Arpit's 9 days trip to RomeGreat support and assistance from our travel agent Vishal. Very smooth process throughout.
Gaurav's 7 days trip to RomeThank you @ Mr Rajat from hubholiday. Our trip to Italy was planned very nicely and with comfort as well. Hotels he selected were near to each and every station. Itenary was planned in a manner where we had time to rest at night but covered all iconic spots of the city. Mr Rajat was very helpful in timely informing about the corona issue, which was very important for me and my family to know about this outbreak of news. I would recommend from my personnel experience Mr Rajat from HubHoliday to plan tour and holidays.
Kartikgupta's 6 days trip to RomeVery well planned and organised tour for city of love Rome, Naples, Florence and finally Venice by Mr. Rajat. The itinerary was planned and executed perfectly by him. Nitank's 7 days trip to RomeThanks for all arrangements. Very good service by travel agents. snorkeling
Lokesh's 8 days trip to RomeOverall the trip was well managed and assisted by the team. Hotels in paris and venice were good but naples one was okay(not recommended).Proximity wise paris and venice hotels were far from the city whereas naples one was close. The sightseeing tours, intercity travels and airport transfer were very well managed. Overall i am satisfied with the experience. Some things might have been better. Ritoparno and arindam from duniyasafari and surabhi from traveltriangle were always available and prompt to respond. Thanks a lot duniyasafari and traveltriangle for managing it well.
V's 7 days trip to RomeVishal has been a great friend all the way to the end. I had to plan my trip without the internet and he was right there with all the info to make the right picks regarding the locales, hotels and must visits in every city. Vishal accommodated in the best of hotels and his effort was visible. He's a gem of a guy, while in Italy we called him at odd hours IST and he was always up and about helping with our itenary options. Travel Triangle app and Holiday Hub experience was converted by Vishal into a memorable vacation.
Bansari's 7 days trip to RomeEurope Trip.. Got a very good package for France(Paris) and Italy . I was extremely satisfied with travel triangle
Madhumita's 5 days trip to RomeHello ! Twilight escapades helped us in planning our Maldives trip and they did an amazing job. Everything went so smooth and we just sat back and relaxed. They arranged the stay at the same property that we wanted at even last minute and customised the plan as per our convenience.
Shivam's 10 days trip to RomePros 1. The hotel bookings were excellent 2. The taxi pickup and drop off was excellent 3. They followed up with us regularly on whatsapp during the course of trip 4. The visa process was excellent Cons 1. Just a few (2-3) days after payment of first installment, the agent increased the overall amount by Rs 10000 and threatened not to do the bookings if the extra amount was not paid. However, on vehement protests by us, the excess amount was rolled back. 2. The SNCF trains were cancelled due to the strikes in Paris. However, the agent didn't care to inform us that the trains are cancelled. But, we were closely monitoring the situation and we ourselves informed the agent that the train was cancelled and requested them to book alternate tickets. Then, they booked alternate tickets for us after taking extra payment. In such a case, instead of us informing the travel agent, the travel agent should have informed us about the train cancellation. Had we not been careful, the whole trip would have been spoiled 3. The return flight timings were advanced to 11:50 am instead of 1:10 pm by Aeroflot. However, the agent did not inform us. Our flight could have been missed, had we not been careful.
Raju's 9 days trip to RomeTrip was very well planned & executed by the Responsible person Mr. Shashank, all went well as planned except 1 day driver missed the appointment & not turned up, but the contact person immediately took action & asked us to take another Taxi without waiting for the pre booked Taxi. Response of the team was good . Just few recommendations even though it is not agency mistake or might be we asked for them to booked for us so it happened that is for the Local transportation & unlimited trip passes ask travelers to buy from hotel or dly. the Passes at the hotel as collection of these passes is a little hectic job as you can collect your passes only at pre defined places if booked online. For that you have to have a Taxi to go which is is additional 15-20Euro Expense. Once again Thanks for a memorable trip.
