I visited Thailand and Vietnam for 10 days. Overall experience is ok. The service provider SPSV is done good job. Krishna is the Co ordinator for our tour. It was well planned and managed tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Thailand. Nikita had carefully planned the itinerary for the 4 places - Pattaya, Bangkok, Krabi & Phuket. She even accommodated our request for a family show in Phuket at a later point of time before starting the trip. Her senior Tarun also helped in a couple of situations where we faced minor glitches during the trip. Pros : 1. The places selected as part of the itinerary were very scenic and we had a fabulous time in all these places. The islands in Krabi were beautiful and picture perfect which we thoroughly enjoyed. 2. The choice of hotels were very good, specially the one in Phuket where the room had direct entry to swimming pool from the balcony. 10/10 for this. 3. The support and responsiveness received from Nikita while planning the itinerary. She was very patient, listened to all our queries patiently and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible within the budget that we had agreed upon. 4. OnTrip app had all the details day wise for the itinerary which helped us to keep a track of everything. For all the support needed during the trip, it helped us to reach out to the concerned team on time. 5. The private vehicles assigned during the trip was spacious and comfortable for us 5 adults and 2 kids. It was also neat and clean and we faced no issues during transfers from one place to another. Couple of feedback that I would like Navigatio to consider and accommodate in the future. I won't exactly call these points as Cons, but merely feedback to make their services even better : 1. We didn't have lunch breaks for couple of days when there were internal transfers from one place to another during the trip. Upon informing the driver, he refused to stop for lunch stating they have not been informed to stop anywhere for lunch. We had two small kids aged 4 and 7. This is something that can be planned better as part of preparing the itinerary for families with kids. 2. We had an internal flight to catch from Bangkok to Krabi early in the morning. The driver who was supposed to pick us up, parked his vehicle at the fag end of the hotel parking lot and we were not aware whether the driver has arrived or not. He should ideally have informed of his arrival in the reception. We were a bit confused for sometime searching for him. Finally we located him after sometime sitting inside the van with doors and windows closed. We informed this to Tarun who took cognizance of the same and ensured we didn't face any more glitches during the trip. Barring the above couple of minor glitches, our overall experience was smooth and we had a very good trip with lots of good memories for a lifetime. It was wonderful vacation for us planned and executed by you. Undoubtedly each and every day we enjoyed, played with nature, danced with sea waves and we did many more. Many many thanks to you for arranging such a nice and memorable trip for us... Among all three places, Pattaya, Phuket and Krabi at Thailand, Krabi was fantastic place to visit. It attracts people with its beaches, islands and natural beauty. And the entire traveling experience in Thailand is amazing and memorable too.

The trip was absolutely wonderful, with every detail thoughtfully handled. My trip planner, Nikita ji, worked closely with us to design the perfect itinerary. She recommended activities that allowed us to make the most of our time while ensuring we visited all the key attractions and had enough rest for the next day's activities. Tarun ji coordinated all the arrangements flawlessly. The cabs provided for local transport were excellent, and the drivers were always punctual, arriving at the hotel reception exactly as scheduled. A special mention goes to our Bangkok and Pattaya coordinator, Sunny ji. He not only managed our trips to Pattaya and Bangkok flawlessly but also helped us make the most of our extra time by suggesting additional places to visit. During our Pattaya visit, we were unaware of the Fire Festival, but Sunny ji not only recommended we attend but also provided clear instructions on how to get there. Honestly, the Fire Festival was a highlight of our trip and truly "Paisa Wasool." He treated us like a friend helping us explore his city and was always available on call or WhatsApp to address any questions we had. 1. Fire Festival suggested by Sunny Ji. 2. Awesome experience at my Thailand trip, this is our 6 th trip with travel traingle, we got the best experience almost every time. We get best packages in our budget.
