A tie to the environment and greenery is becoming the latest trend for a sustainable living due to increased awareness amongst individuals. This vertical boulevard would thus be flaunting a ‘Future Botanic Garden’ which would be open to general public.
Also the twisting skyscraper is already the talk of the town as the smaller of the two towers would be housing hip bars, restaurants, commercial offices and a hotel while the taller one would be a residential hub. The towers would be a fully functional vertical city in themselves with a cinema, school, daycare, auditorium, and a full fledged marketplace.
