One Concern: • On our last day, the cab driver was not supportive, which led us into a situation where an auto driver tried to overcharge us for city sightseeing.     I recently visited Jaipur and stayed at Hotel Harsoli Haveli. The overall stay was okay — the room and property were decent, but the breakfast experience was disappointing and definitely not up to the mark. While I was satisfied with the basic stay, I wouldn’t say I was fully happy with it. However, what truly made the trip memorable was the excellent coordination and planning by our driver and guide, Omveer. Since he is a local and knows the city very well, he planned everything in advance and ensured we covered all the major attractions in Jaipur without feeling rushed. Cab was very old broke down for short time multiple times. Overall, the trip was good. All the services provided were average. We didn’t face any major inconvenience during the trip, but we also didn’t get the outstanding experience we were expecting. Back2Holidays and their agent, Shailendra, stayed in touch throughout the trip and checked in with us once a day. All the hotels were good. The desert camp and its food were also good, but the service could have been better. The cab driver was decent but had limited knowledge of the local area and sightseeing spots. The cab was very old and broke down for very short time multiple times. In the end, the trip was successful, but there is definitely room for improvement.
