            The hotels provided were all great except the last houseboat stay. In the quotation a different houseboat was mentioned and we got a sub standard houseboat. The travel agent didn't give me any heads up about this change, instead they argued that they have the same owner group. https://g.co/kgs/HRBYkx5 was promised but we got https://g.co/kgs/yn5McrF.             We booked our trip through RTT (Rizz Tour and Travels) for 5 nights & 6 days. All Hotels were good and itinerary were planned good but cab service was most worst which I have ever experienced. They provided the cab service only for hotel pick up and drop every day and the same was never mentioned while booking and discussing the trip. If you ask for the cab to visit local market or any medical emergency then firstly the driver doesn't pick up call or if driver picks up the call after 3-4 missed call then he simply deny the service and say our service ends after hotel only drop at each day. And the worst part ,cab doesn’t come on time on each morning and driver leave the hotel everyday without letting us know that where he is going and doesn’t pick up the call. While dropping at airport, the driver driver came after 1 hour after so many calls otherwise we were supposed to miss the flight only. Driver also got changed the cab mid way while dropping airport. So I would not suggest this tour and travels to anybody due to cab service otherwise you will waste your time for coordinating with driver and trip agent for cab everyday. Worst cab service ….I can say

            We had a trip to Srinagar (covering Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Srinagar). We got cab booked through Ms Sabiya (TMIC Holidays) and was provided with Toyota Etios for our trip. Mr. Imran who drove the cab to various places is a very helpful man. He was always eager to help us and guide us throughout our trip. He recommended us good shops to purchase various items like Craft Mall (Near Gulmarg) for purchasing Shawls and wooden items. He also guided us about various tourist activities like ATV bike riding to be done at Gulmarg instead of Tangmarg. He was always there on time. we would recommend them.
