Overall a decent experience. There were a few glitches during the tour, which could have been avoided, however, overall quite okay. I must however mention that once all payments are done, its difficult to contact representatives of Travel Triangles, we had some issues & reps from TT were not reachable. This was a bit disappointing. Coming to travel agency - Adventure Mania - There were some coordinating issues between them & the driver. Adventure Mania staff were quite supportive throughout the tour. Having said, while planning the tour, a better research of the customer is vital. We too make a mistake of selecting one Hotel in Jibhi (Hotel Majestic) which was one of the worst hotels / homestays we ever travelled to. The Agency was very kind to cancel one night in Jibhi & arrange one add night in Manali. Shivam, Simpy & the Owner Mr. Sonu were all helpful & tried their best to make is comfortable. Everything cant be perfect, so overall we are quite okay with the travel arrangements & do return with good memories. I would use Travel Triangles in the future as well, but would learn from my mistakes during this tour. Request Travel Triangles to have more responsive representatives who can reach out to customers when required.

My experience is very bad with travel traingle. 1. Agent Sahil offered me a quote of 70k when i selected hotels and explained him what I was looking for like river side view, 4 star etc he offered me few good hotels lile allure grand in manali and a hotel in Dalhousie. Thsi conversation happend and advance was paid in jan- Feb because he said this will confirm my booking. 2. Also paid my second installment no one informed tht my itenary has changed. 3 few days before my planned trip, Kewal contact me and informs tht he cannot book allure as it was not available, this is 3 months after paying advance. 4.He also advised me to change Dalhousie as it was long and trying journey. 5. Which means now I'm paying 85k for a downgraded hotel and less killometer. 6. I don't want to cancel anything last minute and I agreed on condition that hotel wud be top class. 7. A day before journey I was informed driver would contact me for pickup from Delhi. This didn't happen 8. On the day i tried contacting the agent multiple times and was finally able to make contact with driver. 9.after a long and trying journey reached the hotel assigned, hotel was not bad but the room assigned was average. This was a basic room not what was promised. 10. Regarding itenary driver was not informed about the places. According to divert he was updated the day about my trip. 11. Drive informed that he was not informed about my solang valley and rohtang( this never happened as acc to driver rohtang was closed) so driver took me through atal tunnel and solang and asked me to pay 4,500 as it was not covered according to him if co.pany pays him he will refund that. 12 reach jibhi again I was promised stars and moon and was gives stone. Hotel again good but room provided wa basic not river facing funny part is this time room was booked for 2 adults and child not included Missed out Mt Kewal when I was in Manali threated tht he don't care if I'm satisfied or not but if I don't pay the remaining amount he will cancel my jibi which means on my wife bday iw 7d be left on road. I told I will for sure pay once I look the room provided. He didnt accept. He said if I'm not paying he will cancel jibhi or ask me to pay for manali. Very u professional 13 last but not the least while checking out jibhi hotel informed that co pant has not yet paid them and i shud pay thn for room and kid. Made multiple calls and got tht taken care of in 2hrs Sontravel triangle traingle team I'm very diaaapointed. Still in on vacation once I'm done and back to my place me and my wife are sharing Thai experience on social media. We work in a corporate and our view will have huge imapct Non

Nikita's 7 days trip to Himachal

We went on a trip to Shimla, Manali, Jibhi, Kullu, and Kasol. While our hotel stay was good, we had some issues with the cab driver. He was very rude in his behavior during the last three days of the trip. He always rushed us during sightseeing so that he could finish early. Additionally, after we had made the full payment, the travel agent was not available to help us. There was also extreme miscommunication within the team as we had shared all the details with the person who booked our trip but the driver was still asking us about the places. Overall, the services provided were not up to our expectations. The first 3 days in Shimla, Manali was very good, In Jibhi - the majestic hotel was very nature-pleasing also the services were great.

