We just returned from our trip and had an amazing time, would like to thank you Shubham for the same. The hotels you booked were superb. They all were in the best possible location both in terms of ease of transport and the view. Also, your activeness to get us the boarding pass on return flight is much appreciated. Would also like to say that we took a semi private sail boat ride in Santorini and would highly recommend it to your customers.the company name is angel sailing and it was the best time we had. Just a small suggestion though, if possible avoid booking flights on Egypt Air . We had a not so pleasant experience in all our 4 connecting flights through them . But again ,thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Co-ordination between Indian and Thailand travel agent is missing. Airport pick up itself failed - There was no one standing with our name card. We have activated international roaming and called driver and guided him to come to the gate. Travel agent did not pick up the call at this crucial time. 1. Without knowing if the sight was open or not, it was included in the itinerary and we were charged extra. 2. Hotel Early check-in at 10Am was there as per travel agent but we paid 600BAHT for early check-in and had to wait for an hour to argue all these things. It was so messy after travelling overnight with a small kid. 3. Vouchers were not given until asked. 4. Cab details were not provided until we followed up each time. 5. For Safari world, we got a driver who doesn't understand/talk English - Quote clearly says in Inclusions "English Speaking Driver" 6. Dinner Cruise, we got some corner seating at the end, could not enjoy the views/music much. Food was worst anyway..!!! @ Choa Phraya Princess Cruise 7. Phi Phi Island Tour organized by Sea Angel is Excellent 8. 4 Island Tour was done from Phuket which was very hectic - Phuket to Krabi ferry was almost 2 hours and then island tours. Back to phuket again 2 hours. Travel agent should have organized it better as i mentioned initially that we do not want travel more than 1hour. Instead they could have transferred us to krabi and we could have stayed overnight there for smooth island tour. Aa nang tour organized 4 Island Tour but not up to the mark Finally we felt the we spend more money choosing this travel agent, instead could have organized it better my own way..!

Hotels are best part. The house boat at Allipi is not up to the mark. Driver is cooperative . With few exceptions , everything did well. Thanks to Travel triangle for being part of our memories. Casa rio Resort at Attirapally is superb. Two days at Munnar was great, only the Ayurvedic massage at Angels spa, munnar disappointed. Overall it was a memorable trip.

I will mention what I didn't like first as rest all things were perfect. The only issue I had was with the 1st cab person who received us at Udaipur. He felt a little reluctant to take us to places and felt like he was trying to just move on. He called the morning when we were to leave Udaipur and told someone else will be taking us further in our journey, it was good because the 2nd cab person was an angel, perfect for our trip. I felt the agency should have called and informed us about the driver change, but it went all well from thereon. The hotels were good, smooth all around, just had a slight hiccup during check out at Udaipur but that was a delay from the hotel side. Sightseeing places were covered, just make sure you prioritize the places, there are many and you may not have time to visit all. Got all the help during the booking and all the queries were answered patiently and nicely.

