Good agent at Thailand. We visited Bangkok and Phuket. Representatives at both places were very cordial. Shared the plan for the next day well ahead for us to plan. It was a group tour at all places. Pick-Up and Drop were well planned. There were no wait at any place. All coordination was done by the representative with perfection. Only complaint is that NO one from Travel Triangle coordinated the pre-booking activities. I was coordinating with the service providers directly. Travel Triangle representative called only ONCE for the booking payment. Rest of the time till the end of the tour, they did not bother to check the status. It was strange behavior. Presently I am working on another trip through travel triangle and observing the same behavior.

It was best experience with TripTrail. I was little nervous since it was our first international trip. Yugal from TripTrail successfully arranged our Krabi-Phuket tour. Everything was excellent but stay in Ayodhyaa hotel in Krabi was very poor in services instead of 5 star I will give 3 star. And in phuket due to driver delay and traffic one place is missed and using unusual talk. Rest everything is best

Very good service But in phuket the room was not good and cab from phuket to krabi was not good Even cad from DMK airport to shopping was not good and the driver was very elderly person he cannot guide us what to do next.

Overall, the trip to Phuket and Krabi was enjoyable. The onsite agent addressed all our queries and managed the trip efficiently. Kudos to Sushmita and Ms. Pum (Thailand) for their hard work and dedication.
