I recently had the most incredible trip to Thailand, covering the stunning destinations of Krabi and Phuket, all thanks to Ananta Tours through Travel Triangle. Trip was well organised. The Krabi hotel was not good because of lack of locks on bathroom doors, not so good food(I found chicken pieces in veg food). Activities was Phi Phi was disappointing. Rest all it was really nice.

It was best experience with TripTrail. I was little nervous since it was our first international trip. Yugal from TripTrail successfully arranged our Krabi-Phuket tour. He along with his team was constantly in touch with us over whatsapp. Overall great experience. Thanks for making our international trip memorable.

It was a overall good trip. Had carried back quite good memories back to India. The group was created a day before commencing the trip which made me worry earlier but Lucky assured that everything would be taken care of. The hotels chosen were good except Aayodhya Palace Beach resort in Krabi. With activities/ drivers/ coordination.. everything was good. I would definitely recommend Holiday Paradise for Thailand trip bookings.

Everything was excellent but stay in Ayodhyaa hotel in Krabi was very poor in services instead of 5 star I will give 3 star. And in phuket due to driver delay and traffic one place is missed and using unusual talk. Rest everything is best

Very good service But in phuket the room was not good and cab from phuket to krabi was not good Even cad from DMK airport to shopping was not good and the driver was very elderly person he cannot guide us what to do next.

Overall, the trip to Phuket and Krabi was enjoyable. The onsite agent addressed all our queries and managed the trip efficiently. Kudos to Sushmita and Ms. Pum (Thailand) for their hard work and dedication.

We had worst experience on arrival at Phuket, the itinerary has been changed but no information shared, moreover the phi-phi island trip cancelled without any reason. We have enquired with other trip agents whether there is any govt notification for cancellation of island journey on 3rd January but they confirmed that they sent 11 passenger for phi-phi island for that day . So we have wasted our entire trip of Phuket. Going from far off places depending on the agents had our worst night mare. We had enjoyed at our own. From 4th January we have enjoyed our trip managed by Travel agent. Our suggestions: they should have command over their overseas partner for better communication and management. Now we are awaiting our refund of cancellation of phi- phi island trip amount also the compensation for loss of time and mental tensions upto 3rd January. 4 island trip at Krabi.
