Niravhemani's 7 days trip to Kerala

Mr. Robin had planned 5N/6D Wayanad, Kerala trip with hotels and cab service from Calicut. Overall, All the arrangements were good, cab driver was decent. Areas of Improvement: Our cab driver Mr. Vinu informed us that Many sightseeing and Safari locations mentioned in the travel itinerary planned by Mr. Robin like Soochipara Waterfalls, Wayanad Muthanga Wildlife Safari, Kuruvadweep Island, Thusharagiri waterfalls were closed due to Forest Department issue. He suggested that we cannot go to these places as they are closed for many days. Ideally, we would expect the travel booking manager to inform us about such temporary closure of sight seeing areas before we reach Wayanad, so that we could have planned and booked tickets for other Wildlife Safari's and sight seeing like Bandipur National Park, Mudumalai Tiger Reserve, Sulthan Bathery. We only realized that once we reached there. We even tried to book online Safari tickets to Bandipur when we reached there, but the tickets need to be booked atleast 3-4 days in advance. The price of the overall trip (Resort stay + Cab) could have been more competitive given a lot of tourists had skipped coming to Wayanad in May 2024 due to heat wave (hot weather conditions during day time). Most people were local Keralites. Overall, it was a decent experience with hotel stay, food and travel arrangements. Mr. Robin is prompt in answering queries through call / message making an interactive booking experience.

Debargha's 5 days trip to Karnataka

Very satisfied with the prompt and reassuring nature of travel agents. The hotels selected were nice. Special mention for my travel agent Jigyasa who stayed connected ever since I booked the trip. Special thanks to our cabbie/ tour guide Arun, a very warm, hospitable young man who ensured we covered all the points at Coorg and Ooty on time. We also managed a safari at Bandipur by being on time. Overall experience: excellent.. highly recommended. Ride from Coorg to Ooty via Bandipur and Mudumalai Tiger reserves. Never imagined, we would see deer and elephants along the drive through.

Chiragksarvaiya's 6 days trip to Karnataka

The only problem we faced was a proper plan should have been arranged from the travel agent side and not left on us to decide which places should be seen when. Due to this lacking of coordination between driver and Syed we were not able to see Bandipur National Park or Mudumalai National park, we were in the impressions that we would get a chance to see any one of the place, overall good experience, good hotel @ Mysore, and Ooty was average and good resort at Coorg. Driver Inayat was not that decent, sometimes he even drove rash, we clearly told him that we had a kid with us but he didnt listen to that and drove as per his convenience. He was not cleaning the cab on daily basis, we had to remind him for that.
