Vaani's 8 days trip to Vietnam

Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our Vietnam tour, thanks to the efforts of your team. We truly appreciated how you listened to all our requests, no matter how small. A special mention to Emily, whose patience and dedication in fitting everything we wanted into the itinerary did not go unnoticed.   We particularly enjoyed the company of the guides during our journey. Although there were some language barriers, they made up for it with their consideration, especially Mi Lô, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful, given that we were traveling with a child. Hong was also fantastic, sharing a wealth of information that enriched our experience. Our parents were especially pleased with the arrangement of Indian food, which was a lovely touch, though we enjoyed the local cuisine as well.   However, we did face a few hiccups during our trip that we believe could have been handled better:   Hotel Arrangement in Danang: We stayed for three nights in Danang and found the sleeping arrangements challenging, as the queen-sized bed was too small for three people. While we managed, we felt that an option for a twin room could have been explored to avoid this discomfort.   Danang to Hue Journey: We were surprised when the driver took a different route from Danang to Hue instead of the scenic Hai Van Pass. As tourists, we expected the scenic route to be the default option rather than the regular one. Although we appreciate that your team promptly arranged the scenic route, it came with a surcharge.   Hanoi Airport to Hotel Transfer: Upon reaching Hanoi airport on the night of the 23rd, we were informed that the car couldn’t take us directly to the hotel entrance due to the weekend night market. This put us in a difficult spot as it was raining, and managing all the luggage with a child would have been a real hassle. Fortunately, there was no night market that night, but prior information could have allowed us to plan better, possibly choosing a different hotel location.   Despite these issues, we had a great time in Vietnam, thanks to your team’s efforts. We hope our feedback helps in improving future experiences for other travelers.   Thank you once again for all your hard work. We truly enjoyed our time in Danang, where the city’s vibrant atmosphere and serene beachside ambiance created a refreshing escape. My An Beach, with its pristine sands, clear waters, and gentle waves, was the perfect place to relax and take in Vietnam’s stunning coastline. Our visit to Hoi An was equally enchanting. The lantern-lit streets, vibrant colors, and the gentle glow of lamps reflecting on the water made the city feel like a scene from a fairy tale. The rich cultural vibe of Hoi An created an unforgettable experience. The visit to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave was absolutely awe-inspiring. The magnificent natural formations—stalactites and stalagmites that looked like intricate sculptures, formed over millions of years—were unlike anything we had ever seen. These caves felt like a hidden world, full of mystery and wonder. Although we were initially hesitant to visit with elderly parents and a young child, we are so glad we did. Exploring these breathtaking caves together created cherished memories. These moments—the tranquil beaches of Danang, the magical atmosphere of Hoi An, and the breathtaking beauty of the caves—made our trip to Vietnam truly special and unforgettable.

"Just returned from Vietnam to New Delhi, and I can't stop raving about the incredible experience! From the bustling streets of Hanoi, serene waters of Ha Long to the vibrant energy of Ho Chi Minh City, every moment was a new adventure. Exploring the ancient charm of Hoi An, relaxing on the breathtaking beaches of Phu Quoc, and immersing myself in the culture of Da Nang – it was truly unforgettable. The tour was expertly planned by The Aurora Travel and Travel Triangle, with knowledgeable guides, comfortable accommodations and authentic local cuisine, though we are vegetarians the planners took care that we were served with vegan options.Vietnam has stolen a piece of my heart. Surprise Photo shoot at one of the beach included in the itinerary, Camia Resort,Cu chi tunnels and of course Halong Bay Cruise..

