    On your arrival in Delhi, you have a warm meet and greet with a representative of the travel agent, who then gets you along with the chauffeur who drives you to Agra, which is a 3-4 hours drive. Post check-ins, you spend the rest of the day in Agra.

    On the second day in Agra, you’re taken to Taj Mahal at around 6:00 AM for a sunrise visit.       Our flight delayed and so we asked our driver to be at 1.30 am at airport to pick up us. We reminded him after we reached and while collecting baggage. But still we waited for him 40 minutes in the midnight. Everyday he made some issues. Asked us for payment issues and everyday he is late to pick us. At jaipur, he accompanied his friend during our tour travel which made us very much uncomfortable. After complaining this to travel agent, he is speaking harsh to us like, why me made complaint?? Every 5 days he behaved so worse and unprofessional. All other things like hotel, places covered, response from travel agent was good

I must appreciate Mr Manoj who was in constant touch with us at every step of our journey right from pick up at Delhi airport on 27 th June till droping back at Delhi Airport on 30 th June and ensuring that it is going smoothly and happily.       The trip was good. Chirag our travel agent was available at all times for communication . Addressed our queries. So was the bansi bhaiya our cab driver was genuine and good. Was very communicative and polite. . Crystal sarovar hotel was fab in agra. The only thing a bit annoying was the hotel trans international at mahipalpur delhi pathetic service and room facility broken mug no essential toiletries . Rest all good. All the historic monuments taj mahal being the bestest one

      The hotel in Delhi was not good at all so please don't recommend that hotel for the next travellers. But the hotel in Agra was pretty good .. Please remove the collaboration between you and the Delhi hotel as it degrades the pride of travel triangle. And the rest everything was so good . We satisfied alot

      Very upset to say bad condition of hotel Avalon lots of insects and rooms beds not cleaned up proper timing was not allotted while arriving in Delhi so I have paid extra charges for the same and more inconvenience caused Places that was given in the lists were fully not covered if that is the case never give customers a false promises

      Trip was well organised and 24/7 support was available, We enjoyed the trip so much Few suggestions improve in next trip:- For local trip near India gate and rashrapathi bhavan we walked 2.5 Km, Driver was not aware of trip plan. Vehicle CNG was filled only during trip starting, it can be filled earlier. During Agra trip 3 time at CNG station around 1 hour wasted. In Agra suddenly unknown guide was entered Mentioning he was from aapakTripwala. Fast tag recharge was not done for vehicle and we waited for 30 to 60 mins on highway due to network issues,he was not ready to pay for cash transactions. For Trip coordination-4.5/5 For Room in Delhi-3/5 For Room in Agra-4.5/5 For vehicle- 3/5 Thank you
