The price was higher than other providers they gave better rooms as well 2. No honeymoon inclusions were made but charged 3. Rohtang pass was 500 online but it charged 2000+ 4. The schedule given was not followed properly 5. Rooms were very far from the city, better rooms were there at the same price 6. The driver deviated from the agenda and took us to a potato research farm in Shimla which we find useless 7. Payment at the hotel and to the driver was very new, rather than taken care earlier

We planned our Spiti Valley Trip with TravelOnEase for mid July 2025. The iteniary was customized as per our need and the trip was very well planned and executed. My experience before completing the booking and after was completely different. I ditched the other travel agent whom i had almost finalised on travel triangle and choose Breezy travels (for the review that they claimed to have). But, the responsiveness before completing the booking was not there later on, especially when I wanted them during the course of trip. As a traveller, I expect my travel agent to stay in touch and take feedback atleast once at the end of day. But, there was nothing from Breezy travel and infact, even till date, She has not made any attempt to check how my trip went. Thats because, She know what my response would be. Major concerns- 1. From the beginning I made it very clear that the booking is done with a condition for visiting Teetwal, which is close to LOC, which required permit. Travel agent assured me that she has spoken to concerned officials and took all our IDs. But, nothing she did. After arriving at Srinagar she told (upon checking multiple times) that the driver will handle everything. Our visit to Teetwal was not at all certain even on the day of our visit. The driver just took us to DC office which was closed because of weekend! Upon telling this she asked us to go to Kralpora police station and told driver is all aware and he will handle it. When we reached Kralpora police station the driver happily left me handle all of this and sat with his mobile phone. What a joke! I had to use my own contacts and eventually got the permit. Wasted over 1 hour due to this mishap. 2. Due to space constraint we upgraded to TT from Crysta from Day 2 and that was the mistake. The vehicle was not in condition (driver clearly mentioned this when he took the TT for getting minor maintenance done. Greasing was done and told this vehicle was idle for a long time). Really ? You took additional Rs. 8500 for this junk vehicle with which we need to travel 160+ kms one way in rough terrain?! As expected, the vehicle broke down after couple of hours and we lost almost 1 and a half hour. We ended up reaching Teetwal late, ruining our plans. 3. There was an unwanted de-tour while returning from Kupwara and instead of taking a straight route, the driver took some interior route, touched Baramulla and arrived at Srinagar. This not only delayed our arrival by 1 hour 30 mins, but also put us in a tense situation. This was completely uncalled for citing there is some religious procession when the road was shit empty. You cannot make your guest have an uncertain time. 4. The driver showed a very casual attitude throughout the trip and never paid attention to our request. AC wasnt turned on when the weather was damn hot in Srinagar (despite agreeing to pay the charges). To Breezy travels- your driver had a dedicated fan on top of him and he made us sit in hot weather. Yeah, you say no one in Kashmir use AC. But we do!. Furthermore, we ended up missing visiting few places due to his careless and lethargic behaviour. We made a mistake by being very nice to him, taking care of his stay in Teetwal and food during entire trip since he was diabetic. We get this for the care we showed. Driver should be treated as a driver!. 5. There was no clear communication on Shikara ride and when we went to the Ghat, we did not get what the lady told. Since we just wanted to be done with it, we completed the ride which was completely waste of time as they make us visit their shop for purchase even on dal lake!. Let the people enjoy their vacation! 6. While dropping us back to the airport the driver asked for AC charges and i outright rejected and Breezy travels were immediately involved. To my surprise, their statement was 'You have to pay AC even if it's used for sometime'. Madam, as communicated on call, I pay for what I get. If i ask the driver to turn on the AC, he should. If I ask him to turn it off, he should. Only then I am obligated for payment. Its not like the driver switches on and off as he please and ask me to pay for all days. It was very evident that the AC was not working properly, the temperature was not set lower than 26 degrees and we traveller's were taken for granted! The driver still took 1200 in the form of tips and AC charges. We just wanted to be done with him and paid and left. Few pros- 1. Hotel Kareem residency stay was good only for 3rd night stay since I spoke to the hotelier and got my rooms changed. Requested change of hotel to travel agent on 1st day and no outcome so took this on my own hands and spoke to hotel for change of rooms for my return stay. 2. Food in Kareem residency was very good. I understand they are running on 50% offer so all the travel agents have flocked this hotel and that is good for traveller's. 3. Driver and car given for 1st day was so good. We missed the driver (Mr. Riyaz) on remaining days and will directly get in touch with him when I visit next time. A note to travel agent. 1. Please ensure you speak to travellers during the trip. Booking the hotel and cab is not the end of your duty. 2. Even to this date; 15th July 2025 travel agent has not made any efforts to seek a feedback on the trip. I wanted for a week and then submitting this to travel triangle to seek a fair audit on service standards. 3. You are obligated to take all payments through travel triangle. Please dont insist for direct payment citing avoidance of convenience fee as travellers know what they incur.