Srinivasa's 14 days trip to Vietnam

Recently I completed my 2 weeks trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. As I was travelling with my family of 11 members for this trip, I had opted for Private transfers and Private tour everywhere. From Travel Triangle, I received 3 Tour Agencies. 2 of those where in discussion with me while the 3rd Agency hardly was communicating with me. Among these 2 Agencies Michael from SVietnam Trips was the only one who was actively in contact with me and I ended up booking my trip with him. My Trip guide Harvinder from Travel Triangle reached out to me only during initial payment. Before and after that no follow up from Travel Triangle. Would like to take few names and express my feedback. Michael from SVietnam Trips: Right from the day tour agencies got allocated, Michael had been in contact with me. No matter how late it may get in the night, he would never forget to respond and tries closing out my queries. As my travel group was big with different age group and difference choice of places, I had to do lot of research on my own to handpick few places which are not in the common itinerary any agencies would provide. Michael was very co-operative and patient while accommodating all my changing needs and itineraries. Wherever he lacked knowledge he tried gathering info and suggested me on my itineraries. He ensured he would be available over the phone throughout my trip and he lived up to this expectation. When we visited Ha Noi, he had come to airport to greet us and also gave me a local SIM newly bought for me free of cost. On the next day as promised, he had visited our hotel and took me to a Currency Exchange place where he had got me very good rates and also helped me in getting Indian Dinner parcel in his own vehicle. On the last day of our Ha Noi stay he had come to a mall where we took a pit stop and helped us with shopping and guiding in the mall. Throughout our trip, every day in the evening he used to check with us on how our trip went and if any help needed. My family and I liked all of these gestures including his personal visit whenever we needed his help and showing that extra care which I hadn’t experienced from any other travel agencies I had traveled before. This is where he went an extra mile to ensure quality service assured by him is provided. Very impressive and would highly recommend him for your Tours. To say a few words about Tour Guides, we were lucky to have got very good tour guides in every place we traveled which I would recommend except for the guide in Ho Chi Minh City. Nak in Cambodia, Thuy in Sapa, Chung in Ha Noi and Linh in Da Nang & Hoi An were very friendly, happy going, informative and approachable. They made us feel very comfortable and ensured we had good time in our tour enjoying every place covered in the itinerary. Special Notes: -> Thuy in Sapa: My aunt and MIL were senior citizens who were finding it difficult to climb the stairs, Thuy took an extra step and special care to assist them everywhere while climbing and walking. My aunt felt blessed to have such a person holding her hands and helping her to walk everywhere slowly at her comfort. When one of us lost our mobile phone in a Cable car, he stood by us and helped co-ordinating with customer service and housekeeping until we got back our phone. -> Chung in Ha Noi: He was always smiling guy. Stayed with my aunt to take care of her and kept addressing her as ‘Mumma’ which made my aunt feel very touchy for his special care & attention. -> Linh in Da Nang & Hoi An: She was very joyful and cheerful. Once when we got late in the night after our day trip, she and her friend helped in booking pickup cab for us and followed up till we reached out hotel. The tour guide named Lucky in Ho Chi Minh City compared to others we felt was okayish. She wasn’t that informative and wasn’t much open to us. Example: In Cu Chi tunnel when we saw other guides stopping in each & every spot explaining for 5-10 min in detail, Lucky was just skipping explanation for those places and was asking us to see and understand the instruction board. We had to ask her on most of those spots which she skipped to specifically share some info as other guides where explaining few details. Overall we weren’t happy with Cu Chi Tunnel tour. Despite this place having a huge historical significance, the guide made it look very basic by giving very limited information. From Travel Triangle, I am not happy at all for their service. Apart from follow up for initial payment, I dint see any effort from them or their Trip guide to enquire whether my trip was started, how my trip was going on and whether my trip ended well or not. Except the system generated formality emails on payment and feedback, no communication from their team. Overall I would say we had a fabulous trip and very good experience with SVietnam Trips. All thanks to Michael for extending his care & support throughout our trip. If I have to take another trip, I would rather go directly to Michael from SVietnam Trips than any other agencies or even Travel Triangle.

Whoa, not sure where to start. My trip to Vietnam, which was arranged by ASIA AUTHENTIC TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED, was beyond fantastic. They went above and beyond from the beginning to the end to make sure that every part of the trip was meticulously planned and carried out. Above everything else, the tour operator's guides were excellent. Every conversation they had was infused with their expertise and love for their nation. They gave us great historical and cultural insights, but they also gave us the impression that we were traveling through Vietnam with a close friend. Their personable and amiable demeanor added to the overall pleasure of the encounter. We would especially like to thank our 50-year-old guide at Hoi an, who was like a ball of energy. She understood all of our demands and even allowed us to spend an additional two hours in Hoi An. however, The guide in Ninh binh was in a hurry to finish the tour given that we had a lot to see and it was mesmerising place. The people in Vietnam are soo helpful, Humble and warm. The places we went to were really astounding. Every location, from the busy streets of Hanoi to the tranquil serenity of Ha Long Bay, had something special to offer. The travel agency designed a schedule that let us experience every aspect of Vietnamese culture, from tasting delectable street food to touring historic sites. Every day was an exciting journey full of remarkable experiences and stunning vistas. Not to be forgotten, Rossie, you were incredibly helpful with the entire reservation process, especially with securing the last-minute accommodation for us in Hanoi. In addition, Shubham and Eric kept in touch with me the entire trip, even though it was Chinese New Year and you two were on leave. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this travel agency. Look no further if you want a well-planned and unforgettable trip to Vietnam. Their excellent guides, incredible locations, and flawless service will leave you with lifelong memories. I express my gratitude to ASIA AUTHENTIC TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED for an amazing journey." I Will definitely visit Vietnam with your agency

Upendran's 8 days trip to Vietnam

Our vacation to Cambodia and Vietnam in March 2024 was both informative and enjoyable. Our chosen travel operator, Bamboo Hat Tours coordinated our trip well, with our airport pickups and van tours being punctual and with very friendly drivers and guides. Right up to the last day Sophie from Bamboo Hat was in touch on a daily basis, sending messages and reminders which made it very easy to adhere to the schedule. While the hotels were well located in city centres, vegetarian options in food need to be made more easily available, and more awareness needs to be created among kitchen staff . On one occasion we found fish sauce had been used to season vegetarian fried noodles, and prawn crackers were presented as vegetarian crackers. The hotel room in Hanoi (HM Boutique Hotel) was rather cramped while the rooms in Rose Garden hotel at Hoi An and Cap Town Hotel in Ho Chi Minh were very good and the staff extremely obliging. While the rooms at Siem Reap were good, the staff were neither very friendly nor obliging enough to give us an early check in. Angkor Holiday hotel is very obviously catering to group tours, so when you plan for smaller groups, please offer better hotels with better service, even if the cost is slightly higher. We found very limited vegetarian restaurants around this hotel. While the Le Journey cruise crew went out of their way to be hospitable, we would have preferred to have taken a slightly more upmarket cruise, as the boat was obviously old and needs renovation. Please give us more options in cruises as well when putting together a package. Having said this, I must say that the travel hosts everywhere were extremely courteous and hospitable, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Exemplary hospitality and courtesy everywhere we went. Hanoi’s water puppet show and a walk around the French quarter in the old town were very enjoyable. You need to spend at least three days in each city to experience it fully. Hoi An was amazing, with its riverside experiences, the shopping and the lanterns everywhere
