Trip to MunnarHotel was sometimes good sometimes below expectations. Hotel in Thekkedy was not up to the mark. In quote so many places were written. Please do not mention the places which can not be covered within mentioned time frame. Cab driver was very good. He took us to all thr possible places and guided us. Awesome place - Munnar and Alleppey. Unforgettable memories :)
Trip to MunnarOverall the experience of our trip to Kerala was neither very good nor bad, but the dealing with the Tour operator was very bad. Once the booking is done, they don't bother about you :( If you have no other alternative you will end up in very bad memories of your trip. Rooms: - Munnar - room provided was not clean and even food was also bad. - Thekkady - Room provided in Thekkady was good. Jeep safari in Thekkady was waste of money (3K). Did not seen even a single animal and Jeep driver points to a dot on far away hill and tells you are lucky to find a dot(which he said was an Elephant). Our daughter was very much dis-appointed as we promised her to show the animals. The tour organizers show the pictures which are very impressive, but the true fact was quite opposite. - Alleppey - Our driver asked us to contact the Tour operator(Nitin from, Sethi Travels Think Holiday Group) to get the contact details of house boat. Tour Organizer provided the same, and when we tried to contact the person, they mentioned that NO house boat was reserved on our name. Our total trip from Thekkady to Alleppey we were trying to reach either Tour Organizer or house boat owner, but of no use (hardly phone signals were there on the way), both of them are not at all in sync. Finally our driver arranged for a house boat for which we had to pay an additional cost of 1500/-. Also Tour Organizer promised for a cake and other things as part of booking but he failed to provide the same. He finally promised to pay the difference amount but didn't provide it till date. But overall we had mixed feelings, but the driver we got for the entire tour was good.
Trip to MunnarHotels arranged in Munnar was very bad. Resort was full of insects. Itenary planning could have been better. The purpose of visiting Thekedy was not met. Cab driver dropped us in airport 5 hours before the flight timing. Very poor sightseeing planning.
Trip to MunnarNot at all happy with the boat house food...not as expected..there was no sufficient food as u people mentioned... Shemmer our driver...too good person...munnar boat bean resort a peaceful place...
Trip to MunnarHouseboat experience was very bad. There was no light on the toilet and it was broken. Rooms were not clean. Munnar hotel was good.
Trip to MunnarOur driver was very proactive and took us to the best places and guided us for almost everything during the tour. He was very well versed with all the locations and took us to the best spots. Hotel locations were beautiful and rooms were comfortable at all the places be it Munnar, Thekkady or Cherai. Boathouse experience was commendable. Staff were courteous and service was excellent with quality local snacks like banana pakoda etc. Boathouse was the best memory of our tour. Raisoone Travels planned a very comfortable and amazing trip. The people we coordinated with were very helpful and prompt. They suggested us to stay at Cherai beach instead of Cochin and it works perfect for us, as we experienced beautiful and clean beach at Cherai.
Trip to MunnarMe along with my friends have traveled to Kerala to visit Alleppey, Munnar, Kumarakom, Alleppey, Kovalam and Cochin for 9 days with Raisoone Travels. Ranjan from Raisoone Travels helped us to choose and visit best places with reasonable package but with premium properties. Our overall trip went very well with out any hassles. On tour support was also superb, we got some issues during check-in to Kumarakom Hotel but it was resolved immediately by Raisoone Travels, this is why you should book your tour with good travel agency. They provided us a very good customer service with very well behaved professional driver who is been very supportive through out our journey. I am proudly rating them 5 Star for all the support and services during trip. Willing to travel with Raisoone Travels again in the future !!!!
