Ms. Trang supported us at every stage — right from creating the itinerary, suggesting good hotels and activities, assisting with the e-visa process, advising about currency exchange, and answering even the smallest queries patiently and transparently. She has deep knowledge of the sightseeing places in Vietnam, which helped us plan the trip efficiently. Thanks to her planning, our visits to Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, and Ha Long Bay were smooth and memorable. I would definitely recommend Golden Footstep to anyone planning a Vietnam trip. However, I believe TravelTriangle as a platform still needs improvement. The website and app login experience is not very smooth, and the payment and invoicing process does not always feel transparent. In addition, the response from TravelTriangle’s customer support/trip guide was not very satisfactory in our case. Overall, the platform helped us connect with a good travel agent, and that made the trip successful. If TravelTriangle improves its platform experience and support system, it could become an even better service for travelers.

Even though our Phu Quoc tour was a group tour, Vivian made sure to provide us with all the details to make the experience smooth and easy. He was available round the clock to answer any queries and helped us cover all the must-see spots on time. We also have to thank Jennie for recommending Wyndham Gardens for our stay in Phu Quoc – it was indeed a fantastic choice. (1) In Hanoi, we experienced the vibrant city life, enjoying visits to iconic locations like Ocean City Park 2, the Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour, Dong Xuan Market, Beer Street, and the unique Train Street. All were excellent! (2) Our experience on the Ninh Binh Day Guided Tour by limousine bus on February 25th, 2025. Despite the rainy, cloudy, and cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. The tour, which took us from our Hanoi Capital Hotel to Hoa Lu, Trang An/Tam Coc, and Mua Cave, was excellent. We started at Hoa Lu, exploring its ancient royal temples, followed by a pleasant bicycle ride through local villages. The Vietnamese and Indian lunch was also very enjoyable. The boat trip through the Trang An Grottoes was a highlight, and the hike up the mountain at Mua Cave, with its stunning views of the Ngo Dong River, was truly thrilling, even in the rainy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good adventure and a memorable experience. (3) The grand finale was our tour of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, culminating in a visit to Cat Ba Island. The 5-star La Pandora cruise was truly the crown jewel of our trip, providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. (4) In Da Nang, we enjoyed a relaxing beach escape, followed by an exhilarating adventure at Ba Na Hills. The Golden Bridge, the thrilling cable car ride, the Lava Train, Fantasy Park, the charming French Village, and many other attractions created unforgettable memories. We also deeply appreciated the opportunity to explore the majestic Marble Mountains and the impressive Lady Buddha statue. Our two-night stay in Da Nang and tour to Hoi An were magical. We fully immersed ourselves in the local culture and cuisine, and releasing lanterns along the river was an especially unforgettable moment. (5) We also enjoyed the lively party atmosphere and nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City, and gained valuable insights into the country's war history at the Cu Chi Tunnels and Melong Delta tour. Throughout our journey, the guides ensured seamless transitions between destinations and offered insightful explanations about Vietnam's rich history, including its war history and the significance of Buddhism. The tour was expertly curated, ensuring a truly wholesome and immersive experience.
