Travel agent Aman prepared itinerary very well. Covered all places and given good guidance while planning required days. He repeatedly communicated before booking only, didn't get any follow up after booking confirmation. Need to ask for vouchers and driver details after given timeline, then only I received it. My cab got changed in between and moved to other cab, informed same to him. He could have communicated to new driver and given all the trip details. But it didn't happen till I communicate and we are about to reach destination. I informed him saying driver don't know about trip details then he took the number from me. Cab ran mostly on CNG, so we need to get down multiple times while filling it. Its fine but not comfortable. Local shop people tried to sell adventures package which will cost 4 times more. Cab driver also tried to convince us which he couldn't have done. He might have some connections with them. Thanks Aman for making our trip memorable. Hotel rooms are good with balcony. Food is good. Followed itinerary very well.

I opted EasyGo Vacation for HP trip of 12 Days, And I was right in choosing Aman joshi from easygo vacation. He has been very helpful right from the first day i interacted with him. He was willing to change the itinerary and make adjustments just the way I liked it to be. The selection of places and the hotels with good view under a budget is what Aman good at. He is also good at explaining his thoughts. Our trip included Cab and transfers along with Hotels. And Driver - Goutam Sarkar was really nice person. He used to suggest time to leave the hotel each day before went to hotel at night and be ready 10 mins before we come down. he used to call us 30 mins before to make sure we get ready too. Hotel staff in all the locations were more than willing to help and accommodate our request. A pleasant family experience.! The rating can nothing be short of Extremely likely, because of Aman and Goutam. They were really nice persons to have interacted with. But there is small scope of improvement which I have brought to notice of Aman and hope he improves upon them for future tourists!

Kashmir is full of scams. Be it pony ride, or shikara or even some union cabs. Complementary one hour Shikara ride is just an eye catcher, when you go to the ghats which ofcourse your travel agent will decide for, you get to near that you can only take a good peaceful ride only if you are ready to pay a minimum of 2k. Else you can only go max of a 100m which will hardly take 20mins. The rest 40 mins you will be sitting still and get pestered by hawkers selling Kahwa or sometimes by photographers. Pony ride at Pahalgam is the biggest scam. While your cab driver will be assisting you to negotiate with the pony owners he actually is trying to get cut. Same with cabs at Sonmarg. Now let's come to the good part Hotels Dewan Vintage gulmarg Of robusta retreat Were seriously good With good service and rooms as per the prices respectively. While Eden at Pahalgam had a great room but unfortunately pathetic service. Buffet dinner and breakfast being a disaster where you have to wait to even get plates or bowls. Then for every dish you need to ask to refill them. Breakfast was the worst where we needed to literally wait for the paratha and omelette because all the items were over and paratha was the only item we got. I would like to say that our driver was knowledgeable and was helpful. The vehicle provided was good.

Hotels provided by agent was genuine enough and was given good amount of choices to choose from. Though could have been better always specially the one in Srinagar where we spent 03 nights. Can provided was in perfect new shape only issue with cab was driver driving way too slow and was inexperienced not related to driving but related to points, places to roam at. Driver was not aware about proper points detailing and was lacking bit of experience in terms of giving accurate info and details to passengers travelling, these caused us to pay at places where we actually did not need to pay. Agency has vast experience of handling customers no doubts in that part but there is definite scope of improvement at parts of arranging better transportations. 1. Katra Vaisnodevi 2. Pahalgam stay at hotel (Best of all places we stayed) 3. Srinagar Shikara Ride 4. Srinagar Local Sight seeing (Lalchowk and shopping)

Firstly, the itinerary provided was well-planned and covered some of the most stunning destinations in the region, including Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam. The transportation arrangements were comfortable, and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Our car Driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable by sharing interesting insights about the local culture and history. The accommodations were generally good, though a few could benefit from better maintenance. For instance for Pahalgam stay. However, the locations of the hotels were excellent, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. The food provided during the trip was delicious, and it was a great introduction to Kashmiri cuisine. However, I would suggest offering more variety, especially for travelers with dietary restrictions. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I appreciate the effort your company put into organizing the trip. Hotels provided in Pahalgam and gulmarg were good but in srinagar, The hotel Dar rehman was below par. Rooms were small, not cleaned, in one room there was no hot water and in other room every outlet was having boiled water even in jet spray. Extra beddings were not comfortable at all. We asked them to replace the extra bedding but they did not replace it and said that's all they have got. Blankets were not clean and after repeated requests to travel agency they did not changed the room or hotel. Travel agency were also not responding on times. And in the end when we asked them to drop at pathankot in place of Jammu, they asked for rupees 10000 for just 100 km. So overall Kashmir is very beautiful place but our experience with Travel agency and hotels were mixed. Won't recommend the agency to others they even charged extra for our child even after mentioning in the itenary and denied accepting that the child was included at all.

