    Travel experience was very nice and vegetarian food served in hotel met the expectation for Kashmir. But houseboat food quality was average and no seperate veg counter was available as requested. Dhoodhpathri ATV ride was fabulous experience and should thank Driver Yasir bhai for suggesting this location when we missed the Gondola ride ticket. Snowfall also we could experience in Dhoodhpathri.

    My Experience with Ozzo Kashmir Holidays – A Well-Planned Trip I recently booked a Kashmir tour package with Ozzo Kashmir Holidays, and overall, my experience was quite good. The itinerary was well-planned, covering all the major attractions like Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam, and Doodhpathri. From scenic landscapes to comfortable travel arrangements, everything was managed smoothly. Travel & Sightseeing Experience The sightseeing experience was fantastic. Each destination had its own charm—whether it was the breathtaking Dal Lake, the snow-covered Thajiwas Glacier, or the lush green meadows of Doodhpathri. I especially enjoyed the Shikara ride on Dal Lake, the Betaab Valley, and the Gondola ride in Gulmarg. The trip was planned in a way that allowed me to explore the beauty of Kashmir without feeling rushed. Transport & Driver Experience The driver assigned to us was very professional and well-mannered. His nature was friendly, and he guided us well throughout the journey. He made sure that our travel between different locations was comfortable and hassle-free. Hotel Reviews The hotels booked by Ozzo Kashmir Holidays were a mix of good and average experiences. Here’s my detailed review: Hotel Azara, Srinagar (2-star) – The service was average, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. (Rating: 2/10) Sea View, Srinagar – Service was good, and the stay was comfortable. (Rating: 8/10) Petals of Chinar, Srinagar – The worst hotel in the entire trip. No hot water for a bath, and the staff was not cooperative. (Rating: 1/10) Signature, Gulmarg – Service was excellent, and the stay was pleasant. (Rating: 8/10) Diamondstar, Pahalgam – A good experience, though there was room for improvement. (Rating: 7/10) Divineoak, Katra (2-star) – Service was just okay, nothing special. (Rating: 3/10) Overall Experience & Recommendation Apart from a couple of hotel experiences, the trip was well-organized, and I would recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays for their efficient planning and execution. The sightseeing was great, the transport was smooth, and the driver was cooperative. If they improve their hotel selection, the experience can be even better.     Review - Kashmir trip with Guided trips Thank you for arranging our recent trip to Kashmir. Overall, the experience was okay, enhanced significantly by the beauty of the region itself. However, I wanted to provide some constructive feedback regarding the services provided. We found our assigned driver was not fully aware of our planned itinerary and required frequent reminders. His enthusiasm for showing us the sights seemed limited, leading us to believe he might not have been experienced in guided tours. We were also surprised to learn that our booking had been passed on to another agency. While the driver was punctual and the car was in good condition, we feel the level of coordination could have been significantly improved. As first-time visitors, we anticipated more proactive communication and guidance, perhaps a short daily check-in, to ensure everything was running smoothly. We also encountered an issue with another driver in Pehelgam, who seemed eager to cut our visit short. On the positive side, we greatly appreciate the 14-month credit you extended due to the original trip cancellation last year. The hotel you suggested was excellent, and the timely pick-up and drop-off arrangements were satisfactory. We hope this feedback is helpful. While the travel agency services were somewhat overshadowed by Kashmir's natural beauty, we still enjoyed our trip and are considering returning in another season.     The first two days of our trip was a total waste of time because of the lousy cab that reported to us one hour after we landed in Dehradun. And after that he has no money to pay the finest as his wheel was locked by the authorities for parking over time . Due to this attitude of the driver ,we were delayed for our trip to Rajaji and further that delayed and we missed the ganga Aarti at Haridwar . The next day too the same cab driver was hanging around and we refused to go in that car . PLEASE NOTE- This can was different than the video and photographs of the vehicle that was sent to us before booking the travel agent . Finally Mithila travels agreed to send us a better car and said that we have to pay ₹1500/- per day extra .. When we demanded to cancel our entire trip and asked for refund .. this price was brought down to ₹500/ per day and we had to accept because we were just hanging around Dehradun doing nothing for two days .     Trip Date : 09/07/2022 to 17/07/2022 Hotels and Cabs were excellent. Travelling with them around Ladakh was great, it would have been nicer if they would have started early as we were not able to stop for photographs and had to avoid many places due to time limits. As the trip was planned long ahead proper communication with the drivers should have established earlier so that our choice of places to visit could have been more clear and well informed so that they would have planned accordingly. All though not much of suggestions, but since Ladakh is a region were mobile network is very limited or NO Access to service, proper instructions should have been given to the drivers and the hotels pre-booked of our arrival and departures. Hope people reading this understand it and properly plan for the future bookings.

