S Vietnam was excellent in thier tour coordination and were also very timely. Only issue was the TIP cost which was not informed prior and taken compulsorily 60USD. The TT agent Kanchan also did'nt coordinate well on the same. Other than the above all things were well arranged and organised by S vietnam. I would recommend this to all...but please ask them to clarify all costs in advance. I extend my thanks to Linh,,,Hiep,,,Hieu,,,Hong for being the tour guides at various places. ANd Tracy was also good and giving fast response for any query. Our TT agent Kanchan was very slow in giving response on every Query......:( that too after booking...... Nice trip excellent place VIetnam......

Their attention to detail ensured that all arrangements were top-notch, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty and culture of this remarkable country. Here’s a review of our journey, which included visits to Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, and Ho Chi Minh City. Trip Overview The itinerary was well-structured, providing a perfect balance of cultural immersion, scenic exploration, and relaxation. Each destination offered unique experiences that enriched our understanding of Vietnam. - Hanoi: Our adventure began in the bustling capital city. We explored historical sites such as the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, where we enjoyed delicious street food. The guided tours provided fascinating insights into Vietnam's rich history and traditions. - Ha Long Bay: The cruise through Ha Long Bay was undoubtedly one of the trip's highlights. Surrounded by stunning limestone karsts and emerald waters, we engaged in activities such as kayaking and exploring caves. The onboard meals were exceptional, featuring fresh seafood that showcased local flavours. The breathtaking scenery made this UNESCO World Heritage site unforgettable. - Da Nang: In Da Nang, we visited the famous Marble Mountains and enjoyed some leisure time on pristine beaches. The city’s blend of modernity and tradition offered a unique perspective on Vietnam's development. - Ba Na Hills: A visit to Ba Na Hills was a memorable experience. We took a scenic cable car ride to the top, where we marvelled at the Golden Bridge and enjoyed panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The French Village added a charming European touch to our adventure. - Ho Chi Minh: Our trip concluded in Ho Chi Minh City, where we explored vibrant markets.