Trip was customised as per our requirements. The coordination from travel agent could have been definitely better. There was a bit of lack of communication from their team. We also booked additional package of Rishikesh (9th Jan) with them outside of Travel Triangle which was highly unorganised and no written confirmation on cost and inclusions. Should have booked additional package via TravelTriangle for better options.

Rent provided in Chopta is not upto mark. No water in flush, no towel, dirty tent. Additionally, they have charged very high but on the spot same tent you get in 50%. Driver provided is also moody, depending on his mood he is driving car.

Expected a better cab driver in terms of behaviour

Overall the Holiday Booking experience was above average with Travel Triangle. I would list out some concerns that we faced during our vacation. 1. Vehicle Type & Quality- We were assigned a Dezire Car which had CNG fitted inside. Because of this we were unable to keep any of our luggage inside the boot space. Had to keep all the Luggages on top , and every time there was rain it was inconvenience to put tarpaulin. Secondly because of CNG , every time a refilling was needed all the passengers had to step out of the vehicle which was again inconvenient and uncomfortable. 2. Guidance about the Holiday Destinations: A better guidance was needed from the Holiday planner about the choices of the places we had selected in our itinerary. We were not able to cover 2 places in our itinerary because of excessive hilly terrain throughout the route. We had to modify our trip with additional costs incurred by us. Also no refund was provided for the Hotels which we couldn't stay and for the Journey distance which was reduced.

On time pick up, nice hotels, had a good experience

Tour planning was not good. Travel from one place to next place took hole day and tour planning was after reaching spot visit which never happened. Also hotel/resorts were far interior and involved off roading thus sedan car was not sufficient. Last resort Spring wood have not provided us room with extra cot. Other than that food was good. Driver behaviour was fantastic. We have enjoyed with all these negetive points also. Dhikala canter Safari with chilled winter associated with rainfall. Thank God we have the opportunity to see 3 tigers with lots of other forest animals.

Hi trip was good The driver was good no issues. Only two disappointment one in haridwar where we lost our watch and 2nd one the hotel in nainital ambience was ok but no proper maintenance . food was also average.i would not suggest this place to anyone.

The hotels Bodi Tree and The Dunes were excellent. But the cottage at Pangong and the hotel at Hanley was horrible and hopeless. I wish u please make the tourists aware that there is no heater, no hygiene and food is hopeless in these 2 places.

The stays were amazing and what made the trio more amazing was the cab driver Zakir. He explained everything nicely and was very professional throughout .

Journey was excellent, finalised the trip with minimum time. This is my second trip with Travel Triangle after Kashmir last year. Hotels and cab was very good, special mention for supportive and polite drivers. Nubra Valley and Pangong lake was awesome. Travelling between huge mountains range it self is a permanent experience.

The travel experience with Tripita was excellent. There were no hiccups during the entire trip. The hotels were very good. Especially the one at Leh and Pangong. The Hotel (Sita International) which was booked for us in Delhi was not at all Good., simply pathetic. So, it's strictly recommended not to visit or book any room at Sita International in New Delhi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

Very good experience by travel triangle. What room you provide in agra is worst. And also driver didnot have experience to show best south meals hotels. And drivers view best hotel means high paid hotels. And small request you must provide room for drivers and also observe car parking Every thing is best memory, aditya sir is so good

Ashok country resort Hotel which was provided in delhi was not upto 4 star standards, doesnt have any restaurants near by. It looks like an extension area. Hotels in Agra and Jaipur were good. Driver Shiv Ji was too friendly and very supportive through out the Journey. Overall it was a good time spent except the hotel experience standard in Delhi.