So I booked a HoneyMoon Package to Kashmir with TravelTriangle and got an amazing deal with there travel agents GallopTravels with Miss. khusboo and Ms. Kritika From TravelTriangle. They both are super professional when it comes to performing there respective duties. The Cab driver provided was completely suitable for what I requested for the driver to be very helpful, generous Mr. Mehraj. The Only minor issue which i faced was the last day stay in HouseBoat. The decoration and HoneyMoon Cake was to be provided on the Housboat with Candle Night dinner but the Caretake failed to put on efforts with the decorations and failed to arrange the Cake or any alternative. Raised the issue with Ms. Khusbhoo from Gallop. She on her end looked into the matter but the decoration which was only 4 balloons which were hanging defalted before our arrival on Boat. one more issue which I raised with Ms. khusboo was the behaviour of the caretaker who looked on staring my wife when she wore a below Knee dress for our complimentary shikara ride which she was feeling uncomfortable because of this guy's behaviour had to change to jeans and top. And during our candle night dinner I requested this guy to not to come during the dinner If i need something i will call you but only after 10 minuted of our candle night dinner moment i again entered unexpectedly opening all the Lights spoiling our candle night dinner. If i somehow ignore this last day's stay everything was perfect. This last day is not the fault of Travel Triangle or Gallop Travels i dont blame them for the same but i blame that houseboat caretaker with such cheap/narrow mentality. Rest assured Travel Triangle is one option for me for my future journeys. Regards.

Petals of chinar.. a hotel in srinagar and our package, They delivered the water bottles after three hours. If we order non-vegetarian food, that's what we should get, but in many places we get vegetarian food. Plz tell the agency to be serious about basic services. Hotel of sonamarg its best,also pahalgam. communication by the travel agency is good. Affordable tour package.

Overall the trip to Kashmir is nice and a must visit place for the travelers once in a lifetime. The place is really a heaven but need certain points of improvements regarding uncertainty/ unforeseen events, safety & security, overprice/overbudget places & over tip culture everywhere despite of best services. Trip was organized fine by 'Travelancer kashmir' company via agent Iqra madam initially and then Ishrat madam, however there are some issues wrt itinerary provided by the company regarding compliances/ follow up of hotels ratings and their hospitality/ services which needs to be taken seriously further in future for other Travelers.

The hotel was good but needs a lot of improvement, basically facilities were not available like water and electricity. Sonmarg and Gulmarg

Hotel staff was pathetic, they were so rude and not professional.

