The entire trip was so well planned that we did not have to worry or even think about one thing. We are extremely happy with what our agent Huyen Pham had planned for us. S Vietnam was excellent in thier tour coordination and were also very timely. Only issue was the TIP cost which was not informed prior and taken compulsorily 60USD. The TT agent Kanchan also did'nt coordinate well on the same. Other than the above all things were well arranged and organised by S vietnam. I would recommend this to all...but please ask them to clarify all costs in advance. I extend my thanks to Linh,,,Hiep,,,Hieu,,,Hong for being the tour guides at various places. ANd Tracy was also good and giving fast response for any query. Our TT agent Kanchan was very slow in giving response on every Query......:( that too after booking...... Nice trip excellent place VIetnam......

We took a scenic cable car ride to the top, where we marvelled at the Golden Bridge and enjoyed panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The French Village added a charming European touch to our adventure. - Ho Chi Minh: Our trip concluded in Ho Chi Minh City, where we explored vibrant markets. My trip to Vietnam went very smoothly with many good memories. Thanks to Jenna from SVietnam team who had planned this trip for my family and was always available for any support we needed before or during the trip no matter how late at night or how early in the morning we needed support. I booked and travelled to Vietnam in the month of November,2024 via Travel Triangle. I booked the tours through Bamboo Hat Tours and my point of contact was Sophie. From planning the itinerary to accommodating the changes in the plan, she has been always available for us even at odd hours during our trip. The tours have been organized meticulously and all the transfers were punctual. I have to admit that I initially had doubt whether to plan everything myself or rely on travel agency for this trip but Sophie and her team has been really great through the trip and I feel the tours planned were really value for money!!
