Mahima's 7 days trip to Vietnam

The halong bay cruise was a wow experience. The guide, cruise and food were really good. Overall all the tour guides were really helpful and knowledgable. I feel the time given for bana hills was little less. They should accommodate 1-2hrs more for that trip as there is a lot to explore.

Iamanandsagar's 9 days trip to Vietnam

We had a wonderful time in Vietnam and the trip was organised fairly well. Apart from 2 bad experiences. I will list them down, but first happy experiences. Our trip was for 9 days and we had traveled with our 5 year old daughter. So everything was customised as per her interest. Mr Tony from wonderscape was very helpful in understanding our requirements and arranging the trip accordingly. A big thanks to him for a very friendly attitude throughout the booking and trip duration. I would definitely recommend to choose wonderscape if any of you plan your trips in the future. Now 2 not so happy experiences: 1. Our pickup on the day of arrival was delayed. We reached Hanoi at 2:30 Am, but there was no pick up person. We had to wait for almost 90 min to be picked and dropped to the hotel. As we were tired and no sleep, it was a difficult time to manage our kid at that time. However, I appreciate Mr Tony for answering my call at midnight and arranging for a pick up. This shows their commitment. 2. We had booked a boutique cruise for a luxury experience. However, the bathroom we got had water drainage issues and the entire bathroom got flooded, this was a bad experience. Unfortunately the cruise crew did not do much even after bringing this to their notice. Apart from these 2 issues, we had a very plesent trip overall. Thanks to Tony once again.

Thanks to Karishma for organizing and preparing a good Vietnam itinary for our family. It was a fantastic and memorable experience. Food and communication was a slight issue in Vietnam- hardly anyone speaks English and the food is mostly bland, but overall experience would be a 9/10. Thanks for the superb organization and co-ordination in terms of internal touring, stay and transportation.

Best Things to Do with Vietnam Budget Tours

When planning Vietnam budget holidays, you must try the following things:

  • Kayak and Cruise in the Halong Bay – Plus green islands are scattered all over the Halong Bay. This is why it is popularly known as the ‘descending dragon’. You can cruise through the bay in an antique Chinese junk and enjoy here.
  • Cruise through the Mekong Delta – A scenic and rustic rural landscape are what can ideally describe this place. When in South Vietnam cruising through this alluring deltaic creek is among the most sought after things to do. Sailing in the traditional Vietnamese boat is what travelers enjoy a lot.
  • Crawl through tunnels at the Cu Chi Network – The spectacular underground tunnel network is characteristic of the Cu Chi region. It was built in the year 1940 during the American and French War. Communication was the major purpose for the building of this 250 km long tunnel web. Trap doors and hidden routes offer an escape to nearby canals, streams, and rivers. Most of these tunnels have now been opened for the visitors. Enjoy the bygone days while crawling through them.
  • Relive with the historical exhibits at the Hoa Lo Prison – A heritage site, the irony is in its name. During the American war, political prisoners were held here. If you wish to relive the Vietnamese struggle through the war, this is the place to be at.
