From airport pick up and till the airport drop for our return everything went well with our travel agent Pardeshi travels. All cab drivers came punctually and dropped us to visit the places. It was cheaper than other online portals I have enquired for phuket iteninary. Speed boat & Longtail boat ride in PhiPhi and krabi 4 islands.

We had booked our Thailand trip with travel Traingle for which they provided us best of the experience right from choice of best travel quotation to from various travel partners . We had booked earlier also our Hongkong Macau trip through travel triangle only . we booked our travel services from their travel partner Navigatio Asia Holdays . We have had absolutely great travel experience for our booking done through them as they were very prompt in providing best quotation for our destination for hotel choice and preparing for a great Thailand itinerary .. we booked for Bangkok , Krabi and phuket for 8N & 9 days for our family vacation of 4 members . their Pick up & drop services was outstanding we never had any issue at any destination for airport or hotel pick up & drop as they were very prompt and On time . Their City tour at Bangkok was great and Phuket city tour was fantastic . We did 2 island trip ( 4 island tour at krabi and Phi phi Island at phuket which was a great experience . their customer support system and team response also was outstanding all throughout your trip . Special mention to PARUL from Navigatio Asia Holidays as she was really helpful in creating best travel plan, travel booking and all the other support .. thanks

We had an amazing experience with Navigato Connect Pvt. Ltd. for managing our complete trip to Phuket & Krabi. Our all transfers and tourist places visit in Thailand are hustle free with no worries. It was good. However we have not booked flights and hotel from here..Let me give my feedback in detail... Couple of times the cab number shared was different and cab waiting for us was different. Once driver didn't arrive to location and was very late to pick up us from port when we returned from krabi 4 island day trip. My sis leg was injured and had swelling and she was unable to walk. Inspite of explaining the situation to cab driver, he refused to come to the parking to pick up. He asked us to pay the parking fee to come to the parking point. Every tourist was picked up from parking excluding us. In Krabi 4 island trip we were not covered with 4th island that is Phra nang which was really beautiful cave beach. Hence I rate 4 stars.. Despite initial frustrations and misgivings, Mr. Tarun's comprehensive explanation and continuous support throughout the remainder of our trip alleviated any further concerns. Furthermore, Mr. Tarun provided compelling evidence demonstrating the hotel's unjustified actions, attributing them to opportunistic behavior during peak season. In a gesture of goodwill, Mr. Tarun extended our half-day tour to a full day, compensating for the inconvenience caused by the hotel incident. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Navigatio Asia Holidays for their meticulous trip planning and dedicated problem-solving approach, delivered with personalized care and attention. The experience of my Thailand trip was splendid. I booked my tour through ananya tours and the tour was created beautifully by their adviser named aditya. I would like to specially mention aditya as he was very patient while curating my itinerary and did the job really well, he was polite all along and even adjusted my itinerary multiple times to suit my needs. Ananta tour made the trip very relaxing and comforting by making awsome hotel and travel bookings, also they gave me prompt response in hour of need. Should have been better on the BREAKBAG part in terms of anticipating and communicating about the challenges before hand. With the negligence or oversight, we somehow missed our Luxury Cruise Trip in Krabi on our wedding anniversary, which was the soul purpose to this trip. Though, there were other options provided, we were not interested to accept them because those seemed uninteresting compared to the one we agreed in our itinerary. This agreed itinerary was defeated again on the last before day as there was a cancellation of safari world because of the holiday, which is Monday. I assume, although knowing it they have given us in the itinerary later said some story and gave other option for that day, which is Dream World. Which is okay but not so much fun. It would have been better if they have rechecked thoroughly on the activities before offering it to their customers. Moreover in cases of challenges, initiative to talk with their customers is NIL

Thailand trip Went for a 6 night 7 days thailand trip (2 couples) this month (feb 2024) covering Bangkok , Phuket , Krabi . The trip was planned by Mr. Nonihal and i must stay i was a bit skeptical initially ; but the kind of support we were provided before and during the trip is worth appreciating . Things were customized as per the requirement and overall it was a enjoyable trip . I think the team is doing a great job .

Marine Express hotel was good but the receptionist made me to wait for 3 hours till 3pm for check in. Also only 1 litre drinking water was provided for 1 day which was really bad experience on the hotel room.service part. Complete trip to krabi & Phuket was memorable
