We took a package for 10 days. Our agent Jade from Namaste Vietnam was very helpful and gave all the necessary information timely. She also accommodated all our reasonable requests and went above and beyond to arrange a surprise birthday cake for me in the hotel. One thing that we did not like is the guided tours because they are always in hurry and does not let us spend time in one place. We actually had to spend extra to get private transfer in the last guided tour to actually enjoy the place. Next time we will make sure not to include any guided tours in the trip. Having private transfers and then exploring the place on our own is the best option. However, that's upon us because we chose the guided tour in first place. Otherwise the trip was amazing. The cruise on Halong Bay was perfect.

Hannah helped us in multiple changes to hotel and itinerary. She came up with the best package. 5 stars for Hannah and her service 5 stars for all the hotels and tours included in the package 3.5 stars for La Pandora Cruise, its not the same as it looks in the picture.

Alice effectively coordinated and communicated all tour and guide details, even being available at midnight for any concerns that arose. Her personal touch was evident as she made sure to meet and greet us before our departure and offered suggestions for additional places to visit when we had free time. When we encountered a flight delay in our second city, Alice swiftly adjusted our plans, demonstrating remarkable flexibility and dedication to ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Regarding accommodations, all the hotels were ideally situated, allowing us to explore the cities easily on foot. Our travel itinerary, covering three cities starting with Hanoi, then Danang, and finally Ho Chi Minh City, was meticulously planned. Each destination offered unique experiences, from exploring Ha Long Bay to visiting pagodas and marble mountains in Danang, and finally, discovering the Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong Delta in Ho Chi Minh City. The tour guides in each location were exemplary, always punctual and ensuring there was never a dull moment during our excursions. In terms of constructive feedback, it's worth noting that Vietjet Airlines consistently experiences delays, which could impact travelers' plans and schedules. Additionally, while the Cu Chi tunnels were a fascinating visit, some travelers might consider Mekong Delta as optional, as it may not align with everyone's interests. Overall, our experience with Namaste Vietnam exceeded our expectations, thanks to Alice's outstanding service and the well-planned itinerary that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and culture of Vietnam. One of the most cherished aspects of our journey was the genuine warmth of the people we encountered. Immersing ourselves in their rich history provided profound insights and appreciation. We relished the culinary delights of vegan restaurants, while the breathtaking beauty of Ha Long Bay and the serene atmosphere of My Khe Beach left lasting impressions. Exploring pagodas offered moments of tranquility. strolling through vibrant night markets added an element of excitement. Our visit to Cambodia and Vietnam was enjoyable and a great experience to cherish. Melinda and Tina were monitoring and guiding all through our trip. Language being the major concern, both were available on Whatsapp whenever we wanted for guidance. Anyway it was a wonderful trip.

Very well organised. Had an amazing time in Cambodia.

Over all experience is good. Travel agents are very supportive throughout the tour. Most of places we found vegetarian food, so that is very well arranged by travel agency. Only at the cruise experience was not so great, we had given promises by travel agency that the cruise is being upgraded, but it was small boat with only 25 guest and we didn't have private balcony and we saw all very good looking cruise arround us with private balcony, so don't feel so great there. Also at da nang our trip starts at 3:30 pm afternoon but we had to check out early at 12 and for 3 & half hours we were sitting in lobby in high humidity and had nothing to do arround. I think these things travel agency can do better.

Excellent services provided by Realistic Asia. All the arrangements were punctual and well coordinated. The cabs / buses were clean and comfortable. All details and costings had been worked out beforehand. There were NO hidden charges. The pickup timings for the next day were re-confirmed the previous day. Very professional agency. We are very happy to state that we did not have a single hitch anywhere.

The journey to Vietnam started from an inquiry with Ms Junie .... and from there onwards its smooth planning and excitement to be there. I should give the entire credit to Junie here; because of her excellent planning we had an amazing 10 days tour to Vietnam and Cambodia. She has helped us on each and every step and now we are good friends with her. We went for the sightseeing purpose and we ended making some amazing friends. The hotel suggestions and itinerary were extremely well planned and the hotel locations were simply spot on in terms of self-exploration. The meals and excursion activities with the transfer were extremely comfortable. Our 7 day Vietnam trip was absolutely fantastic. Ms Chetna helped connect us to the Vietnamese partners and Ms Alice helped make the itinerary and arranged local logistics. There was 24x7 support from there side. All in all it was a fun trip. Ninh Binh cycling tour and Halong Bay

Overall a very great experience on the trip. While there were communication issues with the agent which may have impacted some of the choices we made for the trip, the support given during the trip was very good. They were able to manage or compensate when things did not go according to plan or expectations and this was without any ask from our side !! Vietnam and Cambodia has a lot of interesting places to see and i think we made the right choice in going with TT Visiting the temples in Siem Reap. Angkor wat and others. The guide was very patient in explaining the history and culture behind them.
