Vaani's 8 days trip to Vietnam

Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our Vietnam tour, thanks to the efforts of your team. We truly appreciated how you listened to all our requests, no matter how small. A special mention to Emily, whose patience and dedication in fitting everything we wanted into the itinerary did not go unnoticed.   We particularly enjoyed the company of the guides during our journey. Although there were some language barriers, they made up for it with their consideration, especially Mi Lô, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful, given that we were traveling with a child. Hong was also fantastic, sharing a wealth of information that enriched our experience. Our parents were especially pleased with the arrangement of Indian food, which was a lovely touch, though we enjoyed the local cuisine as well.   However, we did face a few hiccups during our trip that we believe could have been handled better:   Hotel Arrangement in Danang: We stayed for three nights in Danang and found the sleeping arrangements challenging, as the queen-sized bed was too small for three people. While we managed, we felt that an option for a twin room could have been explored to avoid this discomfort.   Danang to Hue Journey: We were surprised when the driver took a different route from Danang to Hue instead of the scenic Hai Van Pass. As tourists, we expected the scenic route to be the default option rather than the regular one. Although we appreciate that your team promptly arranged the scenic route, it came with a surcharge.   Hanoi Airport to Hotel Transfer: Upon reaching Hanoi airport on the night of the 23rd, we were informed that the car couldn’t take us directly to the hotel entrance due to the weekend night market. This put us in a difficult spot as it was raining, and managing all the luggage with a child would have been a real hassle. Fortunately, there was no night market that night, but prior information could have allowed us to plan better, possibly choosing a different hotel location.   Despite these issues, we had a great time in Vietnam, thanks to your team’s efforts. We hope our feedback helps in improving future experiences for other travelers.   Thank you once again for all your hard work. We truly enjoyed our time in Danang, where the city’s vibrant atmosphere and serene beachside ambiance created a refreshing escape. My An Beach, with its pristine sands, clear waters, and gentle waves, was the perfect place to relax and take in Vietnam’s stunning coastline. Our visit to Hoi An was equally enchanting. The lantern-lit streets, vibrant colors, and the gentle glow of lamps reflecting on the water made the city feel like a scene from a fairy tale. The rich cultural vibe of Hoi An created an unforgettable experience. The visit to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave was absolutely awe-inspiring. The magnificent natural formations—stalactites and stalagmites that looked like intricate sculptures, formed over millions of years—were unlike anything we had ever seen. These caves felt like a hidden world, full of mystery and wonder. Although we were initially hesitant to visit with elderly parents and a young child, we are so glad we did. Exploring these breathtaking caves together created cherished memories. These moments—the tranquil beaches of Danang, the magical atmosphere of Hoi An, and the breathtaking beauty of the caves—made our trip to Vietnam truly special and unforgettable.

Overall good experience. Arrangements were as expected. Only the communication of the travel agent should have been better. She never shared the contacts of pickup drivers/ tour guides. It would be much easier for us because otherwise we were solely dependent on her for coordination. Trang An and Ba na hills were the best

Vietnam is a very beautiful country with a wide range of activities, landscapes, cultures and more. One thing stood out is Vietnam focuses on experience-based tourism and hence makes it the MUST visit destination. My husband and I had an itinerary in our Wishlist and We worked with Alice from LVP travels to realize and execute the same. Alice worked with us in every step and helped clear every doubt. She was very thorough in planning our itinerary as it included a lot of internal transfers via trains, coaches, and flights. We visited Ho chi min City, Da Nang, Phong Nha and Hanoi. Every city or activity was very memorable and awesome, however our visit to dark cave in Phong Nha was the best of all. We ziplined, kayaked, explored the cave, and had a wonderful experience. We had a wonderful shopping experience HCMC and Hanoi. We had a bit of a trouble with Indian Vegetarian food, but it was expected. So we were prepared for it. Overall a very very very very very wonderful trip. Thanks to Alice from LVP travels and TravelTriangle for the same.

We took a 8 night/9 days trip with them and whatever was promised was delivered . The pickups were always before time and mostly the vehicles were clean. The guides were ok , could be more engaging. Once we left our bag containing passports And currency at the hotel and realised once we started for the tour. We requested the driver to turn and let us pick our bag as we were just 2 kms away but he didn’t listen to us and we could just inform the hotel to keep our bags safely. So that was one little disturbing experience for us but otherwise all in all a good trip arranged by S Viet. Halong Bay cruise and Trang An caving

Visit to Vietnam has been a wonderful kit of memories.. thanks to the flawlessly smooth travel plan prepared by Hannah from SViet. The choice of Hotels and their location was absolutely apt to our requirements to stay close to the beaches/market. The cars for pick up and drop were of luxury class and drivers were very good... The day tours were all very planned and executed, the tour guides were Very helpful throughout and catered to specific demands even if that wasn't on their itenary, for instance they specially took a boat to an island for us to do para sailing... Ankur's 6 days trip to Vietnam

Hello, we completed our trip to Vietnam from 5th to 11th Aug 2019. We covered four destinations - Nha Trang, Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, and HCM City and took the services provided by S Viet Travels. We were coordinated by Ms. Hannah, who was probably the best part of S Viet services. Hannah is a proactive, reliable, responsive and sincere agent. No trip to a foreign destination gets completed without few hiccups, even our trip wasn't free from it. What we liked and appreciated was the way Hannah and her company responded to it. Their response was swift and responsible. I would definitely recommend S Viet Travels for others as well.
