2. Quad Biking At Solang Valley
There are various activities that one can enjoy during their visit to Solang Valley in Manali. While others were busy skiing down those snowy slopes, I and my friends decided to try taking a round on an ATV which actually turned out to be one of the most thrilling things we did on our trip. We took loads of pictures while whizzing around on the bike and against the scenic backdrop of Solang. We enjoyed our time at Solang so much that we just didn’t want to go back home!

3. Visit To Vashisht Temple & Kullu Palace
Dedicated to the sage Vashisth and Lord Rama, the Vashisht Temple in Manali is well-known for its incredible hot springs. In fact, it is this healing water that draws an enormous influx of pilgrims and tourists from around the country to this temple. These sulfur springs are said to have medicinal value, and it is believed they can cure various skin related ailments and infections. There were separate bathing areas for men and women. Taking a dip in this water was absolutely refreshing and charging. It was like our natural jacuzzi that took away all our fatigue.
The other amazing attraction that we visited during our 3 day trip to Manali was the Naggar Castle that was founded by Raja Visudhpal in around 1460 A.D. It is located on the banks of the Beas river at a staggeringly high altitude of 1851 meters because of which it is the perfect place for some undisturbed views of Himachal. We just couldn’t get enough of those breathtaking views of the snow-laden Kullu Valley no matter how long we looked at them!
