. My trip to Vietnam went very smoothly with many good memories. Thanks to Jenna from SVietnam team who had planned this trip for my family and was always available for any support we needed before or during the trip no matter how late at night or how early in the morning we needed support.
