I would like to break this review in three parts. 1st - after putting in my request for package options on Travel Triangle, received couple of quotes from different operators. But at the first look of the options itself, I could see that Chamodi from D Lanka Tours got it right and understood my requirement perfectly. She was very professional throughout and provided me multiple variations (with different star hotels etc.) of the package. That helped me make the right choice. 2nd - post confirming and booking the option, Chamodi was in regular touch to make sure all hotel bookings were confirmed and I am completing other formalities to ensure that we are ready for the travel. She also suggested the best way to handle the forex requirements which saved me some money. The confirmation of the tour guide details, the vehicle details (and pictures) were all sent well ahead. So even before arriving we got a confidence that it's going to be a memorable trip. After that we arrive in SriLanka. 3rd - We met Chamodi and her team on the morning of the day we started our tour. I could see all the professionalism which I experienced virtually till then in person. At this point of time Kawee the tour guide and Uncle the driver took over. Throughout the tour, I could see Kawee being proactive in getting things organized for our next place of visit. He was focused on understanding what kind of group we are and immediately started giving us tips for our site seeing accordingly. Uncle was very professional in his driving and amazed to see he following each and every rule of driving on the roads. Both Kawee and uncle were so great that the kids mentioned they just felt so friendly with them and of course that's the same feeling we adults carried as well. The result of all of this was we had a very very memorable trip to SriLanka. Thanks to Chamodi, Kawee and Uncle for giving us such a great experience and I strongly recommend them.

The Frontline staff & steeple Tours planned an excellent itenary for our trip for 8 days. Our appreciation to Ms Dilini of Steeple Tours and her 24×7 support on all the 8 days throught the trip is awesome. The Van 19 seater was ok but the driver Mr Nandana was extremely good and adjustable with us in many ways . He takes personal interest to take care of my mother 87 years old wherever she could not get down from the cab. The chauffeur Mr Charitha was a problem to us right from picking us at the airport, made us wait at the entrance airport zbd went to arrange cab for another 4 german traveller's. He was a man full of attitude always complaining about m/s steeple Tours, our agents and on the 7th day wanted to go away to pick some of his friend from the airport and made us wait at the road jn pitch dark for more than 40 minutes. Only with the interference of our staff M/s Dillini from steeple Tours we could reach the hotel at bentota on that day night. The chaffeur guide Mr Charitha did not behave properly and did not show anything at Colombo on the last day resulting a great disappointment to us. We lost our enjoyment due to the guide Mr Charitha eventhough we had a good itenary and support fron Ms. Dillini and with a good driver for the vehicle Mr Nandana The places are memorable and beautiful at nuwareliya & nine arch bridge, kandy cultural programme is worth to be seen. Seetha Amman temple, kathirkamam are oc devotional memories. Also Hanjman temple on way to nuwareliya and Indian restaurant Annapoorani there are great memories to us

Chamondi is very helpful in tour planning. The chaffour Lion and tour guide Tharindar are very very good.

Overall experience was very good. All hotels except one at Bentota were good. Cab was ok kind of but driver was very good… Jeep safari and Madu river ride was something very good.

Many promises were made but not delivered. Worst thing was Chetna who was providing assistance during the tour. She never pick my call. Sometimes replies me in WhatsApp only to blame me Best chauffeur Kumarasiri was given to me and I'm grateful for it

We were given a good driver but he was a Vegetarian who lacks in finding any Non Veg restaurant. He also lacks in programming the site seeing spots None of the Hotels have dental kits. We planned not to carry bcos in India all Hotels give Dental and Saving Kits GOH rooms were spacious but toilets were worse

Well planned trip, excellent service. However, some hotels were not accessible as they only had stairs to go to the rooms which wasn't suitable to the older aged traveller's. Driving through the tea estates and visiting the beaches at twilight

In over all trip gave an awesome and memorable experience. Got an immediate response from Ms. Dilhari, she customized the package completely to my suggestions. I have asked her to make customization multiple times she didn't even hesitate to do while other agents did. We had a much friendly driver and guide Mr. Ismath , he took care of us throughout the journey. We miss him when the trip is about to end, that friendly he was. He made us feel comfortable and safe everytime. Thanks Mr Ismath and Ms Dilhari , To make this memorable trip happen.
