We had a great experience right from booking to end of the trip. Rohit from Kingsland helped us in planning the trip very well. Fulfilled all the things we wanted to cover . And the planning was very customizable unlike other travel sites. During the trip the driver assigned to us was Mohanlal. He was amazing and very cooperative. The whole trip went by very smoothly with great memories. One negative feedback I have is about the hotel in Jaisalmer was not up to the mark. In terms of service and maintenance. Only disappointment was the desert camp, tent stay was horrible due to frogs & insects inside & the overall infrastructure was also okay. All other hotel stays were good & comfortable.