We recently chose services for first time from back to holidays for our trip to Rajasthan, and while there were some positive aspects, unfortunately, our overall experience was not as smooth as we had hoped. Issues with Driver and Vehicle The driver and vehicle provided were from Uttar Pradesh, not Rajasthan. As a result, the driver had no local knowledge, which caused significant delays and confusion. For instance, upon our arrival at Udaipur airport, it took 30-40 minutes for the driver to locate us, despite being at the airport gate. We were with six children and had to direct him over the phone repeatedly. Throughout the trip, the lack of local knowledge meant we had to rely on Google Maps to reach destinations. This consumed extra time and added unnecessary stress. Inaccuracies in Itinerary The itinerary mentioned an elephant ride near the Birla Temple, which was not there it was near amber fort and due to this details we missed that. This was a major disappointment, especially for the children who were looking forward to it. Sightseeing in Udaipur was poorly planned. For example: Jagdish Temple, listed for Day 2, should have been included on Day 1 as it is adjacent to Jagmandir Palace. Due to this misalignment, we had to waste time traveling across the city on Day 2, which resulted in skipping Fateh Sagar Lake and the Aquarium. Hotel Experiences Devi Palace, Udaipur: This hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, providing detailed guidance for local sightseeing. The breakfast and meals were also outstanding. The Lighthouse, Jaipur: Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. The staff was rude, unresponsive to feedback, and the breakfast quality was subpar. We decided against having any meals here. What ever ratings we have given to the hotels are only to devi palace we consider poor rating to the light house. We enjoyed, our stay at Devi Palace, the overall experience was spoiled by the lack of local expertise, misinformation in the itinerary, and disappointing accommodations in Jaipur. We hope you consider this feedback to improve your services for future travelers.

Our Rajasthan Trip was good and Mohit's suggestion and planning was good where he accomodated Chittorgarh and Kumbhalgarh in our 8 days and 7 nights travel which other travel agents were reluctant and price was also competitive. Hotels provided were good and Driver Dara Singh was also good and drove patiently and gave us time around.. All places in Rajasthan were memorable, Jaipur - Amer fort and Nahargarh fort, History of Chittorgarh, Meera temple, Udaipur palace and boating Fateh sagar lake, Kumbalgarh fort and shiv temple, Jodhpur Mehrangarh fort, Enjoyed jaisalmer desert camp the most with Jeep safari and camel ride the most, Visited Brahma temple in Pushkar and finally finishing with Hawa mahal, Jantar mantar ans shopping in Jaipur

They were very clear in terms of what can be achieved and what cannot. Stuck to all commitments they made. Cab service was critical and that was taken care of extremely well.

yeah the trip was excellent .the planning part with the help of travel agent was best. The cab driver was also good but did tried to skip few local places tough. travel triangle was very responsive and helpfull. U can surely book through them. there were some glitches overall trip was good.

Very helpful as well.4.Hotel at Dharmsala Maclod regencey was not good lacked in basic amenities the room provided was in very poor condition .

It was a wonderful experience touring with one of Travel Triangle's associated Tour Operator "Wild Lotus". the services were great. Special thanks to the Tour Manager Rakesh Gilly for being so cooperative. He has been always there for any assistance. The Hotels were as commited just had to compromise a bit with food at some hotels. Hotels provided at Shimla & Dharamshala were the best anyone can get at this price. Hotels at Manali, Dalhousie & Amritsar were also fair enough if compared to the price they charged. Even the car which was provided for local transport was new & in good condition as promised by Rakesh Gilly. The driver was very humble, professional & deciplined. The itenerary was very well planned by Rakesh Gilly & covered almost every tourist spot. In all it was a great experience & from now Wild Lotus will be my preferred tour operator when it comes to touring North India. Thanks again Rakesh Gilly.

During Crisis... Pathetic Coordination... absolutely unprofessional..half the locations could not go...loss paid money was waste..travel agent no even courteous to refund any amount

Overall trip was good. They followed whatever mentioned in the package. Only thing is we felt that the driver was not properly briefed. For the first day we reached Chandigarh very late hence we had to take dinner on the way other than from the booked hotel. This expense has been agreed and allowed to deduct. Appreciate for that. The hotel at Chandigarh was fine. But hotel at Amritsar was not that much standard one. Plus the dining area was not good place. Food was very good in both places. Car driver is very good. driving was perfect. But there was no space at all in this Innova to keep the luggage. we struggled to accommodate and had to keep in the seats. We all came from different places hence all were having luggage. Overall it is very good.

Total Holiday package deal was done in a transparent manner. Every quarry was resolved/clarify by travel adviser. Vehicle Service provided by Guruji Travels was excellent. Especially Driver Mr. Sandeep Kumar has made our journey safe and enjoyable. His Driving was the safe and excellent command on vehicle driving in Hilley region as well as on the plain road. He was so cooperative and polite with us. He has tried his level best to maintain our schedule.