I have recently visited rishikesh through Aapka Tripwala package booking for 2 days 1 night. With my parents. The trip has been real smooth and there has been an amazing support and collaboration from one of their representatives, Chirag. He was connected with me throughout the trip, taking care of pick up, drop off, sight seeing, check in, check out and even in the times of unpredictable seasonal changes. A group of 15 people ranging from children to old people completed the tour of Nainital from 08 June 2025 to 12 June 2025 through Back to Holidays Company under the managership of Shreya ji. This tour, booked through Travel Triangle portal, was managed very well by tour manager Shreya ji from booking till completion of the trip. Shreya ji's words, behavior and management are praised everywhere. Our journey started from Bareilly Railway Station on 08 June 2025 and ended on 13 June 2025 at the same railway station with bittersweet memories. Back to Holidays Company had made arrangements for stay on first and second night in the name of Nainital at Hotel Polomax situated at a place called Bhujiaghat, 24 kms before Nainital (just 8 kms towards Nainital from Kathgodam Railway Station). Hotel Polomax was very good and its breakfast and dinner were very tasty, however, due to the distance of 24 kms from Nainital, the time for night visit was not utilized properly at all. The tour package company had booked Durgesh Resort in Ranikhet for the third and fourth night's stay. Here I would like to harshly criticize Back to Holidays that a group of 15 people ranging from children to elderly had to climb a total of 86 to 100+ hill stairs to reach the room at Durgesh Resort which was quite painful. Back 2 holidays booked very low class and unhygienic room. No other property adjecent to this. durgesh resort is suitable only for youngsters . Food quality was fine here. Manoj Bhaiya was managing all three of our cabs. The drivers of all the three cabs were very good natured. Apart from the tour package, they also took us to see Nainital's local deity Golu Devta at their own expense. My senior citizen father fractured his leg after slipping while visiting the golf course ground in Ranikhet. Manoj Bhaiya and his colleagues helped him a lot in his first aid and in finding a room for him away from Durgesh Resort. We are all very grateful to them for this. Tour covered maximum visiting points as per booking. I would like to give Back to Holidays company a rating of 2.5 stars for this trip but due to unavailability I am forced to give it 3 stars. Had a good trip with family. Cab driver was good. He behaves really well throughout the trip. No complaints. Let's talk about some points which I want every travel company should share with their prospective client. 1) The hotel was under construction 2)Breakfast and Dinner options were very limited in comparison to buffet 3) No restaurant in hotel (only Room service) 4)Room cleanliness is a major point.(How we got to know iwas trying to find one of my thing I went on my knees to check under the bed and what I saw the floor was dirty. I immediately call the reception area and told them the floor area under the bed was messy and asked them to clean. 5) When an individual plan a trip the person who accompany is cab driver. There needs to be some sort of arrangement for drivers too. They are also human being. I mean No free dinner facility. No stay arrangements for the driver is something not acceptable. For future references I sincerely request the travel company to inform their prospective guest about the stay of the driver and the food options.

Hello Back2hodlidays, We recently had a trip to Mussoorie Uttrakhand with the help of Travel assistant shreya from Back2holidays. The planning and execution were done very well. We have covered almost all the places as per the plan only 2 were missed. Shreya was very helpful from the start of planning to trip till the end. She has provided all the required information what ever we have asked for.. Coming to the trip, had a really good time. Only the 1st hotel at Deharadun was not up to the mark either the rooms not the food was that great. The remaining 2 hotels for the stay were good. Stay and food in Mussoorie was nothing to be questionable, but the staff in Danaulti (The Groove Garden) were bit harsh and food was also not soo good. The driver travelled along with us was also good and no issues , but it would be really helpful if the driver allocated are locals or frequent visitors of that place, as our driver was not aware of all the places it was bit difficult for us to know the routes and were dependent on the google maps which delayed our jrny. Rest all was really good, had a great time throughout the trip. Thanks Shreya for all ur support during this period of jrny.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ just now – New Adventure Mania organized a wonderful family trip for us from Delhi to Uttarakhand. The experience was absolutely fantastic. We stayed at one of the best properties in Bhimtal, offered at a very competitive price. The transportation arrangements were smooth, and the driver was extremely helpful and cooperative. Special thanks to Vimesh ji from Adventure Mania, who remained in constant touch throughout the trip and was always available to assist us. His support made our trip even more enjoyable.