Nice trip. Enjoyed. Anita from travel talkies listened all my concerns with patience and coordinated well. Minor issues we faced are We had to walk to the hotels at kalpa hotel echore the alpine crest they had charged us for dinner without informing us prior even through the dinner included in the package ,view of kinner kailash is fantastic from hotel and room is clean. At sangla hotel mount kailash food was ok kind, initially they told everything in the menu is available, after ordering informed us all the items are not available. View is fantastic from hotel. Room is clean. Aartik palace at shimla, green alpine at jibhi, pashmina hotel at Manali were good for food, clean rooms and nice stay. Stay at jibhi green alpine is a sweet memory near the river. Driver Tarun sharma was a polite driver. Overall trip was fantastic .Thank you travel triangle and travel talkies for such a memorable trip. Highly recommended Stay at jibhi was wonderfull. Sissu is a heaven on earth, and a must visit. Plan on April 1 St week or March end. We are lucky that atal tunnel opened on April 1st. Shimla to sangla road journey is very scenic. Sangla to chitkul is even more scenic. Chitkul and kalpa and sissu are heaven on earth .

Ashish's 4 days trip to Himachal

Hi Travel Triangle team, The Manali trip was good, visited many renowned places and had fun. The Jibhi trip was awful. There are a few callouts that I want to share. The stay which was originally "Indrasaan" Hotel was changed to "La Aero" at the very last minute. Though the hotel was okay, but these last-minute changes impacted our mood for the rest of the trip. Also, we were asked to change the room after 2 days since we extended our stay in Manali by a day. This caused inconvenience too. Also, there should be proper communication between your cab driver, the transport team, and the sales team. The driver kept asking for payment from us since he was not getting any payment from the transport team and he was a little frustrated with the management. There was lots of back-and-forth communication between transport, Sales and Drivers and it led to chaos. I suggest you create a Whatsapp group and deal in that group rather than taking the conversations to the client and spoiling their mood. I felt this was not handled properly. The stay in Jibhi "Cliff Heaven" was not pleasant. It was the worst experience of my Life. Again there was confusion w.r.t the rooms which were booked. I asked for a treehouse during my initial booking and we were asked to stay in an "A" shaped room which has bunker beds. I ended up paying extra money for the treehouse and was standing in the cold weather for nearly 45 minutes before I went to the treehouse. There was no tea/coffee given on arrival and when I asked for it in the evening it was charged. The staff over there were not friendly and kept giving broken heater and refusing to give a normal working one. After talking to the owner they fixed the heater. Even the morning breakfast which is supposed to be covered was not given until 11 a.m. and we decided to check out one day in advance. There was no refund given since there is no policy to cancel the booking 3-4 hours before the day starts. This is very strange and it seems like the hotel guys were trying their best to loot us. Very Pathetic behaviour I must say. Based on these experiences, I will not plan any new trips for me, my family, or my relatives in the future from the Travel Triangle Platform. Thanks and Regards Ashishkumar Gupta

Everything was good with our trip. It was a very fabulous experience. Hotels n their service were very good, cab driver was also very good. Last but not the least, our agent Mr. Krushna Singh was very helpful and cooperative. Just one thing i want to highlight is about our volvo return journey from Manali to Delhi. I received text message with bus details but at the time of boarding from Aut bus stop when we called bus operator, he was saying that bus is not coming and you can contact your agent to book another tickets for you( This is just before 2 hours from boarding time). You should check atleast 1 day prior with your bus agents if that bus is coming or not. It will not cause any inconvenience to people. Tree house at Jibhi and Jalori pass was awesome

Nikumbmandar's 5 days trip to Himachal

It was a great experience. Trip was well structured and although the first hotel could have been slightly better in terms of hotel room views, I really have no complains. The agent Anita Ji was accomodating of all my demands and adjusted the trip as per discussions and my budget. The driver Yogesh Thakurji was friendly and always had some information to give out for all spots. All the hotel staff was friendly. The team made our honeymoon really great! I would say Jibhi was the best part. Majorly owing to less crowds than Manali. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ashutosh's 4 days trip to Himachal

This was my first time booking from travel triangle. I booked a trip for my parents and the travel agency that i booked with supported us a lot. We had to reschedule just when only 2 days left for the trip because of some personal reason and they somehow manged to do that. The hotels were really good both in jibhi and manali. The driver though triked my dad to pay him extra money because he was not turning on AC in hilly areas and it was too hot for them to bear. However our travel agent gave us the money back when they got to know about it and also apolosied for the same. I will say overall it was a very good experience for my parents and I will surely recommend this travel agency.