Myself and my wife booked our US trip for 2 weeks through TMS Holidays overseen by Travel Triangle for travel in the first week of Feb 2020. Straight Away I would give them a thumbs Up for a thoroughly enjoyable and fully satisfied trip which included several states including our start from St Francisco , Los Angeles , Las Vegas , New York , Washington and Miami. The chief person in this entire trip RASHID is a perfect professional and a lovely person. I was circumspect about trusting such a big tour and the money being invested and god forbid get a bad deal in hotels or so but I must say that every service and co-ordination be it hotel or transfers or sight seeings etc were all precise and absolutely as agreed and understood between us. He is a very knowledgeable person and one who keeps his word and continuously follows up before the tour for any required changes and feeding of documents / tickets / vouchers etc as also whilst on tour as to our timing , any issues or dissatisfaction or any matter if at all. This is professionalism as usually tour operators take the money and look for their next potential customer without ensuring whether the clients are getting it all what they have been committed too. I have myself t ravelled a lot in the past 3 decades so I know where the tour operators can let you down and swallow a good chunk for their profits but with Rashid and TMS Holidays I am completely satisfied and the 9 out of 10 is because there is always room for improvement and few small things can be ironed out but they are not at any negative for me. I will surely consider TMS Holidays and Rashid for my future tours whenever and It is my honest statement that TMS Holdays with Rashid in it is GENUINE AND RELIABLE TOUR OPERATOR and wish he keeps and maintains the same good attitude and commitment. This is all possible when customers/ clients also make their requirement clear and confirm to the tour programme without any misunderstanding like I felt I had this understanding with them. I would also commend Babloo of the transfer section from Avis India who was excellent his co-ordination and regular follow ups and timely intimation of pick ups and drop offs even though it was very odd timing with the time difference in India and US., Good Luck and wish you the very best of success and Life always. Shivani was always available and always helping us replying to every question I had for her. My sincere and heartful thanks to her. All my fears of getting the teams help once money is paid has never come true. A person was right there in male airport to assist us. Thanks a lot to Shivani again. She is not a travel agent but a travel angel listening to all our concerns and solving them with lot of patience. Keep up the good work Shivani. To all out there reading my review, I suggest Trivolia for all your trips especially to Maldives which is really a honeymooners place to visit. Water villa experience is really good and having celebrating the birthdays in the villa in the midnight's amidst the waters and the sky is a great memory I and my wife will cherish throughout our life.

Haaris Shamim from TravelTriangle was utterly useless when I was facing an issue with ASAP Holidays having booked my Phi Phi islands trip on a day which I had not confirmed. Fortunately, ASAP holidays managed to resolve the issue. In addition, no one from ASAP holidays advised me to get at least silver class tickets from Sea Angel for the Phi Phi islands trip. Also, Samosa Express was the worst Indian restaurant I had seen in the whole trip. The bathroom did not even have running water and the food was miserable. I am very upset with TravelTriangle for having appointed such a useless Travel Agent like Haaris who wasn't even responding to his emails. I am happy with some aspects of ASAP holidays for their coordination but I'm upset with their "chaltha hai" attitude of fixing activities and not trying to suggest ferry seating upgrades or better restaurants to their clients during activities.

We had recent bail trip with LestacIndia and it was unforgettable. Amazing trip. Planned for 14 days include flight from Los Angeles to Denpasar. We had family trip for me, my wife and my 3-year-old daughter. Main things: Amazing planned, 24/7 instant response by WhatsApp. Mostly with other agent if you book you will get response until you will pay money and after you must worry about your money and quality of service but here that is not a case. Even prices wise if you book your self-same thing still can’t beat that price and service and you must do lots of research and plan for book yourself. All hotels are five stars, Villa was five stars. Everyday booked private card for 10 hours and you LestacIndia planned to different places to go. We did in Bali Kutta & Ubud area and, we did two days Gili Trawangan.

We made a 5D/4N honeymoon trip to Bali and my bookings were made by Sagar from Desi Yatri through Travel Triangle. Sagar helped us in making last minute changes in the itinerary as per our need. We were provided with a Driver cum Guide, Nyoman. He was always on time and very friendly. Hotel Booking at Ramada Bali Sunset Kuta was good as per our expectation and the service provided was really nice. Day 3 itinerary was Nusa Penida tour which we were highly delighted to see the Kellingking Beach. First we were taken to Angel's Billabong and Broken Beach. After lunch, we expected that we will be taken to kellingking beach. But the driver was in a hustle to reach the cruise as the ferry time was approaching and we were not taken to Kking. We were totally disappointed with this. Other than that, We enjoyed a lot in our whole trip. Thanks to the journey planner Sagar for making our honeymoon trip most memorable. TTservices are very good