    Trip was well planned and executed, Driver Tashi was polite and always on time. Hotel oriental at leh was very good with tasty food. Hotel Organic boutique at Nubra was also good but two cockroach was in room. This may be because of kitchen in adjacent room. One star reduced for that. Regal camp at pangong was changed in last movement but 100 sky camp was very good and comfortable. Best view from all hotels and camp. Camp was near to pangong lakes 3 idiots shooting points. Trip coordinator Mr Stanzing was always available on phone call.

    I first time have booked from 1 point 5 billion inches and the overall experience was great. The whole trip was seamless. Cab was great Folks assisting in our trip were really nice. had 1 problem in the last hotel booking but then they arranged an alternative hotel which was also similar to what we have opted for, just little far from our previous hotel. Will definately recommedn 1 point 5 billion inches for any Ladakh trip.

    The Hotel (Sita International) which was booked for us in Delhi was not at all Good., simply pathetic. So, it's strictly recommended not to visit or book any room at Sita International in New Delhi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

    The hotels in general were not at a three star level except for Shani Vilas in Ranthambore. The hotel in Agra did not even have hot water. The initial room provided in Delhi's metro view was very bad and we had to request for a change. The toilet flush was not working, the bathroom door did not have a latch, the door was broken etc. Please ensure that the right level of hotels are provided.

But the driver was not up to the mark, he was driving very rashly.     Sidhu (Being Musafir) was a great person for planning the trip in Rajasthan to Agra and Delhi (final drop off at the airport). We did a trip in Rajasthan, Agra and Delhi which was organised by Sidhu. We had many changes in the initial planning phase. Sidhu was very patient and provided the right information, which helped us nail the final plan. He shared the hotels as per our requirements and budget. All the hotels were superb. Only once we had issues with the hotel, and after informing Sidhu, he re-booked us to a five star hotel instantly. It was a dream come true! Everyday, Sidhu used to call and inquire, of any issues we are having. And the driver+car provided by Sidhu for the trip, was just what we wanted for the trip! The Driver (Rakesh) never said "no" to any of our requests. He gave us all the right suggestions, being a local in Rajasthan, which also helped us very much. We could not have asked for more from Sidhu and Rakesh.

    Overall Trip Experience: I had a good experience overall. The travel agent, Abhishek, was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. This trip was planned for my parents and grandmother, and I appreciate the effort that went into organizing it. Areas for Improvement: Cab Driver Changes: One of the major issues I encountered was the frequent changing of cab drivers (4-5 times during the 5-day trip). This created confusion, especially for my parents and grandmother, as they had to adjust to new drivers each time. It would be helpful if the same driver could be assigned for the entire duration of the trip or at least for longer periods. Traffic and Local Insights: While traveling from Varanasi to Prayagraj and then to Ayodhya, the cab got stuck in heavy traffic, which was a bit frustrating. Since this was during the Kumbh Snan period, I understand that there were challenges, but it would have been beneficial if the local drivers provided tips on avoiding crowded routes or traffic hotspots. Local advice could have helped avoid delays and made the trip smoother. Positive Highlights: Apart from the challenges with the drivers and traffic, the overall experience was enjoyable. Kudos to Abhishek, the travel agent, who was always there when needed and made sure everything else went smoothly.

    It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot.     Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.
