Hanoi Tour Packages

It was a great experience traveling with Travel Triangle and VietAurora. I would like to split my feedback into two sections: **Good** and **Areas for Improvement**. **Good** 1. **Outstanding Travel Arrangements**: The travel vehicles, guides, locations, and Halong Bay cruise were exceptional. Our stay in Danang was equally remarkable. 2. **Cruise Upgrade**: Our agent upgraded our Halong Bay cruise to a balcony view, which made our experience truly special as we spent quality family time on the water. 3. **Punctual Pickups and Drops**: Every pickup and drop was on time, saving us valuable time to enjoy and explore. 4. **Thoughtful Birthday Surprise**: We visited Vietnam to celebrate our child's birthday, and our agent, Hannah, sent a wonderful cake to mark the occasion. It made us feel incredibly special. 5. **Safety and Care**: Hannah ensured our safety and well-being throughout the trip, from the start until we returned to India. 6. **Excellent Coordination**: The coordination and communication from the agent were seamless, making our trip stress-free and enjoyable. **Areas for Improvement** 1. **Early Check-in Request**: We arrived in Hanoi at 10:00 AM, but the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM. Despite requesting early check-in, it was not arranged. This cost us 4–5 hours, which could have been better utilized. 2. **Ba Na Hills Trip**: On our way to Ba Na Hills, we spent an hour shopping for pearls. This was unnecessary, as we had already shopped earlier during the trip. That time could have been better spent exploring Ba Na Hills. 3. **Ocean View Request**: While I did get an ocean-view room in Danang, it was on the 4th floor. I was expecting a higher floor (e.g., 16th) for a better view. 4. **Exit Day Vehicle Issue**: On our last day, I requested an earlier vehicle for shopping before heading to the airport. This was denied by the agent, who suggested booking locally instead. While I managed, this could have been better coordinated to save time. 5. **Limited Trip Planning Support**: The agent often asked us to check with the hotel reception for nearby places to visit. I expected the agent to provide a comprehensive itinerary, detailing must-visit spots, optional activities, and chargeable add-ons to help us make the most of our trip. 6. **Currency Suggestion**: I was advised to bring USD, but in many shopping areas, payments were required in VND. This led to additional currency conversion fees, which could have been avoided with clearer guidance. Overall, it was a wonderful trip, and I appreciate the efforts of Travel Triangle and VietAurora. Addressing the above areas would make the experience even better for future travelers.

Wonderful experience, great guides and support provided. Only fond memories created, would definitely come back for more international trips. Halong Bay, Hanoi streets.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our Vietnam tour, thanks to the efforts of your team. We truly appreciated how you listened to all our requests, no matter how small. A special mention to Emily, whose patience and dedication in fitting everything we wanted into the itinerary did not go unnoticed.   We particularly enjoyed the company of the guides during our journey. Although there were some language barriers, they made up for it with their consideration, especially Mi Lô, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful, given that we were traveling with a child. Hong was also fantastic, sharing a wealth of information that enriched our experience. Our parents were especially pleased with the arrangement of Indian food, which was a lovely touch, though we enjoyed the local cuisine as well.   However, we did face a few hiccups during our trip that we believe could have been handled better:   Hotel Arrangement in Danang: We stayed for three nights in Danang and found the sleeping arrangements challenging, as the queen-sized bed was too small for three people. While we managed, we felt that an option for a twin room could have been explored to avoid this discomfort.   Danang to Hue Journey: We were surprised when the driver took a different route from Danang to Hue instead of the scenic Hai Van Pass. As tourists, we expected the scenic route to be the default option rather than the regular one. Although we appreciate that your team promptly arranged the scenic route, it came with a surcharge.   Hanoi Airport to Hotel Transfer: Upon reaching Hanoi airport on the night of the 23rd, we were informed that the car couldn’t take us directly to the hotel entrance due to the weekend night market. This put us in a difficult spot as it was raining, and managing all the luggage with a child would have been a real hassle. Fortunately, there was no night market that night, but prior information could have allowed us to plan better, possibly choosing a different hotel location.   Despite these issues, we had a great time in Vietnam, thanks to your team’s efforts. We hope our feedback helps in improving future experiences for other travelers.   Thank you once again for all your hard work. We truly enjoyed our time in Danang, where the city’s vibrant atmosphere and serene beachside ambiance created a refreshing escape. My An Beach, with its pristine sands, clear waters, and gentle waves, was the perfect place to relax and take in Vietnam’s stunning coastline. Our visit to Hoi An was equally enchanting. The lantern-lit streets, vibrant colors, and the gentle glow of lamps reflecting on the water made the city feel like a scene from a fairy tale. The rich cultural vibe of Hoi An created an unforgettable experience. The visit to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave was absolutely awe-inspiring. The magnificent natural formations—stalactites and stalagmites that looked like intricate sculptures, formed over millions of years—were unlike anything we had ever seen. These caves felt like a hidden world, full of mystery and wonder. Although we were initially hesitant to visit with elderly parents and a young child, we are so glad we did. Exploring these breathtaking caves together created cherished memories. These moments—the tranquil beaches of Danang, the magical atmosphere of Hoi An, and the breathtaking beauty of the caves—made our trip to Vietnam truly special and unforgettable.