Overall bad experience. I will not recommend anyone for traveltringle. If somehow anyone is going with you guys. I will suggest them to keep these things in mind. 1. Always follow the guidelines mentioned in the given doc. Because We are not going to spend the holiday. we are going to Mars mission. The driver can't stay more than 10 minutes in the lobby. He will leave you there. After that, you have to beg to come to him. ( It was said by U & I coordinator.) I was punctual so no problem for me. 2. Read carefully the instructions mentioned in the Doc. Because Sometimes the written thing is not clear. Like They told me your driver will be your guide. Always listen to him. But my suggestion will be always synced with the service provider. Because in the end they will call you ... We have informed you earlier. 3. The best thing with travletringle is their support team. They are very quick. They are always available (24*7). And the support team members are very good in there JOB. Their job is to convince the client that you are the reason for each and every problem. For details go to daywise feedback. 4. Don't believe what travletringle's agent is saying. Always check the google map for where you are staying and where you are going to visit your day. Because you can end up like me (4-5 hours traveling a per day). Day 1: No issue. Day 2: 20th May 2019 Transfer From Grand Mirage – Benoa to Sanur (Pick up time in the Hotel Lobby 0700 – 0715 AM) Feedback: I went to the lobby at 7.02 Am. The driver was not there so I told hotel staff to call me whenever driver comes. I waited for upto 8.15 and didn't get any call. After that, i pinged Indian's agent for that. They talked to Bali's agent. Then the Bali's agent called me and said that the driver came to the hotel at 7 and was waiting for me in the parking. you didn't show up at 7.15 so he went. How the hell I will know that he is waiting for me in the parking ? okay. Somehow they swap my 21st program to 20th. So no issue. So we visited this place. "FULL DAY KINTAMANI FOLLOWED UBUD ART ON PRIVATE BASIS" Day3. Transfer: From Grand Mirage – Benoa to Sanur (Pick up time in the Hotel Lobby 0700 – 0715 AM) Departure Details: 0830 AM at Sanur Bali (Check in Time 0800 AM) Arrival Details: 0900 Hrs at Pakeh Harbor Excursion: FULL DAY NUSA PENIDA TOUR (PACKAGE A2) BY CITRA PENIDA REKREASI ON PRIVATE BASIS Type: ON PRIVATE BASIS One day tour to Nusa Penida by Speed Boat from Sanur will give you an experience you will never forget. Nusa Penida is a secluded island located southeast of Bali. Once you arrive in Nusa Penida – Pakeh Harbor we precede go to Broken Beach. Broken Beach or Pasih Uug in Nusa Penida place is very calm and comfortable because it is situated far from residential areas. This is very unique beach; there is a big natural pool, with about a hundred meters in diameter. The pool was found because of the broken clift (land). Angel's Billabong often called Angel of Nusa Penida is located at Sompang not to far from Pasih Uug (broken beach). The beauty of Angel's Billabong is visible from the cliffs are beautiful and have a meeting estuarine water clear beaches that appear greenish. Nusa Penida has so many amazing views making it hard to pick a favorite. But when the cliffs form in the shape of a Tyrannosaurus Rex at Kelingking Secret Point Beach it is bound to be a crowd favorite. Kelingking actually translates into English meaning Pinkie a term referencing the smallest finger on the hand. Just like a pinkie promise, the land does also appear to take the form of a Kelingking or pinkie finger. However, it is the comparison to the T-Rex that has caused this location to become so popular. Transfer: Proceed to Pakeh Harbor to Sanur Should reach at Pakeh Harbor Before 1600 Hrs Departure Details: 1500 Hrs at Pakeh Harbor (Check in Time 1430 PM) Feedback: Driver came at 7. we reached Sanur. They have assigned one person for the FULL DAY NUSA PENIDA TOUR. Tour started at 10.00 AM with "sharing basis". In my itinerary, it is mentioned on a private basis. So here who's the fault is I don't know ? ---->> Please Answer In the return journey from the NUSA PENIDA 1st AC stopped. 