Vishal's 8 days trip to Rajasthan

Hotels: While other hotels were decent, experience at The Lighthouse in Jaipur was bad. First they tried to push us to some other hotel and we had to be at reception for several minutes. Then quality of linen was bad. It was dirty and we had to request to change entire set. Sheets and covers weren't washed and stinking. Rating for Jaipur hotel is 2 out of 5. Hotels in Agra, Mathura, Udaipur and Jodhpur were good. No complaints. Cab: Cab was in decent condition and driver was polite. But driver was inexperienced in tourism. He didn't know the routes and was trying to drop us far before the monuments, while other vehicles were going much closer. We had to walk a lot with small kids. Travel Agent: Travel Agent was decent. They created a WhatsApp group and responded to our needs in timely manner. Jodhpur and Agra were good.

Lakshman's 7 days trip to Kerala

Hi, I have done many trips from travel triangle but this time I have faced many challenges (mentioned below) while traveling the Rajasthan tour. I have also highlight one more point here I didn't get enough support from Robin (agent) and Nagam (from traveltriangle) while traveling, they have ignored my messages and calls. 1. There is one temple (Osian Mata Mandir) near to Jodhpur which was added in my package, when I asked driver to go to that place he declined and asked 3000 Rs from us for going there, I have told this to Robin. He didn't take any action on this resulted I need visited there from public transport. 2. In Udaipur hostel breakfast was not added however that's was added in my package, After many followups with Robin and Nagma, thet have reimbursement the breakfast cost. 3. In first day of Rajasthan tour they have given us 5 seater car, however we have booked 7 seater Inova in our package. I hope you can understand this and reimbursed the extra cost which we expand. Thanks, Lakshman Chugh

Wonderful Rajasthan.... Land of Royals... We had a wonderful trip with few hiccups... The trip was well planned but our stay of hotels was not as per our expectation... We stayed at 4 different hotels 1 at Jodhpur , 2 at Jaisalmer and 1 Desert safari camp. Only Hotel Durjaygarh at Jaisalmer and Le Royals Desert camps were as per our expectations... Our cab service provided by Mr. Rajuram was fabulous and he also guided us for various site seeing options and helped us for planning the trip in more memorable way....

Also the tent camp in jaisalmer is not good, the food at both places is horrible, basic Amenities are not upto the standard in the tent camp and the rester select hotel in jodhpur has worst food ,even milk is not good and is very diluted. Requested for change in the hotel but never happened. There is no proper maintenance in the hotel. Driver was very helpful and assisted well in our planning. Udaipur site visit and hotel stay

And mostly drivers are using mobile whole driving, even though they may may have most experience, it makes uncomfortable to the traveller. Jodhpur red stone palace and megargh palace. And Jaisalmer Jeep and camel ride etc ...

Raja's 6 days trip to Rajasthan

I registered for the Rajasthan Trip for 5N/6D covering Jaipur(2N), Jodhpur (1N) and Jaisalmer (2N) in the TT website in the month of December for the family tour (4-members). Though, there were a few hiccups, overall experience was memorable and satisfactory. The TT agent (Ms.Himanshi, Doodle Holidays) is so generous and helpful right from the tour planning to the execution. She has been quick in responding to calls, took prompt action and did the needful throughout the whole trip. Hotel rooms (premium rooms with extra bed) provided (VOnePride@Jaipur, Chandra Inn@Jodhpur, Rojani Resort and the Elite Castle@Jaisalmer) are good. The best ones were the Chandra Inn and Rojani Resort. If I have to comment any that will be towards the betterment of the transport service. I feel that the TT agents shall seek for drivers details name, photo, rating etc) from the assisting transport agency, and share to the tourists before the trip commencement. This will aid the tourist to know who is arriving and accompanying them in the tour. This will further aid in avoiding the intermittent driver changeovers and uncomfort to tourists. I feel that TT shall instruct their respective tour assisting transport agency to inform intermittent driver changeovers if any immediately and convey the same with the tourists, but not vice- versa. Also shall ensure, whether the transport agency has shared the tour itinerary with their assigned drivers. These things can be improved, with a little extra effort by the TT agents. I appreciate Ms Himanshi's efforts in this aspect in stopping the intermittent driver changeovers and retaining the same cab and driver throughout the journey. Visit to Amer Fort, City Palace, Albert Hall Museum, Gulab Ghar (personal choice), Jaswant Thada, Mehrangarh fort, stat at Sam Sand Dunes, Jaisalmer fort, Patwon ki haveli, etc.
