16. Mani Bhavan Gandhi Sangrahalaya

Mani Bhavan is a museum and a building of historical importance located at Laburnum Road in the Gamdevi precinct of the city. The museum is dedicated to the life, work & teachings of Mahatma Gandhi. Mani Bhavan was the Mumbai headquarters of Gandhi’s camp and political activities for 17 years between 1917 and 1934.
Mani Bhavan had originally belonged to Revashanker Jagjeevan, a close friend of Mahatma Gandhi who hosted him in Mumbai. Gandhi launched many of his movements from this place including Non-cooperation, Satyagraha, and Swadeshi movements. 32. Mahakali Caves