2nd Vehicle Brokedown 3rd We switched to different Vehicle. This 2nd vehicle was not staring so we have given a push to start it. so it has taken 2 hours. So here who's the fault is I don't know ? ---->> Please Answer So because of their fault, we have reached at Pakeh Harbor at 3 PM. But according to the description above, I should have completed all things before 2.30 PM and has to check in the boat at 3 PM. It didn't happen according to plan. In my itinerary "Snorkeling at Pontoon" was included. And the time was [5 to 15 minutes]. And I want to mention it for the snorkeling I have paid 10k to travel triangle when I was included that. So after taking lunch at 3 PM, we went for snorkeling at 3.45PM. An instructor who is responsible for completing this activity denied for snorkeling. Because of the time delay. we almost begged him for this activity. It was like we are responsible for the dealy. After so much request he agreed for 2 minutes. For 2 minutes we have done that. At the name snorkeling, I was in one place for 2 minutes. I was not displaced from one place to another because the Instructor was not interested. So I wanted a full refund for that ? (But I know you guys don't care.) ---->> Please Answer Because of the delayed boat left at 3 PM. And we waited for 2.5 hrs for another boat. Another boat came and finally we reached hotel room at 8 PM. we should have returned at 5 PM. 4th Day: 22nd May 2019 Excursion: FULL DAY BEDUGUL LAKE TOUR FOLLOWED BY TANAH LOT TOUR ON PRIVATE BASIS Type ON: PRIVATE BASIS ETD: 1000 Hrs ETA: 1900 Hrs Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will explore the Bedugul area to visit the Ulun Danu Temple - a beautiful temple on the banks of Beratan Lake. The weather here is very pleasant. Thereafter proceed to the most photographed monument of Bali – the famous Tanah Lot Temple - built on the top of a rock in the ocean. Tanah Lot temple was built in the 11th century, supposed to be the Golden age of Hinduism in Indonesia. Experience one of the most awesome sunsets in the entire Indian Ocean at this site. Feedback: Driver was friendly. He told us he will pick us at 11.30 instead of 10 AM. We agreed. he came at 11.30 it was 2.5 hrs journey to reach the visiting point. It went well. No issue. Just wanted to highlight driver told us he will pick us at 11.30 and we agreed. We were punctual. 5th Day: 23rd May 2019 Meal Plan: Breakfast at Hotel, Romantic Candle Light Dinner at Hongxing Beach on Private Basis Feedback: It was pathetic. For the dinner, we have already mentioned that we don't want to egg an fish. And they agreed. Even we were happy with fruit salad and rice. But on the name Indonesian veg food, they served us rice with egg vegetable curry with eggs. So just wanted to ask travel tringle's agent. Bali's people don't know the meaning of Indian veg. But you guys know what is the meaning of Indian veg. You should have told us earlier. At the beach this type of meal is available. you guys ruined the dinner. How this is my fault? I am trying to figure out. ---->> Please Answer 6th Day: 24th May 2019 Excursion: SUNSET DINNER CRUISE BY BOUNTY ON PRIVATE BASIS Type ON PRIVATE BASIS ETD ETA 1615 hours 2100 hrs There’s no better way to spend a balmy tropical evening than on a beautiful evening Dinner Cruise. And I have told earlier. Nobody has informed us like that. The driver came at 4.20 to pick us. We asked him to wait for some time. He didn't mention that we have to reach before 6. otherwise I would have left the vill earlier. we left the villa at 5.05 or 5.10 PM. Due to traffic, we missed the cruise. And whole blame come to us. So for this event, I will take full responsibility because you will say starting time was 4.15 PM. And then I will say that I asked the driver to wait and he willingly agreed. He should have mentioned the consequence of delay. But you guys will not agree for that. Because you are trained for that to make sure all the fault should go to the client. So please read the feedback carefully. And Do the needful.
