The trip planned by Travel agent Sarika was good ,hotels were good but one hotel in Kuta Best western was not well maintained. Rest all things were really impressive, the itinerary and Desa swan hotel was impressive. Our driver Madi was very polite. Desa swan resorts was really beautiful, services impeccable , we regretted spending only 2 days there. Kecak dance and other activities were really enjoyed by us. We had recently booked bali trip through Hi Fly Trips. Totally it was a pleasant trip and the cab pickups were hassle free. We had great time there. Here i would like to share some pros n cons so that in future we could have excellent memories through this agency. Pros: 1. Convenient charges 2. Jaspreet sir / Manager Sunil Sharma and the team were attentive to our calls. 3. What i asked they tried to provide. 4. Hotels were good and the villa stay ( bumi linga villas) was a very good idea. Here one can spend more time. 5. Drivers were soft spoken. Cons: 1. They must collect more information regarding any good visiting place so that customer can enjoy all the things from the place. 2. Cabs drivers with whole knowledge must be hired for the trip as it could be time consuming. 3. Our last day trip was so mashed up that we could barely enjoyed those beautiful places. 4. Swiss bell hotel was no doubt was very nice place to stay but for vegetarians there are approximately no options to have as breakfast. Despite all these cons all other arrangements were very nice . One can plan for bali trip through this agency. We will plan our future trips through this agency. We are definitely going to recommend this agency to our relatives and friends.