Hotel served purpose without frills. Clean, hygienic and responsive staff. Food spread could be a little more better. May be value for money Cab was OK. Driver specs was not as requested even though he was good. Person in charge (Sushant) was good, but the lady communicating before start of tour was not taking call later. General comment: All tour operators demand 100% payment before even start of tour. In light of online spams, payment terms must be: 5%- to confirm tour 75%- At starting point of tour, on first day 20%- A day before conclusion of tour Else, most customers will shift to Spot Bookings, rather than booking packages

Shefali was very cooperative and super quick, all the hotels very excellent and specially Gyalson the Innova guy was super good. We had a wonderful family Srinagar, Leh & Ladakh trip with Tripita in July 2025.

We have chosen Travoguider for our 10 days trip to Ladakh. Trip was very well organised by Mr Santa Singh including offbeat locations of Ladakh. Staff of all the hotels are extremely helpful. Trip can not be more cheerful without our driver Mr Chambal Singh urff Bittuji. He took extreme care of my mom especially in khardung la and changla pas where she had breathing difficulties. I recommend Travoguider and Bittuji for Ladakh trips without second thought.

Tripita organized our Ladakh Family Trip in May 2025, so brilliantly. The experience with Shefali has been nothing short of exceptional. Right from reading almost all of Tripita’s internet positive reviews to actually acting upon them, the trip has been so perfectly organized. She goes out of her way to resolve your all concerns. The 4-star properties recommended by Shefali at all places in Ladakh were beyond expectations with respect to ambience & food. The tour guide cum driver Mr. Gaylson was fantastic guy to converse with all throughout. The Ladakh tour package amount they charged is significantly lower than other players in market, if you compare which I did already. The three points I really appreciate about Shefali & Tripita: 1) After Indo-Pak conflict situation, Shefali was so transparent about every recourse we asked, right from minimizing probable trip cancellation charges or rescheduling. She gave us a hell lot of flexibility in paying subsequent installments due to uncertain situation & not at all sticking to agreed cancellation policy charges or payment schedules. She earned my trust, right there. Not at all looking for minting money unlike other travel agents, but to actually address concerns of her clients & provide excellent service 2) Our Delhi to Leh Flight could not land due to Bad weather, so we returned back to Delhi to catch up next day’s flight. We feared either our itinerary would change or we would incur additional charges for changes. Shefali was too quick to come to our rescue and conveniently rescheduled our entire plan without any hassle & charges. 3) As I questioned her about negative reviews about some property, she was ready to redress my grievances & be flexible enough to changes at every point of time to your level of satisfaction & be ready to upgrade that property. Had really bad experiences with travel agents in past especially for money & promises, but not here. Definitely recommending Tripita to everyone, hands down. I myself will book all my future plans with Tripita if I plan for any of the regions they serve. We travelled to Ladakh on a 7 days trip, which was organised by Travel Triangle, through a travel agency called Lazy Yatra. It was a nicely planned trip. All the hotels were good. The car (Innova) was comfortable. We had no difficulties during the trip, and could see most of the sights that Ladakh has to offer.

It was well organised trip on short duration. You set our expectations right and delivered on what you promised. Given the huge number of devotees and restrictions in place a lot of things did not work the way we wanted but such things can't be blamed on agent. The drivers were very helpful and shared right short of information, you have been extremely helpful in making last minute changes as requested. I could not have asked for more. Except for the hotel stay in Delhi, the rest of the hotels were decent. Delhi hotel was not upto the mark. Had cockroaches and food was sub standard and highly priced.

Travel agent was rude and arrogant when I asked for help. He promised something else and at the moment he he refused to deliver. Even he didn't covered the mentioned points in my itinerary. Too bad experience on travel agents behalf

Initially we were sceptical about all the commitments given by Preeti, but to our complete surprise, everything what she has promised was honoured. Right from the hotel room, view, the cab, the tour plan was as committed. We are super delighted as it was my bday tour and wanted this to be special and would like to thank Preeti Sharma , the cab driver Kamlesh , who ensure we had the best experience of the lake city and Mt. Abu. Breathing Taking Hotel View, Dinner at Kamma Ghani , City palace and Mt. Abu Morning.

