Since this beach has not been commercialized, one cannot find accommodations here. It is highly recommended to go there in the evening when most of the crowd has left and spend at least one night there. This beach does charge some entry fees but it is worth the money!

It is present in the interior of the island and is a home to the rarely seen paradise flycatcher. This is a species which is almost endangered and only 100 of them are in existence at present. These species include terrapins, moorhens and fruit bats.

It is basically a small forest reserve which provides shelter to approx 15 pairs of birds. There is also a small information centre surrounded by flora and fauna of this place. So, in general, it is a great place for bird sightings.
