What impressed me the most was Rose's willingness to customize the itinerary according to our preferences. She was prompt in her responses, highly cooperative and flexible, ensuring that our trip was tailored to our needs. The private cabs arrived punctually, and the drivers were courteous and knowledgeable about the destinations. The itinerary was well-crafted, allowing us to make the most of our time and experience the best of Vietnam. I really loved the service, especially the timings and pre information about the next day service. The hotels were really good with perfect locations so that we can easily access local markets. The cab timings, their services were all aligned to be the perfect. The honeymoon arrangements that were being made by Dragon Bay cruise

Overall Vietnam Trip was Nicely Carried out. Most of the popular places were covered.Tour Guides were very nice and cooperative having Good English knowledge.Hotel Breakfast for vegetarian was available at each hotel.Tour vehicles are nice and comfortable. Only flight two way prices were costlier. Overall Vietnam Trip was very Nice . Nice Tour Guides. Nice Tour Buses. Breakfast Lunch for Vegeterian was nice. Dinner At nearby Indian Hotels was nice and somewhat costly. Overall Vietnam Tour is Really Very memorable And Full of Fun and Joy.

The arrangements made by you for the tour were commendable, and I would like to share our detailed feedback as follows: Cambodia: Our tour in Cambodia was highly impressive. The hotel accommodations and services were excellent, and the transport arrangements, along with the driver’s service, were truly commendable. However, I must express some concerns regarding the guide, Mr. Phrom. His behavior requires significant improvement—particularly in avoiding loose conversations and inappropriate comments, especially when interacting with women tourists. This is an area that needs immediate attention. I kindly request that you share this feedback with your counterparts in Cambodia to ensure better service standards. Despite this, we deeply appreciated the excellent services of the tour driver and the overall quality of the hotel and service arrangements. Vietnam: Your services in Vietnam were equally good. That being said, I have a few suggestions for improvement: We faced issues with dinner on the day of arrival in all three cities due to late nights. After our flights and hotel check-ins, dinner was delayed, causing inconvenience. I recommend scheduling local flights to arrive earlier in the evening (preferably before 4:00 PM) to allow sufficient time for dinners. It would be beneficial to arrange accommodations in higher-quality hotels, even if it incurs slightly higher costs. For instance, my brother-in-law, who accompanied us, was dissatisfied with the room at the Prague Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Offering customers the option to upgrade their accommodations with an additional cost could greatly enhance their experience. Overall, we are happy with the services provided and appreciate your efforts in organizing this tour. TT had a good tie up with S Vietnam trip. The S Vietnam trip coordinator , Ms Emily was very courteous & replied to every query I had regarding the trip. The arrangements were seamless requiring no follow up from my side, on a day to day basis . Proactively, guides & drivers contacted & communicated the pick up & schedule for the following day, a day in advance . The operators ensured we had a comfortable trip . Hotels & food arrangements & internal tkts were well organised . We recently booked a vacation package through SVietnam Tours via TravelTriangle, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Jennie and her team went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was seamless and enjoyable. However, the hotel in Phu Quoc was exceptional, especially with its beautiful surroundings and private beach. It truly made our stay there unforgettable. The tour guides were fantastic throughout the trip, but the guide in Da Nang really stood out. She was not only knowledgeable and friendly but also made a special connection with our 3-year-old daughter, who had the time of her life playing with her. It made the tour even more enjoyable for our little one. There were so many unforgettable experiences throughout the trip, and some of the top highlights included: - **Ninh Binh Boat Ride**: This serene boat ride through the stunning limestone landscapes was an absolute highlight, offering a peaceful and picturesque experience. - **Halong Bay Cruise**: Cruising through the iconic Halong Bay, surrounded by towering limestone pillars and emerald waters, was nothing short of magical. - **Bana Hills Cable Car**: The cable car ride to Bana Hills offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, providing a truly unique experience. - **Phu Quoc 4 Island Tour**: The Phu Quoc tour was another standout experience, with the cable car ride from the 4th Island to the 1st Island offering spectacular views of the ocean. The entire tour was well-organized, and our guide Vivian made sure we didn’t miss any must-see spots, like the shows at VinWonders and GrandWorld. Phu Quoc itself is a paradise. Even though our Phu Quoc tour was a group tour, Vivian made sure to provide us with all the details to make the experience smooth and easy. He was available round the clock to answer any queries and helped us cover all the must-see spots on time. We also have to thank Jennie for recommending Wyndham Gardens for our stay in Phu Quoc – it was indeed a fantastic choice. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation filled with unforgettable memories, and it was all possible because of Jennie and her amazing team.