We had a memorable trip to Rajasthan booked through Travel Triangle, though our experience was somewhat mixed. The cab driver assigned to us was truly dedicated and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every restaurant he recommended was excellent, and the sightseeing throughout the journey was absolutely fabulous. That said, I would advise exercising caution when booking 4-star accommodations through the agent. It's important to clarify that we were referring to official hotel ratings, not guest reviews. Unfortunately, the agent’s interpretation did not match ours. Three out of the five hotels had ongoing renovation work, which significantly affected our comfort. Although the agent did try to make changes to minimize the inconvenience, the replacement hotels were not of genuine 4-star quality either. The most disappointing experience was the camping stay at Juma Resort in Jaisalmer. The property was infested with crickets, making it uninhabitable. Four families, including ours, ended up leaving the resort and paying out of pocket for alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, this was not even communicated to the travel agent at the time. On a positive note, our request for a rollaway bed for our daughter was fulfilled as expected, which we appreciated. In summary, while the itinerary and driver exceeded our expectations, the hotel arrangements — particularly the Jaisalmer experience — left considerable room for improvement.

The owner of the travel company that we travelled with is a person who doesn't even know how to talk with their customers. Firstly our travel agent was Preeti agarwal and when we called her to raise some complaints she was not even able to accept them and then the owner started talking to us. Who is such a egotistic person with no sense of talking to customers.

I have both positive and negative points to share 1. The coordinators from aapka trip wala were good. Quick to respond to all my queries. 2. Hotels except 1 did not have a restaurant and this was difficult especially while ordering dinner. Had to wait for 1 hour for food to be delivered. 3. Hotels were quiet far from places of interest. 4. Travel agent could have booked better hotels. Did nt fit into 3 star category. 5. 1 driver was good and other was ok kinds only.

I agree the Arrangements were good but information is not passed on properly and promised for driver being available for any extra local trips but denied post start of trip … giving all reasons about driver working for hours now which should have been discussed and not agreed when requested for the driver to be available for local trips after the promised trips. Too much of attitude and no manners on how to speak or covey things to clients. Please work on your communication

The plan was perfect. Except the hotel in Varanasi all other hotels were very good. Washrooms of Tridev grand were average. Rest hotel was fine. Anand who arranged the trip was very helpful and patient with us. Overall a great trip Monkeys in Vrindavan

Overall Trip Experience: I had a good experience overall. The travel agent, Abhishek, was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. This trip was planned for my parents and grandmother, and I appreciate the effort that went into organizing it. Areas for Improvement: Cab Driver Changes: One of the major issues I encountered was the frequent changing of cab drivers (4-5 times during the 5-day trip). This created confusion, especially for my parents and grandmother, as they had to adjust to new drivers each time. It would be helpful if the same driver could be assigned for the entire duration of the trip or at least for longer periods. Traffic and Local Insights: While traveling from Varanasi to Prayagraj and then to Ayodhya, the cab got stuck in heavy traffic, which was a bit frustrating. Since this was during the Kumbh Snan period, I understand that there were challenges, but it would have been beneficial if the local drivers provided tips on avoiding crowded routes or traffic hotspots. Local advice could have helped avoid delays and made the trip smoother. Positive Highlights: Apart from the challenges with the drivers and traffic, the overall experience was enjoyable. Kudos to Abhishek, the travel agent, who was always there when needed and made sure everything else went smoothly.

yeah the trip was excellent .the planning part with the help of travel agent was best. The cab driver was also good but did tried to skip few local places tough. travel triangle was very responsive and helpfull. U can surely book through them. there were some glitches overall trip was good.

It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. In all it was a great experience & from now Wild Lotus will be my preferred tour operator when it comes to touring North India. Thanks again Rakesh Gilly.

Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.

Total Holiday package deal was done in a transparent manner. Every quarry was resolved/clarify by travel adviser. Vehicle Service provided by Guruji Travels was excellent. Especially Driver Mr. Sandeep Kumar has made our journey safe and enjoyable. His Driving was the safe and excellent command on vehicle driving in Hilley region as well as on the plain road. He was so cooperative and polite with us. He has tried his level best to maintain our schedule.
