Patil's 5 days trip to WayanadOverall experience with the trip was nice, from bookings to return flight. Comfort destinations agent Robin was very helpful during this. Just Houseboat stay experience was not upto the mark this too I communicated to Robin and as per him all the deluxe boats are same, and one should book premium boat for a good houseboat stay experience. All the hotels are nice Pine Tree Munnar, Mountain Hues Thekkedy, Castle Rock Cochin. Driver was humble. One suggestion- In Cochin sight seeing there should be more option like a Museum visit. Thank You Comfort Destination for this wonderful trip. Four star for Hotel due to House boat stay experience else rest of the Hotels are good. Roaming on Allepy Road without cab..
Sravani's 4 days trip to WayanadCab was good, cab driver should improve his patience, Munnar resort was good but Thekkady hotel high range plaza has no hot water and even a restaurant. The breakfast served there was also not good. Boat house services were good Boat house
Meenasinghchauhan's 5 days trip to WayanadPls improve your boathouse trip because cleaning issue and food issue was there due to that we both are suffering fever and health issue Commitment and delivery both are total different We started our trip with negative impression every time we are delay Not happy so don’t want to share Always try to take feedback with your partner channel also and visit as well Money is very important for us so try give take responsibility for other money also Driver is very good and nature was excellent Rest is ok But I can’t refer to anyone now just because of my experience
Nijasrireddy's 7 days trip to WayanadWe enjoyed the trip It was good experience One thing you guys should take care of covering all the things and better to give advices to the tourist who doesn’t know much idea about the trip.My purposal is to suggest them good places to visit and let them know everything what to do and what not to do in the trip. In dreamland it was the best place for couples and also many others to enjoy adventure things.
Bharath's 5 days trip to WayanadHotel accommodation and trip planning was good. However someone stole sunglasses and we suspect cab driver arranged by travel agent
Kaushik's 3 days trip to WayanadI would say I had a underwhelming experience. To start off the driver took us to a marine drive which was total unworthy. We spent about 2000 for bull shit ride in a crappy back water. Straight forward point there are no visiting places worthy for tourists in Cochin. After that we went to Cherai beach which was a very nice experience. Later the next day the house boat was a pathetic one provided. The boat was not up to the expectation and nothing compared what the representative provided. I was very disheartened by the trip. Food provided was fairly good but did not have any enchanting experience over there. The last day we visited water falls at two places and the day was called an end. I had to chat for a while with the representative for arranging the drop at our desired location. My overall experience was bad and the trip cost was not worth what I experienced. Cherai Beach, Elephant Ride, Waterfalls View
I no book my flight
Avinash's 7 days trip to WayanadDriver was bad...his driving was good but his behaviour not so comfortable Munnar was beautiful place.... Had good time in there
Abdul's 7 days trip to WayanadTeam of holiday package booking It was all fun to deal with you for kerala trip We enjoyed to utmost and the guide was also very nice . Will surly recommend others for your company, and we ourself will be in touch for future trips with 5 star everything
Gourav's 5 days trip to WayanadIt was nice trip and experience.Enjoyed stay at Houseboat with candle light dinner.
Venky's 4 days trip to WayanadThe deadline to order Dinner in all the hotels is very early. Need to extend it to atleast 10:30 - 11:00 PM as having dinner at 9:00 PM for travellers is not feasible. Hot water in bathroom was not proper hot for bath, upon asked we have been told that it is due to single phase electricity. Expecting very hot water in hotels in the places like Munnar where the climate is very cold..No varieties in breakfast in all the 3 hotels we visited, Idli Sambar & bread butter was common in all the 3 places. Was expecting Appam, Medu wada or any traditional Kerala items in breakfast.
