    Overing all all services were nice Sevice of Sophie was very nice Except Danang hotal room infrastructure Service of tour guide on 13/11/2025 Cu chi tour was not satisfactory We have to wait in hotal lobby for 63 mts We were lin lobby at 7.40 Than time was changed 8.00 But bus came at 8.43 Moreover guide given me a call at 8.40 to come at another place Whereas at new place it was not possible for us to go there, moreover language problem to find bus parking point Nd we both sr citizen Age of 69 nd 65 Guide did not came in hotal lobby to pick up us at bus parking point We told him that we r not aware of parking point He replied that'he will not come in hotal lobby If we r interested in tour than we have to reach bus parking place Otherwise he will left us Nice Fully satisfied Recommended to my family friends
