The façade of that luxurious, multi-entertainment luxury complex has changed the way people perceived entertainment in Singapore. Ever since its head rose into the sky by the shore of Marina Bay, with the world’s highest infinity pool at the top, Singapore has seen a spike in tourism throughout the year.

After getting conquered by Britishers and other powerful hands, the country finally got its independence in 1959.

Travel to Singapore

Read about the best & quickest routes to save time & money, as suggested by our travelers

Most Indian airports have direct nonstop flights to Changi Airport in Singapore. The frequency of flig

hts is owed to the rising tourism between the two countries. India to Singapore distance by air is around 3440 km, and the nonstop flights usually cover it in 5 hours and 35 minutes. Both Air India and Singapore Airlines have direct flights, along with many other carriers. The best part about reaching Singapore is that most of the Indonesia-bound flights usually take a layover in Singapore, which increases the number of flights one can take to Singapore.

Going from India to Singapore by road

style="color:#000000;font-weight:400;"> is not impossible but a just time-consuming long process. From India, one has to take the India-Myanmar Friendship road. Then drive through Thailand via Bangkok to Malaysia. From Malaysia, one can either rent a car or ride a bus to Singapore. Car renting has the advantage of not going through customs or immigration. There are specially licensed taxis from Larkin Bus Terminal in Johor Bahru, the borderline area between Singapore and Malay land. There are state bus services running to and fro the causeway link that joins downtown Johor Bahru with Singapore. But traveling by bus has the disadvantage of waiting in queue for passport checking and customs just like airports.

Many people wish to have the experience of traveling from country to country by car or by bus, enjoying the days of the journey. It is indeed a different sort of experience if one is willing to make an effort. But for the usual tourists who simply want to reach Singapore, roadway or railway is not at all a very wise choice to go with. As for airway, Chennai to Singapore flights is the easiest and cheapest to get because of the proximity of the two places.

Ash's 8 days trip to Singapore

I planned a holiday to Dubai with Travel Park and must say that it was a fabulous experience with planning and execution. Preeti from Travel Park does a great job with understanding her client requirements and then customizing the package according to your needs. She was pretty flexible and accommodative in changing the itinerary as per our schedule and providing a very cost effective package. This included private transfers, timely pick ups, very professional and courteous drivers and also flexible with the needs of my senior citizen parents. It was a wonderful vacation. The only thing I would recommend is to improve their payment modes and also visa services which was time consuming and frustrating. But after a great vacation, looking back it was all worth it! Kudos to Preeti for giving my family a lovely time off at the end of the year and making it easy for me to plan.... ASHIMA AGRAWAL

I am not very happy the way service provider arrange things. There were gaps in itinerary shared v/s actual. As a destination, Singapore is one of most recommended and safe place to visit. I enjoyed my stay but not services.

Mohammad's 5 days trip to Singapore

Travelling to Bali using services of Dream tours and travels was the best decision we could make. Right from our landing in Bali to our take off back to India, we had a dream experience. Everything was very well planned and organised. From our accommodation to our daily tours and activities, everything was perfect. Pick ups from and drop backs to the hotels were flawlessly timed. The vehicles provided to commute around were all top MUVs with friendly guides cum chauffeurs whom we had all day at our disposal. Thank you travel triangle for availing to us such a high quality travel experience at not so high price..! We’ll keep looking forward to your services in future. Trip to the secluded island Nusa Penida via speed boat and then having so much fun there was the best part of our tour, there we made memories to be cherished for life.

Manishu's 5 days trip to Singapore

The pick up, coach and agent personnel (ACD) in Singapore was awesome with great service. We also got early check in in the hotel. The experience was wonderful and the ascot agency people has done a great job in every step. I would surely recommend ascot travel for foreign trips. Only one thing I need to clarify is that no trip agent was provided in the trip so have to hire local agent or audio service Coach/SIC service were best.
