Overall, the trip to Phuket and Krabi was enjoyable. The onsite agent addressed all our queries and managed the trip efficiently. Kudos to Sushmita and Ms. Pum (Thailand) for their hard work and dedication.

We had worst experience on arrival at Phuket, the itinerary has been changed but no information shared, moreover the phi-phi island trip cancelled without any reason. We have enquired with other trip agents whether there is any govt notification for cancellation of island journey on 3rd January but they confirmed that they sent 11 passenger for phi-phi island for that day . So we have wasted our entire trip of Phuket. Going from far off places depending on the agents had our worst night mare. We had enjoyed at our own. From 4th January we have enjoyed our trip managed by Travel agent. Our suggestions: they should have command over their overseas partner for better communication and management. Now we are awaiting our refund of cancellation of phi- phi island trip amount also the compensation for loss of time and mental tensions upto 3rd January. 4 island trip at Krabi.

Overall an awsum experience. Only issue with Tetris hotel Krabi,it's resturant is closed early so for dinner we have to go outside and it is also far from Aao nag beach. 1. Had a beautiful trip of 4 island and phi-phi island. We enjoyed a lot. 2. We enjoyed service of Journey hub Hotel Phuket. Very nice roof top ambience and bar.

Parul our coordinator helped us alot in designing our holiday. She totally understood what we wanted and everything was seamless. Cabs were in time at each destination and she enquired about us even during our holiday stay in Thailand. Will definitely book another holiday with them. Krabi stay at Sofitel and Safari at bangkok

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Thailand. Nikita had carefully planned the itinerary for the 4 places - Pattaya, Bangkok, Krabi & Phuket. She even accommodated our request for a family show in Phuket at a later point of time before starting the trip. Her senior Tarun also helped in a couple of situations where we faced minor glitches during the trip. Pros : 1. The places selected as part of the itinerary were very scenic and we had a fabulous time in all these places. The islands in Krabi were beautiful and picture perfect which we thoroughly enjoyed. 2. The choice of hotels were very good, specially the one in Phuket where the room had direct entry to swimming pool from the balcony. 10/10 for this. 3. The support and responsiveness received from Nikita while planning the itinerary. She was very patient, listened to all our queries patiently and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible within the budget that we had agreed upon. 4. OnTrip app had all the details day wise for the itinerary which helped us to keep a track of everything. For all the support needed during the trip, it helped us to reach out to the concerned team on time. 5. The private vehicles assigned during the trip was spacious and comfortable for us 5 adults and 2 kids. It was also neat and clean and we faced no issues during transfers from one place to another. Couple of feedback that I would like Navigatio to consider and accommodate in the future. I won't exactly call these points as Cons, but merely feedback to make their services even better : 1. We didn't have lunch breaks for couple of days when there were internal transfers from one place to another during the trip. Upon informing the driver, he refused to stop for lunch stating they have not been informed to stop anywhere for lunch. We had two small kids aged 4 and 7. This is something that can be planned better as part of preparing the itinerary for families with kids. 2. We had an internal flight to catch from Bangkok to Krabi early in the morning. The driver who was supposed to pick us up, parked his vehicle at the fag end of the hotel parking lot and we were not aware whether the driver has arrived or not. He should ideally have informed of his arrival in the reception. We were a bit confused for sometime searching for him. Finally we located him after sometime sitting inside the van with doors and windows closed. We informed this to Tarun who took cognizance of the same and ensured we didn't face any more glitches during the trip. Barring the above couple of minor glitches, our overall experience was smooth and we had a very good trip with lots of good memories for a lifetime. It attracts people with its beaches, islands and natural beauty. And the entire traveling experience in Thailand is amazing and memorable too.

My trip to Thailand with Tripago was absolutely amazing. They took care of every little detail, which made the entire journey stress-free. Hi team, I really enjoyed the trip. The 2 things i didn't liked is prior information of day's plan like what will be part of the itinerary. on 4 islands tour in Krabi, after reaching the island tour guide informed us that we can do the snorkling. The plan need to be known in advance to wear the necessary cloths. 2nd, sometimes pickup times are very early in the morning - even we don't get good time to have a breakfast in hotel. Min pickup time should be post 8:30 AM. We have asked to get ready for pickup by 7 am. How is it possible to get ready by 7 with breakfast. We come for leisure and this early pickups are not good experience.