Our vietnam tour was as planned. All the places were covered as in itinerary. Sophie from bamboo hat tours and Harvinder were always available whenever we had any queries. Hotels, food and cab/bus daily tours were good. Only didn’t like the hotel at Hanoi. Rest everything was perfect.

Hanoi - first day going around the town, second day tour to caves, luxurious Aspira cruise, Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Scuba diving, Sun World, Dragon Bridge, Hoi An tour, My Son Sanctuary, HCMC..and the list is long 5/5 stars for everything So smooth, luxurious and comfortable trip. We returned with only beautiful memories, lots of shopping and a great time that we had to cherish forever Thank you so much for this wonderful time! ❤️❤️ Jenna went out of her way to make my trip the most memorable one. No words are enough to thank her and the least I can do is recommend Jenna to everyone whom I know are planning Vietnam! Kudos and Thank You!! everything was so well arranged!

Had an amazing time. Everything was well organised. Sight seeing Food etc. In Da Nang Nana took good care of us. She clicked our group photos too. In Ho Chi Minh Ben had organised everything so smoothly and assisted us throughout our stay there. He is friendly and a gem of a person. Cheers Ben. We had a wonderful time in Vietnam and the trip was organised fairly well. Apart from 2 bad experiences. I will list them down, but first happy experiences. Our trip was for 9 days and we had traveled with our 5 year old daughter. So everything was customised as per her interest. Mr Tony from wonderscape was very helpful in understanding our requirements and arranging the trip accordingly. A big thanks to him for a very friendly attitude throughout the booking and trip duration. I would definitely recommend to choose wonderscape if any of you plan your trips in the future. Now 2 not so happy experiences: 1. Our pickup on the day of arrival was delayed. We reached Hanoi at 2:30 Am, but there was no pick up person. We had to wait for almost 90 min to be picked and dropped to the hotel. As we were tired and no sleep, it was a difficult time to manage our kid at that time. However, I appreciate Mr Tony for answering my call at midnight and arranging for a pick up. This shows their commitment. 2. We had booked a boutique cruise for a luxury experience. However, the bathroom we got had water drainage issues and the entire bathroom got flooded, this was a bad experience. Unfortunately the cruise crew did not do much even after bringing this to their notice. Apart from these 2 issues, we had a very plesent trip overall. Thanks to Tony once again.

"Just returned from Vietnam to New Delhi, and I can't stop raving about the incredible experience! From the bustling streets of Hanoi,serene waters of Ha Long to the vibrant energy of Ho Chi Minh City, every moment was a new adventure. Exploring the ancient charm of Hoi An, relaxing on the breathtaking beaches of Phu Quoc, and immersing myself in the culture of Da Nang – it was truly unforgettable. The tour was expertly planned by The Aurora Travel and Travel Triangle, with knowledgeable guides, comfortable accommodations and authentic local cuisine, though we are vegetarians the planners took care that we were served with vegan options.Vietnam has stolen a piece of my heart. Surprise Photo shoot at one of the beach included in the itinerary, Camia Resort,Cu chi tunnels and of course Halong Bay Cruise..

Karishma and her team did a wonderful job in arranging our trip.. Initially we faced some issues with the flight from kolkata to Hanoi.. The web checkin was not properly done. Hence we had got scattered seats in the flight and it was difficult with a kid. The hotel in Hanoi was also not good. So we never would suggest Skylark Hotel to anyone. Coming to the rest of the trip.. Everything was well planned. The tours were excellent with luxurious transport facilities. Overall its a very nice experience.. We would highly recomment trippro to others.
