History of Aamby Valley

Aamby Valley in Pune was conceptualized by Sahara India Parivar. It is one of the planned hill cities in India. The land for the beautiful project was acquired in the year 1990. The township has 3 main aspects known as Contentment, Peace, and Happiness. More than 195 billion has been spent on building this beautiful township.

Jungle Safari - 19 Degree North, at Aamby Valley City is a hot spot for all the adventure lovers. It is a hub for all sorts of outdoor activities such as speed boating, hiking, rappelling, rock climbing, zorbing and zip lining for visitors. But one of the most popular activities here is Jungle Safari. You can choose a Gypsy to ride along the paths, through the puddles for some dirty jungle safari experience. It is exciting, fun, thrilling and everything but boring!

Zip Lining - One of the most exciting adventures of all time, zip-lining, is offered at Aamby Valley. Safety harnesses and other equipment are provided at the zip-lining activity centre. Buckle up the harness and get ready to enjoy this thrilling activity. As you zip-line across the valley, capture stunning views of the beautiful landscape all around you as well as across the lake.

Golf Club - Enjoy a stroke of golf at Aamby Valley in Pune during an adventure tour. There is a magnificent Golf course which is redolent of the British Golf Architecture style. Skydiving At Aamby Valley

Skydiving is definitely the once-in-a-lifetime kind of adventure for many. It is not only a popular adventure sport but also offers a kick to an adrenaline rush. The act of free-falling across the sky while capturing the stunning aerial views calls for a try at Aamby Valley. It is located at a distance of just one hour and forty minutes away from the main city of Pune.

Skydiving at Aamby Valley is performed under expert supervision. There is an international unit along with skydiving equipment which is from the US and Europe. With such measures, the skydiving professionals ensure that you receive the best and safest skydiving experience here.

On reaching the Aamby Valley in Pune, you will undergo a training session under experts’ supervision who will also guide you during the entire activity. It may take up to 60 minutes for the preparation session, depending upon the skydiver. Post the preparation session, you will board a plane to reach a height of 10,000 feet in a span of only 30 to 40 minutes. Note that a person must qualify for the activity as per the rules. There are three types of skydiving to choose from - static line jumping, accelerated freefall and tandem jump. The cost for Tandem jumps on a weekday, is priced at INR 25,000, while on a weekend, it is priced at INR 30,000.

Mahabaleshwar was breathtaking with Lingmala Waterfall, Mahabaleshwar Temple, Needle View and other scenic points. The Mapro Gardens at Panchgani added a delightful touch to our trip.
