Malati's 4 days trip to Tamil Nadu

Lee vacations provided us with cab package for our Coimbatore - Ooty - Kodaikanal - Coimbatore trip. Co-ordination with Bhargavi from Lee vacations was seamless. Uvaraj, our cab driver was also very polite and talked respectfully. He was responsive to our questions on the way and drove safely. Only suggestion for Lee vacation is to directly brief the driver before hand about the online payment arrangement and itinerary that is shared with us as passengers. The lunch places suggested by Uvaraj (driver) were very enjoyable and apt for enjoying the local food.

Hi all, this is Siva from coimbatore... I had trip to Maldives with the help of Kesia holidays through travel triangle. First n foremost I would like thank to the team of kesia holidays, who gave US a lifetime memories... I have been hardly spoke to the members of the team, it is full of WhatsApp conversations. From the entire itinerary for the trip - transaction of money for the trip... we trusted them in return they gave us a wonderful memories... Actually, the paradise island resort was my favorite, but at the beginning it was not available due to session time, the members of my Maldives team took some precious time for me to book in that paradise island and finally they gave the confirmation vouchers from the hotel...Guyz believe me, u can trust kesia holidays ppl, they are very transparent in the payments... once again we ( myself n my wife) thank kesia holidays and travel triangle for the awesome trip... we will get back with you guyz soon....

Ankita's 6 days trip to Karnataka

The overall trip experience was good. Everything went as per plan. But as a first time visitor I have a few suggestions that can be looked into. 1. It would be great if you can include timings to visit places in itinerary. We missed a few places just because they were closed when we went there. Like temple in mysore - we went there at 1 and we couldn't visit it as we did not know that temple remains closed from 12 noon to 4 pm. We couldn't wait also as we had many other places to visit. We couldn't visit dubare elephant camp in coorg due to same reason. 2.Also it would be great if as a travel planner you could suggest the nearest airport or railway station so that people can consider it while booking tickets. Like in my case I did not know that Coimbatore is the nearest airport from ooty. I booked return tickets from Banglore Airport which is 300kms away from ooty and ended up traveling almost for whole day. 3. This is something specific to hotels booked in mysore n ooty. The hotel given in mysore was good but it was away from market area in industrial area. It would be good if you can provide review of these kind to customers so that we can think of changing the hotel or telling you to book something near the market area as per our convenience. Also the berry hill resort in ooty was on top of a hill where the roads were in bad condition , the care taker could not speak/understand hindi, lights were not working, door bell connections were not there. Badly maintained resort it is! The only positive point about it is the location. So before suggesting it to someone else please give a thought on it. All the places are beautiful and well maintained. In mysore the mysore palace and Vrindavan garden is wonderful. In coorg the tebatian monetary is amazing to visit. Ooty is such a scenic place that u can't take your eye off. Everything you see is beautiful. Especially doddabetta peak and pykara boat house i liked the most

Jahnavi's 6 days trip to Tamil Nadu

We have expected a communication from agent after planning of the trip, once payment is done there is no update on any information. we have kept calling and asking if all arrangements were done or not, until we asked we haven't received the driver details who will be picking us from Coimbatore airport, Itinerary details were not sent to driver who was clueless of which places were planned. As the driver was very friendly, he took us to all the places planned. Hotel in Ooty was disaster with all types of services, no room cleaning, no complimentary water bottles. Kodaikanal hotel was good and beyond expectations in food and all services. Seems like Travel Triangle is just expecting new Travelers and Customers and ignoring the most trusted travelers. very disappointed this time may be the last time trusting Travel triangle.
