Arrangement was so well which was beyond my expectation. The staff at the agency was very cooperative so that we did not have to remind them. Every thing was done well in advance. making our tour a memorable one.

Vietnam agency was awesome. Always ahead of us and details were shared before time without any follow ups. Huge shout out for Huyen Pham (our SPOC) - she was exceptional - she ensured trip was enjoyed at the most without being worried for pickup, drop , hotel check-in etc.

I got good service from Agent. But this time I can see bad service from travel triangle site. I wanted to check some points with them after booking but no one answered me. I contacted customer case but they said you will get call from travel triangle agent which I did not got. Rest all things are good so given 5 rating

It was great to have sophie and their entire Bamboo hat tours team in helping me with my trip to vietnam. The trip was planned well while taking care of every minute details. All the tour guide were great , larry being an exceptional one, during our entire trip to da nang. He helped us with our entire trip made sure we did not miss the golden bridge (even though it was raining) , he even helped us to carry our baby stroller sometimes both at sun world and hoi an . I really appreciate him in putting this much effort for making our trip seamless. Last but not the least , sophie were phenomenal in making sure that everything related to our trip is covered and was available all the time, whenever she was required. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends at bangalore. Thank you Sophie and the entire team.

Trip was awesome. It's just we had 2 days where we dod not had anything to do. Rest perfect plan. Cruise was awesome

My family trip to Vietnam via travel triangle was well conducted but considering my previous travels through travel triangle platform felt that it could have been better. My TT agent had to be constantly reminded by me regarding help with planning, visa s, payments. So that left me a tad disappointed.

I recently had an amazing 9-day trip to Vietnam, covering Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City. A big thanks to Lila Dao from S Vietnam Trips for planning and customizing our itinerary, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Her support, along with Michael and his team’s prompt assistance during the trip. Here’s a detailed review of our experience: Transportation: The arrangements were excellent and we faced no issues throughout our journey. Accommodation: The stays were comfortable overall, except for the last one in Ho Chi Minh City, which was below expectations. Food: The food provided at the hotels was average. However, the food at Ba Na Hills was exceptional and stood out as a highlight. Tour Guides: The tour guides were average. While some did their best, many simply directed us to destinations without sharing much information about the places, leaving us wanting more engaging explanations. Halong Bay Cruise: Place was great but the cruise we got was small and lacked activities, especially during the sunset party we had been looking forward to. We spent most of the 24-hour cruise either docked or on smaller boats, with only about 2 hours of actual cruising. This could definitely be improved. Ba Na Hills Visit: Although the place was incredible, we were given very limited time to explore. Arriving at 12 PM and being asked to leave by 4 PM didn’t allow enough time to fully experience the attractions, especially considering the crowd. Extending the visit time would have made a huge difference. Overall, it was a memorable trip, but there’s definitely room for improvement in certain aspects. Overall nice experience. But the trip was too expensive. My TT agent was unresponsive

The trip was great. It was planned properly and the hotels/resorts given were up to the mark. S vietnam was easily reachable and they sorted any issues or doubts we had. We loved the services they provided. I will definitely prompt other travellers to book with them
